Our 25-year-old water heater finally bit the bullet, and started leaking this past weekend. We called Water Heaters Only, they came out the next day and gave us a quote lower than any others. We called them right back, and scheduled for them to install a new water heater for today, 9/3/15 at 1 p.m.

John called at noon saying that he would be here in an hour, and he actually came fifteen minutes early! He took out our old water heater, put in the new one, and all with a good smile and hearty laugh. Stellar service, professional technicians, and quality work. We could not have asked for more!

Our cheep Kenmore went out the other day. On 4/30 I contacted WHP and had a representative come out and give a fairly priced and detailed estimate and a in depth rundown on how install would go. First thing today (5/1/20) at 8 am electrical came out and about noon two service men came out replaced our old heater with a new, larger, and more energy efficient model in record time. this included all adapters and fitting for the conversion at not tacked up price. They also removed the old unit at no extra cost. Great experience and very professional. I would highly recommend.

When I called Armstrong Plumbing yesterday and explained that both my washing machine and dishwasher were backing up into my kitchen sink and that I had company coming for five days next week, they schedule an appointment for 7:00-9:00pm last night and added that the technician they were sending was fast and one of their best and that he might call me to ask about coming earlier. Bruce called just after 5:30 and arrived shortly afterwords. He listened to my description and set to work. I checked the backup from the dishwasher last night and the washing machine this morning. No problems. I would definitely recommend Armstrong Plumbing for any plumbing needs; professional employees and competitive rates.

Mitch is the best plumber I have ever used. He is VERY knowledgeable of water heaters, and very likely other plumbing areas, and he was responsive and quick to diagnose, fix, and inspect the heater overall. He inspected the overall safely of the unit and fixed some issues with it that I thought were permanent/ side effects of a normal heater. He was very honest and has good morals on how he operates his business to give the best experience and service possible. My heater is now running smoother and quieter than before. Thank you Mitch for the gift of hot water again!

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
