Best Burst Water Line in Saint Louis MO

Made an appointment, but they didn't come and didn't call to cancel or reschedule.

Performance plumbing has performed work for us twice so far and each time they were both quick to in getting out to us and in completing the work.

I called them out the first time to fix a stoppage in our basement bathroom and on top of that they ended up replacing the shower fixtures and my upstairs bath drain without batting an eye at the request. The second time they rebuilt our main water shut off so that we don't have to keep turning our well off manually at the barn.

Our technician Teddy is awesome! He works quickly and the area is totally clean after he leaves. Teddy also answers any questions I have and has always been willing to help me talk through possible diy opportunities. We will continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs going forward.

Excellent customer service and quality work. They stayed in contact throughout the project, and their work was well done and looked great. I especially appreciated their attention to even small details, and their friendly but honest and professional demeanor. Reasonably priced, would definitely recommend.

Unprofessional, rude, waste of money and time

Mike (#325) was excellent! He came in at 9 PM on a Sunday, diagnosed the problem, explained pricing, and had the problem fixed, all in about 1 hour! Amazing! Roto Rooter is our plumber from now on!

Have used multiple times and was always pleased with service. Had repair done and found sink lateral broken. Man came out to give bid and never heard back. Called 2 weeks later and was being looked into. That call has been 2 weeks ago now also.

Eddie did such an awesome job, very professional, was very knowledgeable about what my plumbing problem was. I highly recommend .... I give him 5stars .

Fast and expertly done

Fantastic service. Able to come out extremely quickly to help us fix an emergent leak. Brad was professional and extremely helpful, quickly able to provide a fix.

Tony Lamartine plumbing was easy to schedule, the plumber was professional and explained everything and even did a couple of extra jobs while at our house.
