I was in a rush to get plumbing hooked up and faucets installed after renovation. Aaron came out next day and on time. Very professional and did a wonderful job. I called a handful of places and found Aaron's price the most reasonable.

We first used Cecilio Duran of NewWRX plumbing 4 years ago when our 2 bathrooms were renovated. We were able to have him back to finish the kitchen and laundry room infrastructure today replacing all drain and sewer lines under the house, as well as the fresh water supply lines and valves. Updating our 1954 Land Park home with quality workmanship is very important to us. We have referred Cecilio’s company to friends and coworkers that have also had work done and have been very pleased. Quality work, excellent prices.

I called this company because my AC had stopped working. I scheduled an appointment in a 5 hour window. While I was booking the appointment he was pretty much trash talking home warranty companies. For example they hire newly trained people who do know what they are doing. I made an appointment so I could at least have someone look at my AC. After I booked an appointment a company who works with my home warranty called and I made an appointment with them pretty much the same time I had made with fix it rite. I called fix it rite to cancel my appointment and the guy I talked to previously answered the phone. I told him I was cancelling my appointment since my home warranty called to schedule an appointment he just said I told you about home warranties and then he just started laughing and said okay I will cancel. How unprofessional not way to treat potential customers and to trash talk your competitors. I never told him the name of the company my home warranty went through so he was just lumping everyone just indicating to me he was better than them

They preformed water heater replacement, quality service and efficient.

Clint provided first-rate support. Everything was fixed before they left, and they were cordial and helpful as we considered our options. Another slow drain was fixed before they left. A trip well worth making.

I called in the evening and was scheduled for a visit the following day. I had a gas leak that needed to be detected and repaired. Jesse provided a thorough inspection and explanation and was able to complete repairs the same day. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Definitely recommend using this company for your plumbing needs.

I took a bit of time to cool down before writing this review because I wanted to make sure I wasn’t writing anything in anger. I would not recommend using 5-star plumbing.I hired them to install a new toilet and a sink and remove the old counterparts. I provided all the parts and let the technician who came over to give the estimate time to look over everything to make sure that everything could be installed. I was quoted a price that while high, was less then other prices that I had been quoted and seemed reasonable. On the day of the installation of the toilet did not have problems but for the sink I was told that they could not install the faucet that bought and asked that in that case that the old faucet that was taken out. I was not told at the time that reinstall the old one would be an extra charge. When the work was finished I was told that my instant water heater that was attached to the sink wasn’t working. I was not given a copy of my bill until I made the payment. After seeing the charges I called to ask for a refund on charges that were not made clear initially. They did give me a partial refund on the cost of reinstalling the old faucet.I ended up having a friend come in install the correct faucet and fix up the cabinet doors which were hung a little crookedly which I didn’t notice at the time. The hot water heater was fine and worked as soon as my friend plugged it. For the price I had to pay I should not have needed to have the work checked over by my friend.Overall, I was left feeling dissatisfied with the work done by 5-star plumbing and felt like like they gave a lower initial estimate and just added extra costs without proper explanation. I would not use them again.

I called Val from Golden Valley Plumbing to change my water heater urgently over the weekend because it started to leak. He gave me a very reasonable price compared to other businesses. I am extremely satisfied with their service. Definitely will recommend him.
