Andrew was on time and understood the job that needed to be done and also installed two toilets as well as two faucets in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend, Andrew as well as this company because they had flexible hours that accommodated my work schedule.

We made an appointment for service for the next available time. We were also put on stand-by for an earlier one. The next day we were called with an opening in the next hour. Brad came over and did the needed work. He was friendly and professional. All our plumbing needs were taken care of and the work area was well cleaned. We were very satisfied with the work. We have used Maplewood in the past and will certainly call them for any future needs.

Best Customer Service EVER! Laura was so helpful. I went in to purchase a replacement nozzle because the one I had from 15+ years ago broke. I called other parts stores and no one was able to help. She dropped what she was doing, called other team members to help search for my part. They found what I needed - in the store and called the manufacturer for me. Great team effort!
