We have had a few air conditioning problems receintly, which were all handled by Dennis at Ace Plumbing. Dennis in every occurance did a wonderful job in correcting the problem. He has always been very pleasant, and has explained what he is about to do clearly each time. I have learned a lot about air conditioning from Dennis as he explained the problem, process, and resolution clearly every time. He was allways punctual and called each time to let us know what his status. was.

We had a new HVAC system installed by Gallagher’s last October. The scheduling, financial planning and installation all went great and everyone was really friendly. When we had our inspection done to obtain the final permit, there was one minor correction that needed to be made. The inspector told me that Gallagher’s would be calling to set up an appointment to make that correction and then he would be back out after to finalize everything. I waited a week and hadn’t received any calls from Gallagher’s , so I text the man we purchased the system from to inquire and make sure I got the information correct from the inspector because I hadn’t heard anything. He let me know he would get in touch with the office for them to call me to set up an appointment. A few more weeks passed and I still hadn’t heard anything, so I just called the office myself. I was transferred to the voicemail of someone that could assist in setting up an appointment and left my call back information. A month later, and still no call back so I called back again. I explained the situation to the receptionist and I believe she transferred me over to the manager. I again explained the situation and what I needed to have done and he told me that I would be receiving a call the next day to get something scheduled. A week later, my husband received the call and we scheduled for someone to come out the next day. The fix took 15 minutes but it took almost 3 months to make it happen, which is disappointing. Our system works great and everyone that we spoke to and worked with were very friendly, which is wonderful but I shouldn’t have had to call as many times as I did and wait for as long as we did to get a 15 minute fix completed. I believe my experience shows that there is an improvement opportunity in regards to customer service.

One of the only businesses that responded to my inquiry during the weekend. and with a reasonable prices, They provided me a quote and set up the time to come and fix the issue(s). The literally came the next day. Both of my toilet were clogged due to my kiddo putting his toys inside the bowl. I also needed them to replace something within the flusher they did everything i asked for in less than 30 minutes. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Service and results are impeccable at all times. They are trustworthy and impartial. They have my repeat business.

I can't say enough nice things about Sac Plumbing Solutions - specifically Justice and Mike. I called Mike really late in the afternoon with a water heater problem and he was able to send Justice the same day which I wasn't expecting. Justice is a true professional and he does clean and efficient work. Instead of trying to sell me a new water heater he suggested replacing a part and a deep cleaning which should get me another 8 years of use out of my existing unit. The fix worked and within a few hours of calling in I had hot water again. I've already decided that when this unit goes out I will be in touch with Sac Plumbing Solutions to get a tankless unit installed.

Integrity would be the best word to describe R Box Plumbing. I prefer to support local, small, and family-owned businesses. The owner Dmitriy Levko and his son Alex provided excellent service and offered a very reasonable rate for a whole house repipe and installation of a new hot water heater. I am very pleased with the work they did. They even cleaned up the work areas which was much appreciated. After getting several estimates, I decided to hire R Box Plumbing because of the time Dmitriy took to answer all my questions and even offer advice. Experience counts! And again, the rates are very reasonable. Professional and personable, Dmitriy and Alex were always responsive to phone calls or texts. When you find a gem, you don’t let it go. I’ll be calling them back to install a kitchen, water filtering system in the next few months and already have been telling my friends about R Box Plumbing. Thanks, guys. You’re the best!

Technician was nice, responsive and on-time. No issues with that. Shower had a three valve shower system and he said 5-Star Plumbing doesn’t repair/work on those valves due to “liability”…??? I found that strange as the diagnosis was the hot water valve simply was leaking and needed new valve seat. He said the fix only works 50% of the time so they don’t repair those. So…for a company that specializes in plumbing, I was left to either fend for myself or seek help elsewhere. Since this is a very common issue I would think any reputable plumbing business could take this on! But, like I said, they guy was very nice and on-time.

We had such a great experience with Jeff's plumbing. Syreeta was excellent with customer service and making sure that we're taking care of as quickly as possible. Adam, Corey, Calvin and Vince were awesome also. It was a big job and they did a fantastic job in making it less stressful! They identify the issue immediately. They were assuring and were trustworthy! There was a tree root that grew over years and broke a pipe which led to us not being able to use our ONLY bathroom without overflowing! Unfortunately this job was not able to be done from the outside so they had to go inside the room to do it!

My home warranty company sent them to come clear a clog. They could not complete the job because they did not have the correct tools. It’s been 3 days since the work, and same day plumbing has not sent in the information to the warranty company to proceed and send out a better company that can actually do the work. They have basically lied and said they would contact the warranty company. I have talked to my warranty company twice a day and they have not been contacted by this company. My kids need to take a bath. They are none responsive. Almost impossible to get ahold of. I 100% do no recommend this company.

The initial contact was timely but service has gone south since then. First i called about 2 faucet and a whirlpool tub. The tub was a claw foot and 2 technicians were sent. The one in charge thought that the evaluation would be too difficult and automatically said that parts of the repair was not covered and they had to stop though the second tech said theirs access screws on the tub that would give them access to the plumbing. I had to move the claw foot tub a couple of feet to fix it. Something that the second tech they sent at a different time was not necessary. Then the faucet. I am being told that only one is broken but since it's a pair both will be replaced so i said ok. The 3rd appointment the secondary tech from the 1st appointment only brought 1 faucet so i asked if both was being replaced and was told no. I asked why and i was told that the warranty only approved 1 faucet to be replaced based on the 1st plumber's assessment. When the tech started replacing the fauces he started replacing the one that the initial guy said was not broken because the flow of water was so low and i had to inform him that he is working on the wrong faucet. He then told me that it is obvious that both faucet were broken, now the lies started at the office level. When the tech asked for authorization to fix the second faucet he was told the office spoke to my home warranty and they declined it. I reached out to my home warranty company and it was clear that within the 10 min. they had, no calls were made to them so now here i am asking my home owners warranty for a second opinion since one of my faucet, according to Advanced plumbing tech is running at about 40% but the office is declining to fix.
