Steve and David are incredible. We called on a Saturday afternoon for an unknown leak in the garage and they had found the leak and repaired it by the end of the day. It was in the subfloor of my home, a very unlikely spot to ever look for this type of leak and they chased the leak all the way to the second floor and it has been dry ever since. A very hard find but they knew exactly how to maneuver the space of my home and garage to pinpoint the exact location! We are still so impressed and thankful!

In addition to the pipe leak, Steve repaired the drywall that needed to be replaced, as well as helped repair another spot from a former opening. He also was able to help mitigate some mold areas for us cause by the broken pipe.

David fixed our garbage disposal and found a tiny piece of plastic that has
been caught between the sides of the disposal for a while!

Great service and reliable. Service appointment was quick. A plumber came out and fixed the problem but then later after he left there was a very minor problem. I called Ken, the owner, and he came out and fixed it himself. I gave them 5 stars because the job got done in a timely manner. This company is reasonable and does not overcharge.

My gas water heater had a sudden leak from the bottom, so I had to replace it. Turns out it was 16 years old. I called around and was getting quoted anywhere from 2.6k to more than 7k. I stumbled across Water Heater Pros on Google by chance and decided to give them a call because of the great reviews. One of the owners, Stephen, came out and did an assessment the same day at no cost, and gave me options (stick with gas or switch to electric and take advantage of a $2500 rebate from SMUD). Sutherland Installed a Tankless water heater for us in Folsom Ca, which is located outside of Sacamento. Our old tank hot water heater started to leak from the bottom and I was refered to Sutherland Plumbing from a friend of mine.

They showed up same day, we decided to go with a tankless unit because we allways seemed to run out of water with the existing tank heater.

Sutherland finished the installation within 24 hours, they are very professional! We can not be more satisfied with their work.

Let me first start out with saying that they were very responsive, professional, and friendly. My experience I do not believe encapsulates the entire company but thought it worth mentioning incase others run into the same issue. Initially, Domco came out to fix a leak at the main shut-off valve to our house, and then we had an issue with the PRV and high water pressure. Within a five day period the PRV was replaced by Domco twice and failed both times. After the second attempt, a foreman was sent out to look into it and he replaced the PRV for a third time. The third PRV failed as well just hours later and I felt at this point it was best to call a different plumbing company given the rarity of this occurring. We did have another company come out and had to pay for the PRV to be replaced again but this time, it is working just fine and we’ve had no issues weeks later.
