Highly, highly recommended. Tom and Mike are excellent -- they are knowledgeable, professional, personable, and thorough. They ran a camera into the sewer main line and showed me the problem (it was clogged full of roots). After hydro-jetting the line, they showed me the result. It looked like new. Amazing. I am quite glad my girlfriend talked me out of DIY-ing it as I initially considered -- some things are definitely best left for the pros. They also saved me a lot of money. Thank you Able Plumbing!

We have used Merlo plumbing for years and have been fairly satisfied with their service. However, last week, they literally averted a disaster. I was called by my housekeeper who told me a pipe had burst in front of our house while I was at work. I immediately called Missouri American Water service and placed an emergency order to come shut off our water. Right afterwards, I called Merlo Plumbing and placed an emergent work order to come to the house and repair the broken pipe. They told me they would have a serviceman there in an hour. I raced home and true to their word, a serviceman met me in the driveway. He saw how much water was coming up from the ground (it was almost as if a hydrant had burst) and literally ran around our front yard looking for the water shut off as Missouri American Water had not yet arrived. His name was Tony. Realizing it was from the irrigation system (which was supposed to be closed ) he went out and found the main shut off to our house and averted a major disaster. Water was EVERYWHERE and was flowing into our neighbors yard and had already gotten into the basement. Toni (Acinelli) could have not been more helpful and pleasant. He diagnosed the problem and addressed how it would be fixed. Still, over TWO HOURS after I placed an emergency call to MAW (Missouri American Water) they had FAILED TO SHOW. If it weren't for the quick response by Merlo and their crew (Tony)..I am sure our entire basement (AND MORE) would have flooded. We can't thank you enough.

I had a backup in my basement, and called late Thursday night. I was told they would be there the next morning (today). They called in advance and arrived around 8 am. John (JD) did an awesome job clearing the drain. He was prompt, efficient, and he gave me pointers to prevent future backups. I highly recommend this company and John!

Had my summer hvac servicing done by Jim Bishop who was very professional , patient and informative. He serviced our HVAC, air scrubber and humidifier. Highly recommend them for heating, cooling and hvac services. Rate them 10/10
