I called on a Saturday night, and someone actually answered the phone and scheduled me in for Sunday! They even honored a special price offer that is typically only given M-F 7am- 7pm. Pedro called and texted when he was 15 minutes away- the text even contained a profile of Pedro complete with a photo. He was polite, wore shoe covers and finished quickly. Val from this company (Golden Valley Plumbing) did an excellent repair of the pinhole leak in our plumbing. The leak was found at 9 o’clock in the evening on a Saturday. I contacted him around 9:30 and he immediately answered my call. He scheduled a visit for 9 o’clock Sunday morning and promptly at 9 o’clock he sent a text from my driveway. He was a very friendly, courteous, friendly, caring and professional individual. Professionally he knew his business and went right to work. He worked efficiently and with confidence and caring for both my family and myself. He kept us informed as to what he was doing and took pictures and videos of before and after the repair was finished. His court for the repair was more than reasonable and his clean up was excellent. I highly recommend Val, his company and most importantly his wok and his work ethic were impeccable. I highly recommend this person and his work.

Definitely recommended, we had the worst plumbing issue. Both our bathrooms were backing up and we had called Sever plumbing services and none were able to help with the issue. I am great full that I was able to find Millennium Plumbing Specialist, once I informed them of the issue they were able to send someone in a couple hours. I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
