I called this company because my AC had stopped working. I scheduled an appointment in a 5 hour window. While I was booking the appointment he was pretty much trash talking home warranty companies. For example they hire newly trained people who do know what they are doing. I made an appointment so I could at least have someone look at my AC. After I booked an appointment a company who works with my home warranty called and I made an appointment with them pretty much the same time I had made with fix it rite. I called fix it rite to cancel my appointment and the guy I talked to previously answered the phone. I told him I was cancelling my appointment since my home warranty called to schedule an appointment he just said I told you about home warranties and then he just started laughing and said okay I will cancel. How unprofessional not way to treat potential customers and to trash talk your competitors. I never told him the name of the company my home warranty went through so he was just lumping everyone just indicating to me he was better than them

Val from this company (Golden Valley Plumbing) did an excellent repair of the pinhole leak in our plumbing. The leak was found at 9 o’clock in the evening on a Saturday. I contacted him around 9:30 and he immediately answered my call. He scheduled a visit for 9 o’clock Sunday morning and promptly at 9 o’clock he sent a text from my driveway. He was a very friendly, courteous, friendly, caring and professional individual. Professionally he knew his business and went right to work. He worked efficiently and with confidence and caring for both my family and myself. He kept us informed as to what he was doing and took pictures and videos of before and after the repair was finished. His court for the repair was more than reasonable and his clean up was excellent. I highly recommend Val, his company and most importantly his wok and his work ethic were impeccable. I highly recommend this person and his work.

Sacramento Repipe, I needed a new gas line. Dave Ortiz was very courteous and professional actually answered the phone. His bid for the work was within the range of my estimated amount and well under the bid of the big pluming companies. He informed me of all steps in the process. I am very happy with my new gas line and would recommend Sacramento Repipe.

Damian patiently went over the estimate(s) with me because, if the price was appropriate, I was considering having two sinks repaired. Damian had only been able to fix one, but it had been a good one. I appreciate that he makes himself available to me even on Sundays.

I think Bonney is a little more expensive than some smaller companies I have checked out, but feel Bonney is worth the little extra cost.

As a single-family home builder, I requested that they come out and put a hydrant on an empty piece of land for me. They provided me with a fair quotation, arrived on time, and completed the work well.

We hired Blaine and his company a couple of years ago to install an Ice Machine in our breakroom and a water line to the rear of our warehouse.

Update from 03/28/23 - We had an emergency service call where we had a sewage smell all over our office. I called Shields plumbing right away and They were able to have a tech out the same day to find the problem! This one was the neighbor who had a clean-out left open. We had such a great experience with Jeff's plumbing. Syreeta was excellent with customer service and making sure that we're taking care of as quickly as possible. Adam, Corey, Calvin and Vince were awesome also. It was a big job and they did a fantastic job in making it less stressful! They identify the issue immediately. They were assuring and were trustworthy! There was a tree root that grew over years and broke a pipe which led to us not being able to use our ONLY bathroom without overflowing! Unfortunately this job was not able to be done from the outside so they had to go inside the room to do it!
