Our water heater was making really loud, banging noises for about a year. I thought that we were going to need an entirely new water heater, but it turns out that it was just in need of a flush. The fact that John came out and recommended the flush, and not a preplacement tank, was very nice considering that I was ready to pay for the replacement. Water heater works fine now. I strongly recommend Big John's Plumbing.

We had an emergency situation with a broken pipe in my home. After many calls to other plumbers, Active not only answered, but gave me a time expectation as to when a plumber could arrive. While it did take a while, Justin arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue. He even gave us some recommendations for future repairs. I appreciated his courteousness and willingness to clean up!

Called Chuck on Sunday night . arrived Monday as requested. Had a new AC installed buy Wednesday. Chilling out at 76 deg. Great job guys. Clean and professional.

When my kitchen sink started backing up I called All City as I previously used them in the past and was always a great experience. When I contacted them, Emily answered the phone and was professional and polite and got me scheduled right away. The technician Eusebio got the drain flowing like new. Overall great experience!

Sal is amazing! I originally called just to have my hot water heater drained, and I asked if Sal could take out the water filtration system that I had installed several years ago which caused many issues with the pipes and the water heater. Sal removed it at a reasonable price. He mentioned that the water filtration system was not installed properly.
