They responded to my email inquiry in a few minutes and set up an appointment for the next day someone to come out to give me a bid on replacing a metal toilet flange and wax ring. The repairman arrived right on time. He was pleasant and professional. I agreed to let 5-Star do the work. Adam, the repairman, got the repair done quickly and efficiently. He also cleaned up after himself and left the bathroom in good shape. I was positively impressed!

Our home was one of the victims of the city of Folsom’s pin hole leaks. It destroyed cabinetry and several feet of wall in the kitchen and dining room. Our daughter told us about Golden Valley Plumbing (GVP), noting that they had great reviews on Facebook. We requested a bid from GVP, along with four other plumbing contactors to have the house re-piped. We favored the GVP bid and elected to utilize them to take care of our needs. Mr. Val Furduy, the owner of GVP, took special care of our plumbing needs. To protect our new copper pipes, Mr. Furduy recommended the installation of a Halo5 whole house water filter. We now enjoy chlorine free drinking water from any faucet in the house. He included the replacement and texturing of the interior sheetrock that had been previously removed by ServoPro as part of the process to dry out the walls. Mr. Furduy and his staff were very friendly and professional. Since the re-piping process affected the tile in the bathroom showers, it was decided to ‘remodel’ them. Mr. Furduy pointed us to more than one potential source to do this work, ultimately saving us some money. Overall, the work done by GVP and the other businesses involved in the overall effort was outstanding and well worth the cost.

Been needing to share how great this family run business is. I had a bit of an emergency, but I understand all plumbing issues tend to be emergencies. 😉 Fig's happened to be the first place I called and Daniel was kind enough to add my house as a last stop even though he already had a long day of work and had to finish the next morning. The woman who answered the phone was also curteous and professional. The price is reasonable without sacrificing quality of service. Thank you!

The fan on the ac unit was frozen . The repairman knew exactly what the issue was he said for the unit it was a known issue . He repaired it in an hour and we now have cold air! Great guy too!

I had my old gas water heater replaced with a Hybrid Electric Heater. Water Heater Pros was amazing to work with. They responded to all communication quickly. They came out to give me a quote the day after I called, (it wasn't an emergency), and were able to do installation just a few days later. They were on time and communicated extremely well. All of the staff I worked with were extremely nice and professional. Andrew, who did the installation, was wonderful. Right on time, did a great job, left the area very clean, and did a great job going over the heater with me after installation. They saved me a ton of money, and I'm extremely happy with my new heater.

Not good to there employees. They definitely need to work on that for sure. Hopefully they get better at that for sure

We had some clogged drains. Corey M. Came out to do the job. He called prior to coming to insure he understood the scope of the job and had the right tools. He was honest in making sure he did the correct service vs charging for the most expensive one. I don’t know the prices for plumbing issues so I’m not sure if it was a good value. Other plus was the booking process was quick and easy.

Beyond the right choice. Honest, honorable, respectful, clean, accurate, and caring. I chose this company after getting many quotes. He was the most honest quote. I had contractors who took their work as a burden and not my safety first. They didn't want to put the work in to do it right and safe because it would require climbing under the house. We had companies try to quote us for the same work but added on extra fees for what needed to be done. Mitch even pulled our permits and added extra luxuries for us. He went above and beyond and was so considerate of our schedules and needs. My other half was so happy we went with him that they wouldn't stop talking about what a great contractor he is. We will always use him in the future.

While and correction was needed to the original installment, they did everything fast, and corresponded promptly. I would definitely use them again.
