Ace Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning is great!!! I called Sunday evening and Dennis answered the phone. I couldn't believe someone answered. I was set to leave a message but a real person answered. I explained my problem and he said he would be out in 15 minutes. I could not believe my ears!!! I asked him if I had to make an appointment for tomorrow and he said not if I wanted it taken care of tonight. I was happy he could come and still in shock when he pulled up at my house (we were outside cause it was hotter in my house than outside) and he went to work right away. He gave me a quote and he figured out the problem right away. I am sitting in my air conditioned house right now and we are more than happy with the service. Dennis is awesome and should get a pay increase for coming out in the evening on a Sunday. Thank you Dennis for saving us from an extra hot evening and hotter tommorow. Tami and Walter

I found Larry’s plumbing through thumbtack. They were quick to respond and provide the service. I reached out on Sunday and the service was done by Monday evening. Amit, the tech, was very professional. He was on-time and at no point I felt pressured for any additional unnecessary work. He took the time to explain the issue to me and even gave pointers on general drain maintenance. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Alvin with Serieux Plumbing. My wife and i hired him to hydro-jet and scope our main line in our 110 year-old home in Curtis Park. Alvin was up front from the beginning, charged us a fair rate to hydro-jet our main line and scoped out our pipes with his camera to verify they were in good condition. This was a major source of stress for us, and Alvin approached the situation sensibly and honestly. We haven't had any backups since hydro-jetting our mainline 4 months ago. I'm also crazy busy in grad school and he was able to handle this for me over the phone while I was in school. He's also a consummate gentleman, and my elderly mother-in-law--who lives with us and dealt with Alvin directly--was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. After 3 days of no air conditioning, I was getting irritable. Your crew worker, Mike came and was very courtest. He explained my AC problem. He check the cruit breaker and compressor and got my AC to work. My home is cool again .

I work @ a retail store here in Davis. And our toilet gets clogged up every week and every week it gets clogged up every single time. Our store has our go to plumber but we’re sick of it. Long story short after 3 different visit from 3 different plumber Eddie who goes by “Ed” was able to fix and contain the problem. Eddie explained to us what the issue was and went right to it. He knew what to do as soon as he saw where it was coming from. Ed took his time to trace the issue, was very knowledgeable of what he was doing and most importantly is that after he was done its like he wasn’t even there like he didn’t touch anything and our bathroom just miraculously started working again. Overall this guy is it. I wouldn’t hesitate doing business with Eddie and would call him whenever I need some leaks stopped in my household. 10 out of 10 great customer service great personality, quick, and clean. I had the best experience with Zoom Drain, from start to finish. They responded almost immediately to my online request, and I was offered an appointment the same day! I had a minor clog in my sewer line and their plumber was amazing, found my city clean out and checked that for me first. Turns out the clog was in my side of the line, and he clearly explained what my options were. I never felt pressured and I made my own decision. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and documented with photos. He also described an issue with my cleanout that I appreciate knowing about. The price was fair for all that I got- truly a great service.

Val and his crew at golden valley plumbing were great to work with. When I look for a contractor 4 things are important to me:
• good value/price (and sticks to quoted price)
• knowledgeable and skilled
• honest
• timely

Golden Valley plumbing accomplished all of these and more when they installed a natural gas hook up. When it took longer than expected they stuck to original price and finished with a clean and professional job. I would suggest them to my family, and hope to use them for a bathroom remodel soon!

This letter is to serve as a testimonial for the excellent plumbing work performed in our home by Sacramento Repipe & Plumbing, located at 9972 Park Way, Elk Grove, CA 95624

We purchased our home in 2001 and the original plastic plumbing pipe used was the “infamous Kitec Pipe.” We had heard several reports of leaking and flooding problems in homes in our area whereas the problems were due to failures with their “Kitec” pipping.

Based on those incidents, we decided to have the “Kitec” pipping removed and replaced with a more suitable product. That decision led us into the interviewing process with several of the local plumbing companies. Since this was not going to be a simple “fix-it project,” we needed to be reassured that the company would do “what they said” and would stand-by their product. We found that company in the SACRAMENTO REPIPE & PLUMBING COMPANY.

Any company can make claims, but it is through their employees that those assertions are in fact, executed. Sacramento Repipe & Plumbing brought in true professionals to perform the very detailed job of replacing and changing out all of our Kitec pipping. In addition, they did so in an orderly manner, while always ensuring that their work areas were clean before leaving for the day.

Called Jeff’s Plumbing to come out to replace our water heater that was leaking and causing my carpet to get soggy - 3 days before Thanksgiving. They came out immediately, replaced my water heater and while they were here had them replace our kitchen faucet that was leaking. Tom did an excellent job replacing the water heater and faucet all in one day - excellent service- excellent product - and excellent people to work with and did all the work for a very reasonable price!
