Surprised I could actually get service within hours. Service person Chris Berman was fantastic and hard working! He did what it took to unclog my bathroom drain, which wasn't easy work. Chris has a very positive attitude! I have used Rooter Hero before and most definitely would use Rooter Hero again.

I am truly blown away by this company. Kind, intelligent, honest, reliable... I've had an AC unit from you-know-where and these men worked their butts off trying to find a way to fix the issue without charging me an arm and a leg. I expected to have to pay SO much more than we did. They feel like family by the time they leave. I'd recommend them to my grandmother. Love love love them!

Amar was great! On time and very knowledgeable. Pointed out a problem with the return air ducting. The original installer either cut corners or did not know what they were doing and put in too small return ducting causing stress on the furnace and causing it to wear out early. There have been many inspections on this furnace over the years and no one ever pointed that issue out so it could have been corrected early on. Very happy with the service.

I was very impressed with the entire experience working with Bonney! They were very professional from start to finish. Alejandro the Plummer came on a plumbing call as I responded to a recent add for a deal on a clean out and our shower has been backing up. He spoke to me about my situation and recommended Green Gobbler, a comercial product I could get for $12 on Amazon, saving me $299 on clean out. He explained next steps and what to expect. Will definitely call Bonney again.

While Darryl seemed knowledgable and friendly, I believe that we were seriously overcharged for the installation of a Hard Start Kit on our AC Unit. They cost around $45 and their charge to install one was $318. I should have done some research before I had it done. Also, he gave me completely incorrect information about how they work, saying that they store electricity. In an AC (not DC) electrical circuit, they don't do that. I should have negotiated on their ridiculous price, which is my fault. But I thought that I could trust them.

We had a toilet that wouldn’t stop running and my partner’s repair attempts didn’t work, causing a leak. Da’Marus was so helpful, kind, and professional. He was very informative about options for repair and was able to complete the repair quickly. He had the necessary parts with him and the pricing was reasonable. Once he left we had a new, functioning fill valve and the leak was gone. Thank you!

Gilmore never disappoints in their committment to service. We have had multiple instances of urgent issues and Gilmore has always made us feel our concerns matter. I will share two situations. The first was in the Summer during 110 temperatures. Our AC went out and Gilmore brought us a mobile air conditioner to keep us cool until they could look at our system. I should add, the hvac system we had was not from Gilmore. It wasn't a hard decision who to go with when we had to buy a replacement.
The second is recently. Our heater went out the day before Christmas Eve and we were expecting guests. They were able to get someone out to help us on Christmas Eve. Scott was knowledgeable, efficient and supportive. I cannot say enough about Gilmore...they are best in class.

Super Mario is the best! We are so happy that we found them! We've had them out to our house many times for various reasons: replace toilets, garbage disposal, and gas range, fix water heater, and unclogged a pipe. Everyone they have sent out has been professional, efficient, and personable. Our home is almost 60 years old, and having Super Mario to call when we need help has made our lives much easier and less stressful. We highly recommend them!
