Just got my drains cleaned and was very satisfied. The price was so reasonable compared to the other quotes I received. He brought to my attention other issues that may arise BUT he gave me honest alternative ways to solve them and ways I could save money, instead of trying to milk me for my money. I appreciated that so much because I hate being scammed. I will definitely recommend & will be using them again!

The cost was more than I wanted to pay as they use a flat rate, but the service was excellent. Kyle was at my house in less than 45 minutes from when I first called. He was personable and friendly, and he explained everything to me including how to prevent future clogs.

Their representative came to my home so quickly and took care of our plumbing issues right away.

Very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient personnel. Perform quality work and service. I put them at the top of my list for plumbing needs.

Here's the deal. When money is spent it should be a good trade off. From the start this company was on time, had exact follow through and was courteous, willing to help, and thorough. Can't rave enough about their expertise and superior customer service. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Gilmore did installation of ACHV split system in our house. They did the job fast and is working well. The main technician Tayler and his crew were punctual, professional, accommodating, courteous, and creative in suggestions and solving problems. We are very happy with the job they did.

They cancelled my appointment two separate times because I didn't return their call fast enough. I had even *confirmed* my appointment over the phone the morning of my 2nd appointment. They called again just before the plumber was dispatched and i returned their call within TWELVE MINUTES and they had already sent the plumber elsewhere and needed to reschedule for a third time because I had not called back with 10 minutes. I was not going to make arrangements for a 3rd time to stay home for half the day anxiously awaiting their call and drop everything I'm doing to make sure I answer call back in 10 minutes. Worst service policy I've ever heard of.
