Zero Stars is what this organization deserves. When I scheduled the appointment I was clear we had the parts on hand already purchased from our regular plumber, however he was ill. I scheduled to have one shower value replaced and a Kohler faucet cartridge replaced. First I was told the technician would arrive around 2pm, he showed up at 4pm. The technician showed up without ANY boot covers which is so unprofessional. I gave him boot covers and then discussed the work to be performed. He immediately said he had no knowledge that the parts were on hand and likely the price would not change. He came back after running his estimates with a price of $800!!!$400 to replace a shower valve and $400 to replace only one cartridge in our faucet. This company is so unprofessional and clearly wants to price gauge people. BEWARE.

I am truly blown away by this company. Kind, intelligent, honest, reliable... I've had an AC unit from you-know-where and these men worked their butts off trying to find a way to fix the issue without charging me an arm and a leg. I expected to have to pay SO much more than we did. They feel like family by the time they leave. I'd recommend them to my grandmother. Love love love them!

My hot water heater had a leak, due to the bottom rusting out. I called River City to get a quote. David answered my call, and was super helpful. He was able to not only get me an amazing price on the work, but was able to come out the next day. Their willingness to come out that quickly saved my garage of the possibility of the water heater completely rupturing. Thank you, River City. I will make sure to tell everyone about you.

Installed hvac split system. I thought rather expensive. Installation took some time. Dwayn the installer did a very good job under difficult weather. The follow up was mishandled. An opening was left in my basement. Contacted by Dave to make appointment and was told be here 10 to 12 then found out it was 10-2. Waited Bobby was here at 2 pm. He was not aware of situation and did not have necessary info or material to repair. He did the best he could and was very apologetic and said he would come back as soon as possible. He was a very good representative of Beuler.

I got a new hvac unit installed a year and half ago...ducts and all. These guys were great honest workers, clean, fast, very good follow thru with any adjustments needed, follow up calls, assistance , drop by's, etc. And competitively priced! Would definitely recommend!

I really wanted to like you Bonney. After three visits to my home, you and your technicians couldn’t fix the A/C issue saying it might be this, or it might be that. I let you do the work and spent over $2,000 to replace what you suggested but it still didn’t work. The air conditioner still wasn’t working properly in this terrible heat. I had to put my family in a hotel for weeks to survive the heatwave since your appointment schedule was full. After all that, you suggested to replace the whole HVAC unit ($$$$$) even though this current one wasn’t that old. No thanks. I did like your technicians—they were friendly and polite however they didn’t (couldn’t) fix the AC. I eventually called out a DIFFERENT company and they fixed the problem without replacing the entire unit the same day.
