We had a sever plumbing issue at my elderly mother's home. It was bad enough that we were in the process of finding a place for my mother to stay for the next few days. Essentially, the toilets would not flush, even though the water would run in the rest of the bathrooms. We got The Trenchless Co recommended to us by a trusted friend. Upon calling them, The Trenchless Co was able to send someone to take a look at the problems within hours.

Once on site, they discovered the sewer cleanout was not standard, yet still found a way to run a camera in the line. After finding the standing water in the line (which they showed us the camera feed) along with a blockage in the main line, they went under the house and found a busted pipe with leakage. Needless to say, this was a mess.

Now that they knew the issue, they quoted us a price that was well below what we expected. After that, they got a team out to replace and update the cleanout, another team to fix the busted pipe under the house and another team to clean out the main line. This was all supervised by the main office dispatch and by an on-site supervisor who kept in constant touch with us regarding the status of each step along with expectation of arrival and completion. The whole thing ran like clockwork.

Before the sun set, the technician walked me through all the repairs, showed me the cleaned out line and what was causing it (roots in the line) and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction (including making sure the toilets flushed).

The best surprise was all of this came in under the quote they gave us at the start of the work.

When no body else would make time, Rooneys plumbing stepped up! I am renting a home in Sacramento, and have been having issues with the plumbing. We have a toilet leak, this company came out twice, fixed the leak, and a little while after they left BOTH TIMES, the leak was back. Worse each time. We've been dealing with the issue for almost two months. It takes two weeks to schedule each time. You'd think that if you don't fix the problem, you'd send someone back out QUICKLY, at the very least two days, but no. My father in law just had surgery, so going upstairs was not an option for him, so we've been unable to turn the water off this entire time, soaking more than 6 towels per day.

Hopefully, this third time, when they finally get around, they can actually FIX the problem! Lets hope!
