They came when they said they would and worked quickly. They warned me of the worst they might have to do to fix the problem at the time of the estimate. Fortunately that did not happen.

The technicians( kris and Luis) were very knowledgeable about my clogged basement drain . With the equipment they have they showed me I had tree roots in the drain pipe. After clearing the drain they cleaned up all the mess that was in my basement. Would definitely call them again if I have this problem again.

My water heater went out and they had someone there first thing the next morning! He was friendly, fast, and explained what he had done and how the new one worked, as well as how much more efficient the system was and why.

Great plumbing company especially for large jobs. They line everything up including needed permits so there are no issues or delays. We have used them on multiple rehabs and they have serviced many clients that have had sewer line repair needs. They do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. That’s hard to find in todays world!

Disappointed they left me Hanging. They came out (both Partners) and I was encouraged by what they knew and their experience. AND THEN NOTHING. I would sporadic calls saying they were coming back out to take more notes and then NOTHING. Wouldn't show up and I wouldn't hear from them Business must be good. I was looking forward to working with them but not any more. We ended up with another Painting company as a partner to assist us in restoring our Historic Home.

Excellent craftsman, excellent office personnel, excellent communcation as to when they can get to you.

Brendan and another young man came. They were kind, clean and professional. I am pleased with the installation of my toilets and the fair price they charged. We will be using Roto Rooter for all future plumbing needs.

I contacted them due to a big backup in my mom's house. They showed the same day! Even a little earlier than scheduled. They guy who showed was great and quick to resolve my issue! While I couldn't use them for my plumbing, they walked me through exactly what I needed to do to fix my issue, a video of how to do so, aswell as scams to avoid. While I can't use them for work in Jefferson County, I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends solely on that transparency!
