BUT when I reported to the top management, they took care of and fixed most of it.
I would say it really depends on who you have to deal with.
Tip: avoid a manager named Scott.

They were professional, on-time and quickly resolved the issue by replacing a 15yr old garbage disposal. One of the only businesses that responded to my inquiry during the weekend. and with a reasonable prices, They provided me a quote and set up the time to come and fix the issue(s). The literally came the next day. Both of my toilet were clogged due to my kiddo putting his toys inside the bowl. I also needed them to replace something within the flusher they did everything i asked for in less than 30 minutes. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
