Juan came out on New Year’s Eve to unclog my shower drain. Very polite. Very clean. Very professional. Very trustworthy. He even cleaned my shower after completing the job. Highly recommend using this company!

OUTSTANDING!! This word fully explains the integrity of Rooter Warrior Plumbing! I am SO HAPPY! They contacted me within minutes to advise they would come by for a FREE estimate. They gave me the choice of (2) time slots so I picked my choice and they came within that time period with a heads up text to advise they were on their way. They gave me a GREAT price and GEORGE provided us with GREAT SERVICE! Our main line was clogged. It is 100' so not many companies have a snake long enough. But they came with a 120' snake. It was a super tough clog due to our ceramic main conduit being broke and moving. George worked so so hard for us! He very easily could have given up and said he couldn't get it or he could have just offered a more expensive jet type service...but he didn't...George kept at it and cleared it! He also explained to me a few recommendations for us to do or not to do until our actual problem is fixed, which actually involves the water company so we will do as he recommended. We sure appreciated the integrity in his work and service he provided! We absolutely recommend this company to our family, friends, and fellow Yelpers! I have used this company twice now and will be having them back out to do another job for me in a couple of weeks. They provide quality work at a reasonable price and my plumber George was amazing gave me a lot of useful information explain things in detail in a way I was able to understand the work that needed to be done I will definitely be using them in the future and referring them to all my friends thank you so much for great service!

I had a slow draining tub, broken tub spout, and single handle shower valve that was only letting out super cold or super hot water. I called Rooter Warrior and they had an opening the very next day. George showed up on time and got right to work. It ended up being more work and money than I bargained for, but nonetheless I have a brand new shower kit and a tub that is draining just like it should. George explained everything along the way and was very cautious of his work space. He was very pleasant and professional. I am definitely calling these guys for all my plumbing needs.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Juan arrived on time, in a clean uniform, with a face mask and shoe covers. He assessed my commode problems and provided an itemized list of my options.

I had a leak at my main water shutoff, they came out and gave me a price that was right at what I was expecting it to cost. Juan was able to get the job done over the course of the day. Put in new PVC, copper and dielectric unions to the existing pipe. The quality is better than anything I could have done. It was a very tight spot, but he got it done. If I ever have another problem, I'm definitely calling these guys again.

Definitely recommend. Guillermo was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond and we will definitely call him again. He came out last minute to camera a sewer line for us at a 100 year old house we were in escrow on to buy. It wasn’t as easy as planned but he figured out how to make it happen and inspected the line. He also walked me through all the details of what he was doing and he basically inspected the old plumbing system of the house with me and pointed out some things I didn’t see. Thank you again!

Update 12/21/18:

Just a week later we had a leak show up in our main service line. Guillermo was quick to come back out and take a look and found the previous owners had repparep the line at some point and used all the wrong materials and all this just a few days before Christmas.

He was able to explain and show me where our issues were and was back out and managed to handle the project with his team quickly and despite many hurdles to overcome finished all the repairs in a single day. He and his entire crew were nothing but professional, polite and a pleasure to deal with. I will not hesitate for a moment to call them again or suggest them to any friends and family

I Googled local Plumbers near me to Service my tankless water heater system and Snake a toilet, Rooter Warrior Plumbing showed up in the results so I thought to give them a call to get a quote and check availability.

Not only were they very Professional and Friendly, they were also very communicative and reasonably priced for their services!

So I had Oscar come to my house and check some issues I had with my plumbing, he solved the problem was very helpful and informative of the situation going on. Oscar as a person was awesome I could complement him for day, I recommend rooter warrior looks like they have a great staff overall.

Guillermo was able to locate the clog in a pipe that is close to a hundred years old. He was able to clean it out with out having to replace the pipe. Just bought my new house and wanted to have the sewageline inspected with a camera. Guillermo came out right away. He camera the entire line from back of the house all the way to the city line in the street. Almost 120 feet. No bellies, no roots! Yes :) These guys are the best! Try them. They won’t disappoint:)

Oscar was awesome. Not only did he arrive on time but he was very conscientious about keeping the work area clean, and keeping me informed of where he was in the process. He was always quick to check and make sure if it was okay to turn the water off, advise me that the smoke alarms might go off while he was welding and not to panic and was very upfront with all of his explanations. He had me check the job and answered any questions. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat.

We just moved into a new home and immediately our kitchen sink was filling up/ not draining properly. We determined our pipes were completely clogged full of grease from the previous owners. Rooted Warrior Plumbing came out and used a hydrojet to flush the line. It was so backed up, Juan had to spend extra time clearing the pipes but was completely willing to spend the extra time to do it right. He was very knowledgeable on what products we should buy to do maintenance for our pipes. We are very pleased with their work!!

He was professional, respectful of COVID procedures, and very thorough in making sure the plumbing issue was resolved. The cost was reasonable for the work provided. Had a washer/dryer install scheduled. When the company tried to install they noticed broken valves, so they couldn't complete it. Had Rooter Warrior in my phone from last time, called them up to explain the situation and they were at the house within 1-2hrs (can't remember exactly but it was extremely quick and way faster than I ever expected)! He did the work in what seemed like 15min... new valves & hoses! I didn't even bother to call around for other prices. They were fair and reliable - as always! I'm hoping to replace my water heater and maybe other projects with them!

Lower price than some competitors and was available to come out the very same day... they came out the following day (today, 7/14) because I was late in responding. But they even came out way earlier than expected today - which I was thrilled about! Juan is the tech who did the work... he was quick yet cordial! He abided by all safety protocols, during this COVID chaos. He thoroughly explained everything and was able to complete the job quickly, even when there was an unforseen snag in the plan. But I'm extremely satisfied with the work!! I already saved the number to my cell and will be calling on them for future jobs! Guillermo was very prompt, diligent, and effective. He came in, assessed the situation, and went to work right away to scour jet the kitchen line. He completed the job within 2 hours and that includes spending time to explain to the customer the plumbing processes, expectations, and general plumbing practices and what draino looks like upon solidifying with grease. 10/10 will recommend this company in the future! The kitchen sink has not been clogging ever since they provided their services.

On a very short notice Jorge showed up. We had a shower pipe clog and, even though I was not a repeat customer, they took me seriously and provided amazing customer service. Jorge took his time to explain to me the problem. Even later he mentioned if I can text him the pictures of the work previously done. Not too many people care about what was previously done and what improvements can be made at the work site. That showed me Jorge really cared. I called Rooter Warrior based on the reviews. Great experience! Came out a few days before Thanksgiving and made sure I was ready for holiday visitors.
