Kevin was very professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything he was doing and explained his repairs. He fixed an irrigation leak, faucet, reset our toilet, and brought our water heater up to code. I appreciate his help and his friendliness! Definitely would recommend.

We had Kevin, the owner of Choice Plumbing inc out to our house today to deal with a running faucet issue, he was fantastic and I would highly recommend him and we will definitely use him for any future issues.

Had a backed up toilet, they were the only plumber that would come out the same day, fixed the issue fast and was about 1/2 the price of other plumbers.

Choice Plumbing is the way to go!! We had a major clog in a bathroom, causing problems with the toilet and shower. Multiple plumbers in the area gave us ridiculously priced rates, and did not arrive at the scheduled time. Kevin from Choice Plumbing was on time, respectful of the home, very fairly priced, and clean with his work. He communicated the process to us and did a great job in solving our issue, as well as giving us helpful advice on how to avoid future problems. Choice Plumbing took real good care of me and my plumbing situation.
Called and spoke to Kevin and informed him of my busted leaking washer hot water valve and he came on time and evaluated my issue and made the repair for me without cutting into the dry wall using his plumbing know how and got me working working 30 minutes. When he arrived we had a couple of questions regarding our options, as we had already had others out to do repairs to this toilet with no avail. He immediately responded rudely and appeared offended that we had any questions about the job. He wanted 175$ to snake the toilet, and if that didn't work he wanted 300-350$ more to remove the toilet and do a more invasive clearing. We reiterated several time that we had no problem compensating him for his time and work, we just didn't want to pay for anything we didn't need if there was a better option to start with. He then walked out of our house saying we could do it ourselves and then proceeded to tell us that we should go to whitey instead. I was deeply offended and intimidated by the behavior he displayed in my home, which was especially shocking being that he seemed professional and personable during our initial phone conversations. I will not be recommending him to anyone, and I hope this review will help others avoid similar treatment.

Needed a leak in the bathroom located and repaired. Kevin was friendly, professional, and affordable; and he got the job done quicker than I expected. Definitely recommend.

I have used Choice Plumbing Inc for the last few years, about 3-4 years. Kevin is awesome. From the first time he helped me with a busted pipe in my front yard, to dripping sprinkler heads in my backyard to fixing bathroom sinks, shower heads and outside faucets.., he has been the same each time. He is kind, professional, straight to the point and reasonable in pricing. He is very calm
for those over anxious people who freak out over water leaks or issues. I only use him for my plumbing needs. He does not install appliances i already asked lol. He is timely and he communicates great. Add him to your preferred list of plumbers. He is the only one i truly trust who won’t overcharge me and get the job done. Kevin saved the day! Fast, efficient, professional. 6AM Saturday morning we had a shower valve emergency and water would not shut off. To make matters worse our water main is also apparently broken and we couldn’t shut off the water outside! As soon as I called, Kevin immediately jumped in his truck and was on his way to help. He arrived with the part he needed and knew exactly what to do. The shower valve was working again in no time. He even showed me how to turn off the water at the street main for any future emergency. It was 7pm and I called Choice Plumbing in an emergency. Our pipe broke at the water shut off valve and I had no water until I could get the pipe repaired first. Kevin was with a client but said he could come out to repair first thing in the morning. What I most appreciated was he didn't cut me off & tell me he couldn't help. I was in a pinch & was grateful that he stayed on the line with me & talked me through what I needed to do in the meantime. He told me to send pics of the damage and had an estimate to me the next morning. Kevin was fast & efficient. No messes left behind. The pipes are working & I have water! First let me say I am a builder/architectural designer, and I've dealt with a lot of tradespeople over the years, good and bad. I know the value of a license and insurance when dealing with subcontractors.

Kevin responded quickly to my email from his ad on Craigslist. He was available and showed up right on time for our appointment. His price was fair and consistent with other plumber rates (remember, you're not paying for the wrench, you're paying for they guy who knows how to use it and who knows when not to use a wrench). He got in and got all the work done quickly, professionally and cleanly. Saved me a lot of time in my schedule and saved my back, too. I will definitely be using Kevin's services again. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Kevin is great. My tub handle was leaking water constantly and was one step away from being a complete broken disaster. Pipes were severely corroded and had calcium build up. Long story short… Choice Plumbing came in and replaced all of it. Kevin is extremely professional, was on time and fixed my issue.
