From beginning to end, Steve and David were amazing! I called early morning, but they got me an appointment right away, were very nice to deal with, showed up promptly, and worked quickly. Between the time I called and the time the new water heater was installed was less than 24 hours ! Reasonable price, excellent communication ! Didn't appreciate the upsell We told them the for a that we would be getting 3 quotes after they finish the sales rep wanted to know Why we did not trust them why we would not go through them immediately we explain that we wanted to get more more information learn a little bit more that was not good enough for them It has been 2 weeks and I have not gotten a estimate from these people I would highly suggest not using them

Showed up on time, the technician that came was Jesse and he was professional and respectful. The price was reasonable. We've had a few other technicians in the past, but no one was better than Jesse.

Sacramento Repipe does exceptional work! We bought a new home that needed to be 100% repiped due to dreaded KITEC plumbing. The owner, Dave, gave us a quote during our investigation period and when we closed, I called him up and he fit us in on the schedule immediately as I explained we were trying to move into our home ASAP. All throughout the process, Dave was big on communication and you can tell he is super passionate about his work, his positive energy is infectious! From start to finish, Dave walked us through each step, so we understood exactly what they were doing, he patiently answered all of our questions, and he and his crew kept the house neat and clean thru the whole job. They were respectful and they made the process very easy, we are so happy we didn’t turn down our home due to the plumbing. If you find you are in the same situation, we highly recommend Dave and Sacramento Repipe! Our house is now repiped and passed inspection and we feel so relieved. Dave also contracts out the wall repair and all his guys do quality work. The patch job is seamless! Thank you, Dave and Sacramento Repipe!

Mr. Rooter is undoubtedly the finest plumbing company in the area. We had a Saturday night emergency. Our call was answered by a live human being. We were told that a plumber would arrive within 90 minutes. He arrived within 15 minutes. Jonah was courteous and provided options. The cost was fair. We are grateful to him and that we found a company that put the customer first. Our highest recommendation to Mr. Rooter

Very unprofessional, very rude, they WILL cuss you out and do whatever they want, because everyone in this company is a manager... Pam, and this other lady there - Heaven forbid you have to deal with them!

Stay away! Do not use this company for your own sake!

UPDATE: They didn’t even submit the correct back-flow device. Fair oaks water district came to shut off my water and I caught them in the moment and showed them my receipt, otherwise they would have shut my water off. Also, they didn’t even tag the device, which is $7 according to the guy at Fair Oaks water district.

Have an emergency and just text me to tell me what it was and then wanting me to call another business to get my emergency service.

Very honest staff

Called Jeff’s Plumbing to come out to replace our water heater that was leaking and causing my carpet to get soggy - 3 days before Thanksgiving. They came out immediately, replaced my water heater and while they were here had them replace our kitchen faucet that was leaking. Tom did an excellent job replacing the water heater and faucet all in one day - excellent service- excellent product - and excellent people to work with and did all the work for a very reasonable price! Thank you for helping to get us back up and running with hot water and no more leaking faucet!
