I called on a Friday evening for help with a commercial tankless water heater at an apartment building. Tony showed up when he said he would and quickly assessed a problem that another Ace plumber could help with more, so he and Bret switched jobs and when Bret arrived he improvised a solution on the spot that enabled the tenants to have hot water that night, even though there was a long term problem. Bret was efficient, courteous, and completely professional.

Despite some staff going on vacation, Heald juggled schedules and made a beyond-the-call-of-duty effort to acquire a new unit and spend hours to install it just prior to my sister coming back to a now-cooled home.
