Service tech Alfonzo: personable, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, well organized; on site and working more than 90 minutes; clearly explained condition of my older system, with backup readings, pictures, and summary report for my file; no overt up-selling; very satisfactory in every respect. No complaints.

I had an emergency where PG&E had to turn my gas off. I have an eight month pregnant wife and it had been cold outside, so fixing the issue was a major priority. Leo M. was my technician and I cannot say enough good things about him and his work. He went above and beyond to get my gas turned back on. Sean came out to my house to check my shower valve. Another company wanted thousands to replace. He determined that all I needed was to replace the shower cartridge. He went above and beyond to fix my problem and save me money at the same time. Next time I have a plumbing issue, I will call Domco first.

He ran new pipe and didn't fix my problem all he did was make it look pretty.

I can easily recommend Monte and his crew for leak detection. I hired American Leak for specialized spa leak work and they handled it skillfully and professionally.

They came out to repair my garbage disposal and told me the sink needed to drain before they could fix it or it may ruin my hardwood floors. He said they would come back next week to fix it. They collected payment and have not returned. I have called three times and they can not schedule me or call back. Very unprofessional. I am a unhappy customer.
