I will take my business elsewhere. they should really learn some manners.

Had HVAC serviced including coil cleaning. Tech Efrain was very professional, explained as he was doing. Brought a few things to my attention, but did not hard-sell. Corrected a small problem at no added charge. I will use them again in the future.

My original review is below but I am adding this update and reducing my rating to one star. Terri W. at their office has so far been next to incompetent. She has not completed submission of my SMUD rebate paperwork. It has been 5 MONTHS since my install was completed. She also did not send me my paperwork for the water heater portion of my project and my city inspection was late.I needed a new HVAC and water heater and started shopping. Beutler beat the price I was offered by the other company in my area by almost 15% because of their connection to Home Depot. John S. helped me get everything picked out, outlined all the work to be done, all costs, and set me up with an install as soon as possible. The other company wouldn't come out until the next week. He's been pleasant to work with. I have an old home and the install had a few bumps, but nothing extreme or out of the ordinary. I ended up with even better equipment than I ordered due to some stock issues with the supplier and it didn't cost me an extra dime.They took care of me on the project but have screwed everything else up since. Buyer beware.

Brandon showed up and like a ninja services our Ferrari of a hvac system (he called it a Lamborghini but we are brand loyal to Ferrari) anyway, he didn’t wake a 6 month old sleeping baby didn’t disturb any of my wife’s flowers and explained everything in great detail. We ended up adding some new features to our system because he explained what they did rather than selling them to me (which is a way of selling things). Couldn’t recommend Brandon enough.

Absolutely the best service any consumer could ask for. Truly professional and courteous and on time. Bernadette and Eduardo are the best. Myself, family and friends will definitely use Moore from this point on with pleasure.

I called Heald Mechanical on a Thursday and spoke with Diane. I asked that someone come out to our home and check our furnace prior to using it for the cold weather coming. I was told that someone would call me on Monday to arrange a day and time to come out. Well Tuesday arrived and no one had contacted me. I called the office and spoke with the owner, Greg. I told him what I needed and he replied that he would try to come out during the week. Well, the week went by and no one contacted me, even if to say they were to busy to make it out. I know Heald Mechanical has been in business a long time. Perhaps to long and have forgotten what customer service means.

Chuc came on time actually a little early for the appt which I like, Chuc was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He wasn’t pushy at all like other company who just want to sell their service without even checking what the problem is.
