Fantastic job, guys! I had no shower pressure in the home I just bought. They came out less than 24 hours of an assessment and did everything they could to avoid opening walls and replacing every pipe. As it turns out, they had to. They worked tirelessly to replace the old galvanized, corroded pipes for my bath and shower. They put in new PEX piping. It was an all-day job, but in the end, I was able to take a glorious shower!

Collin was my technician. He is a very nice and capable young man. Collin was personable, and I see a good future for him in this business.

I called them out for an estimate on a toilet leak coming from the water line connector to the tank. The existing toilet and water line connector was about 1yr old. The plumber stated he could tighten the connection and see if that stopped the leak. The charge for him just to tighten it would be $135. I declined as I didn't feel like that would fix the issue. No other options were given. Since, I didn't get the work done by them, my review is based on the plumbers lack of knowledge and/or being able to provide better feedback on the possible issue as well as the cost for the suggested fix.

I had an appointment set up on a monday to have a gas line ran to my pool heater. He was supposed to show up from 10-12. At 1230 I called to find out if he was still comming and she said they would have to reschedule because they sent him on a commercial job instead. No call no show.Very unprofessional..Bad Business

Service was provided within two days of reaching out for non-emergent water heater installation. I bought the water heater from Lowe’s so only paid labor and permitting, and they had the cheapest rate of companies I looked at. Work was done promptly and efficiently, with no snags related to either the plumbing or the billing.

The owner Corey Jaggie is an arrogant jerk. We spent just over $25,000 with this company on our home and when issues came up he was rude and hung up on us because in his words “your contractor hired him not you”. Well I wrote the checks to you Mr. Jaggie not my contractor! Here’s what you’ll get for $25,000+: leaking sinks, every shower and tub with the hot and cold reversed and talked to like you a piece of garbage when you asked for it to be corrected. WHAT A JOKE!

We called St Louis Handyman they did some drywall repairs that were in need for a while, completely re-painted two of our bedrooms a hall and the family room and they were in and out in almost no time. The work was top notch and their prices were reasonable could not be happier Recommended.

I recently called to get quote and set up an appointment for someone to replace two leaking valves. After speaking with Shelly, she was able to instruct me over the phone how to inspect and fix both valves. In doing so she saved me the time and money, where other businesses did not. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs. 10/10

While I'm satisfied with the result, $300 for 15 minutes seems a bit steep.Update 6/22/2021: Roto-rooter acknowledged the work done and credited back an amount to my satisfaction. I've reverted the rating from 3 stars to 5.Update 6/29/2021: I've scheduled a new service and was given a Window of 9-1 and it was not met and I've not been contacted about why or when a new time would have to be rescheduled. Ongoing service, charge, or timing issues continue with this company. Be aware.

I am a Realtor and as part of my service I help my clients find reliable companies to get work done on short notice. I have called this company 3 times in the last 60 days and each time they were able to come out within 48 hours. Many plumbers will tell you they are weeks out. Each time they were professional and got the jobs done in a timely manner. I will be sending more work to them.

Pretty large plumbing rerouting job and JE Redington came in on budget, were prompt, professional and most of all responsive! Highly recommended!!!

Their services were required through the company we used to remodel our bathroom. One of the guys was very rude. (He's the one to the right in their Facebook business profile pic). They did a horrible job communicating with the other company to make sure they left the tools needed in order to do their job in a timely manner. Instead the rude brother came in and asked where is the Stuff as if we knew what he was talking about. We reached out to the company to assist with getting an answer but no one replied...time passed the rude brother walked in and out the house then went to the bathroom. We asked did they find the item he replied well You were on the phone. Past tense, and furthermore we were trying to get answers for him. He could've communicated when he found the items instead of walking in and out with an ittitude. They damaged the wall and didn't say a word to us. They didn't know how to install the faucet to the tub, so we had to have someone else complete their job. Later on we discovered the water pressure was off because a bad piece was installed which should've been tested by them
but they didn't know how to install the piece. I asked a question to the rude brother and he told me to ask my daughter because his brother was already explaining it then he walked out. The customer service was poor. I was told by someone that works with them regularly they are not friendly and they argue like a married couple . While I didn't witness the arguing, it's good to know, I'm not wrong in how we were treated.

This plumber was assigned by the home warranty. protection plan company , I was with.The Tech arrived on time. But did not relive the problem because the warranty company did nit follow up after the plumber described what was need to resolve the situation.Bottom line never pay into an home owner warranty protection plan.It is like giving money away.You still end up paying to replace what ever needs to be fixed.
