Great service and very professional. The have quality employees who were knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining everything. I had tree roots that broke into and clogged my sewer line in the front yard. They came out and replaced some piping, installed a new clean out and ran a trenchless line. Will use them again for all other plumbing needs! Thanks guys!

My wife and I have lived with our 18 year old GE water heater and figured it was probably due for replacement. I went to a reputable company in Sacramento and was quoted about $2400 to replace it. I looked around the internet and immediately came across Water Heater Pros. Their reviews were mostly 5 stars and their prices were quoted right on their website. I called, spoke to Steve and he helped me set up a date and he explained the entire warranty, job details and made me feel comfortable.

A few days later, the tech (Andrew I think) arrived on time and began work on replacing our old water heater. I checked on him from time to time and he took the time while working about the details of our new Bradford While 40 gallon water heater. Jeff and Mike showed up right on time , unlike other plumbers, to provide a free estimate for my hot water heater that wasn't working. They noticed the fuze wa burnt out right away and told me how to fix it extremely helpful and nice guys- I will definitely call them back of my next issue!.

I left an email and he called me in less than 5 minutes he was able to work with my work schedule and did a great job cleaned my whole drain around my house to insure it was clean and clear gave me some good advise aswell

On the basis of just one call, I would give Mr. Rooter of Sacramento five stars for availability, responsiveness and thoroughness. As for quality of the work, it's far too soon to tell, so I offer no rating.

Today's experience...first of all they were prompt with a callback and someone came right out to give an estimate. After recieving an estimate for $745 to turn a gas pipe 180 degrees the homeowner balked. Went and got $20 worth of parts and a $20 wrench and completed the project in an hour...we had to turn off the gas and the estimate actually said that it was extra to relight the pilot light on the hot water heater...buyer beware
