Ken did a good job of explaining what needed to be done, and his bid was considerably less than those guys that do premium work with no surprises and charge an appropriately premium price. Our whole house was repiped in week with minimum disturbance to our schedule. Manny and his helper were polite, professional, and good communicators. We had several issues to be addressed - the gentleman was on time, explained the problems, offered product knowledge and what kind to purchase. He came back the next day and installed everything, hauled everything away, cleaned up after his work snd was out in a timely manner. We have used them in the past and will again if necessary.

I had service call for my AC on July 14th 2022. I was told that get a call on Friday the 15th with the part information and the price. After not hearing from the service technician called back on July 20th in was told he would be given me a call later that day. It's July 23rd and I still haven't received a call or the pricing for my repairs.
