Best Water Heaters Maintenance in Sacramento CA

Just had a visit from Cecilio Duran from NewWRX . He was able to work us in quickly for an emergency. We are grateful. This is the third time we've had him out to do work and since ours is an older home, I'm sure we'll be seeing more of him. Just have to take a minute to say how impressed we are. These guys are great. No wonder I had to wait a couple of days to get them, but well worth it. Steve is funny, knowlegeable and has the parts in his truck! Not only did they fix the issue (a circuit board, a sensor and something else), but they also cleaned the coils.

My refrigerator went out and I was afraid it was going to need to buy a new one. Fortunately these guys had the parts and gave me two choices. Fix it today at ~$800 or purchase a new one at ~$2100.

Their refrigerator magnet will stay affixed to my refrigerator and I will certainly use them again.

Highly recommend Sacramento Plumbing Solutions! We had a slab leak in our 40 y.o. house and had to re-pipe our plumbing system to include 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room . Justice and Jesse are an incredible duo. They are hard workers who are efficient and left our house clean every day. The City of West Sacramento inspectors were highly impressed with their repiping and installation of the Type M copper pipes. They also provide a 5 year warranty on pipe replacement.

Also, I can't forget Grace! Communication was above and beyond expectations! The job wouldn't have gone so smoothly without her. She started the process for our permit the moment we accepted their help. She even communicated with the City of West Sacramento to set up our appointments for post-work inspections. When the inspectors didn't have a ladder to perform their inspection, Justice came all the way from El Dorado Hills to provide us one!

Sacramento Repipe and Plumbing is impressive! Dave came out to install a gas line for our pool, outdoor bbq, and fire pit. Because I am a hands on guy, I wanted to be a part of the project so he allowed me to crawl under the house to assist in Plumbing a 2” gas line down to 1 1/2” & 1” with over 100’ to the equipment. He was precise, and able to get the job done with professionalism and care.

He also fixed my water main that needed a new hose bib. I think he was showing off!

We also recommend Sacramento Repipe to my family and friends for water leaks. He has always provided great service.

Steve and his crew were very professional. They were timely, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. Steve explained the differences in water heating equipment and helped me choose the right equipment to get the best option to fit my needs and budget. I am very pleased. The thank you note and bar of speacialty soap was a nice gesture and made me smile.

This is the second tome Jeff has satisfactorily completed a job for me. He quickly identifies the problem, provides a quote and completes the job. The job is priced at plumber rates but is more competitive than some other companies. I called in the morning and the job was completed in the afternoon. Will continue to call this company as the need arises.

I had my annual checkups for electrical, hvac, and plumbing. All three reps were knowledgeably about their specialty, excellent conversation, and good understanding of being clean in my house. I'm happy with my choice of Bonney and will call them when my house needs maintenance.

A bit disappointed with our first interaction with them. We called them expressing interest in trying out their service for our rentals but the first interaction on the phone was quite uncomfortable. They were not comfortable with that fact that as a business our lines are recorded for quality assurance and this isn't the greatest sign. What a bummer as I liked what their website had to say and we manage a large volume of properties that could have been a ton of business for them.
