Best Drain Cleaning In Sacramento in Sacramento CA

We called for a sewer drain backup at 955am and requested someone for service today. At 1007am we received a text that dispatch received our request. At 1140am tech 8046, Jake Hope, sent a text that he was en route. At 145pm we called back to find out where the tech was, but they couldn’t reach him and told us dispatch would call us back. It’s 234pm now and we still haven’t heard from anyone. Horrible customer service. Would never call them again. We called to cancel but the agent didn’t care to even try to help. Doesn't even deserve one star but that’s as low as I can go.

Ryan and Kelley from Ace Plumbing worked on a sewer issue (a completely severed pipe, as it turned out) for over two days. It’s hard to even sum up the many tasks they had to perform: finding the access pipe that was covered by landscaping, snaking through the backup (the pipe has probably been broken for several years), lifting and then replacing decorative flagstone, jackhammering concrete and digging down under the driveway about five feet, removing the broken pipe, replacing and securing the broken pipe, filling the dirt back in, laying a cement patch, hauling away all the old, broken concrete and generally cleaning up when the job was finished - all during extremely hot weather as well.

Throughout, these two gentlemen were professional, informative, respectful of both me and my property, and clearly took pride in their work, even in the way they cleaned the site and stored their materials each night, so that there was no mess and I could move my car back and forth from the garage. I could not have asked for two better plumbers in such a stressful situation, especially as they always took the time to explain and reassure me during the entire process. (They also both had gentle senses of humor, which I expect you probably need when you’re a plumber, and that helped put me at ease about the whole - let’s face it - icky problem.)

I had this company dispatched through my home warranty the technician came out diagnosed the unit I waited 2 weeks for parts the part worked for about an hour and stopped working I called the company they were very unprofessional said they were not going to fix it and would not return my money either I don't know who runs this company but this is definitely not the way to do business and I will definitely be contacting the BBB and a lawyer in this matter Thank you and have a great day

Terrible service. They kept canceling my appointments and had a few no shows. One of the technicians called me at 2 a.m. in the morning. They came two times and fixed nothing. Charged my home warranty $175 for a diagnostic. Look elsewhere!
