When I called before 7am on a Thursday morning, I had received a notification stating my technician was on the way. It was nice that when they send anyone out, they give you a first and last name of the person doing your service.Michael C arrived around 8:30am, we discussed my issue and then he got to work. He was very thorough on explaining every detail. I opted for the snake with video to check and see what the issue would be and he explained what he was seeing on the video as he was looking. He found the issue and cleared the blockage. Once he was finished he cleaned his equipment up and started discussing in detail what should be done.After he left and I decided to go along with replacing my problem(the clean out), I contacted Mike via text and he responded promptly and I had the next technician out to start working within an hour.

Ken, the owner, has always been great to us when he fixed our sink and faucet, my social service client’s and our churches plumbing issues economically. I highly recommend his service and ethics! He is a great guy and provides a great service!

Kyle was my technician, really liked him. He came in, took a assessment of the issues I had, provided options and cost to fix. Once I decided, he fixed the issue, called me in to check and make sure it worked, and then he was off. My job took about 45 or so minutes, he was very cordial and professional. Tanner even followed up with me today to make sure everything was working well. Really liked Kyle and will use him for future jobs, dependable and shows up. I thought it was a fair price for the service. Also, yiu get what you pay for….I don’t mind paying for good service, no hidden charges, and a well done job….and most importantly, showing up to do the job! I like dependable. Fig plumbing came out on a spur of the moment water main rupture and did an emergency repair on my home. Daniel and John were very professional and good people to deal with. I usually don't write reviews but the service I received was exceptional. I was having a constant problem with sewer flies coming-out of the shower. I called Millennium plumbing and the owner was out first thing in the morning.He crawled under my house and took several pictures of pipes that obviously been leaking for a long time. He was very informative and gave me his recommendations and offered several options.The price for the job was very reasonable compared to other bids.The job was completed efficiently, he hauled all the pipe away and the job site was left spotless. What really caught my attention was that he was very transparent and sincere. I will gladly refer Millennium Plumbing to everyone I meet.
