I had a new toilet installed about 6 months ago. After a few months I noticed that there was a water seepage in the floor around the toilet area. Today's experience...first of all they were prompt with a callback and someone came right out to give an estimate. After recieving an estimate for $745 to turn a gas pipe 180 degrees the homeowner balked. Went and got $20 worth of parts and a $20 wrench and completed the project in an hour...we had to turn off the gas and the estimate actually said that it was extra to relight the pilot light on the hot water heater...buyer beware

Same Day came out at about 1pm to unplug, later that afternoon I called them to inform that toilet was still not flushing. They advised that they were working on schedule and would call me back with a time. They never called, I followed up the next morning and was advised that I would have to wait for Monday. Very dissatisfied that they did not do the work correctly the first time and now they are having me wait for 3 days. But they sure did take my $$$$
