Scheduled an appointment for getting an estimate for repairing sprinklers based on good reviews , the technician (Jesse Vasquez) apparently went to the neighbor's house cross the street (by mistake as they claim), and after he found out that he is in the wrong address, did not correct himself to come to our house as by accident the neighbor had some projects for them to do and the guy started working there and totally ignored his appointment with us (paid job in the neighbors versus appointment with us to provide an estimate)! When I called the owner (Mike) and explained the situation, found that he is well aware of what happened and instead of offering apology or correcting the mistake by sending the technician to the appointment started laughing !
Later, Mike contacted me and apologized AFTER he saw the negative review here. He asked me to remove the negative review multiple times and informed me that he will do anything to compensate if I remove this negative review!

Boyd Plumbing came to replumb our entire home. Sonny had been to the house a few weeks ago to repair a leak in the master shower. We then had another leak in the spare bathroom shower. We asked about just replacing the entire house. The cost was VERY reasonable, the same as our neighbor paid with someone else a few years ago. Sonny and Jacob came and were so polite, respectful of our home and our schedule. I am a real estate agent and needed a plumber for one of my clients and Sonny showed up. He did a great job and the cost was more than reasonable. They not only do the job they were asked but make sure there are on other problems lurking (I don't crawl under homes). Had a plumbing emergency out in Elk Grove and decided to try Pacific Rooter. I had met with 2 other contractors prior to going with Pacific Rooter. The owner Prashant was extremely polite and helped me figure out what was wrong with my plumbing system. I honestly wish I could give 6 stars. Maurice did the install and I couldn't ask for a more professional technician, no detail was missed and they explained everything along the way. I cannot recommend any company more than these guys they definitely know what they are doing.

My shower faucet cartridge only shot out hot and very hot water, no cold water. Leonard came out within an hour and replaced the cartridge quickly and did an excellent job. It’s very apparent that he has a lot of experience . The cost was very reasonable compared to other estimates.

Chris did an awesome job fixing the knobs and spout for both of my bathrooms. He got it done on the same day of request. Prices are affordable. He'll work with you! Great customer service!
