Exceptional service by Mark from First Class Plumbing and Rooter!! He and his family came to my aid on a Sunday afternoon - right after church service. He quickly diagnosed the issue after seeing my flooded backyard and water spilling from the side drains. Using hydro jet, he unclogged lots of debris and mud from the drain pipes. If you have any plumbing issues, this is the place to call. First off, another company wanted to charge me $7000.00 and FIRST CLASS PLUMBING came out and charged me $975.00. Secondly, they cleared the line with no more issues which was totally awesome. Finally, they were very honest, super generous and on time! Couldn’t ask for more!! I had a severe sewer clog that I could not unclog. It actually flooded my restroom and hallway. I called a plumber and they never showed up. I called first class plumbing and they not only showed up but came earlier than I was quoted. They had to dig a hole in my front yard to get it fixed and did an amazing job. When they were done you can't even tell they were here. I'll never use anyone else and highly recommend their professionalism.

They were very professional, and service was white glove. I ended up getting a pretty big job done and we have 50 years warranty service. I usually wouldn’t believe that l since companies go out of business, but I trusted this company. Cody who was helping us was very professional, thorough with explaining the situation, and he was also very patient. If I was his boss, I would give him a raise. I thought we had a simple drain issue it quickly escalated from $69-$11k job, but if it wasn’t for Cody’s service and great attitude, I don’t think I would have moved forward, it was too big of a price difference.

As of August 9, 2023 the job of replacing the P-Trap has been completed. I am very happy with the job that has been done. Especially, working with Mark, Vincent and Kevin. Vincent and Kevin also, took the time to make sure everything was clean and picked up when they were here last week.

I can’t say enough good things about Mark. He is very professional and has gone the extra mile to help find the tile needed for the bathroom floor.

My tenants called me at 6:40 am to let me know one of the restrooms in our rental had a leak. I called First Class Plumbing and the owner Mark got back to me right away. He sent out his technician Humberto from Riverside to Rancho Cucamonga and by 8:30 am they had already assessed the situation, picked up parts that needed to be replaced and in no time the problem was resolved. My tenants said Humberto was very efficient and by 10 am they were done. This is the type of company you want on speed dial for your home and your rentals if you have rental property. Woke up to a sewer stoppage and my downstairs bathrooms were not flushing properly. I tried plunging but no luck. I am a new homeowner of a old historic house and I recently had a major plumbing issue which caused flooding in our basement. I know nothing about plumbing but after seeing all of the busted pipes I knew we had a massive issue on our hands. We called First Class Plumbing and Ricardo and Tito quickly showed up to our home. They were so patient with all of my questions and walked me through the process of the work they would be doing. They were so knowledgeable and very professional. They reassured me that they would take care of our problem and we would have a new great system. They were right! They worked hard and not once did I ever hear a complain regarding the very limited crawl space they had. In fact, every time I checked in with them they approached me with a great big muddy smile :) Also, I must add that their pricing was very competitive and very fair. I reached out to First Class for sewer maintenance to clear my lines. They ran cameras down the lines and jetted them. It was determined that my old cast iron lines were corroded thru in some areas. Tito and I worked out a plan to sleeve the lines. But as anyone who has ever worked with plumbing knows, things don’t always go as planned. In the end they sleeved some lines and they rerouted my kitchen line around the outside of our home and honored their original estimate. Tito and his team worked very hard to complete the job. I am a hands-on person and want to understand all that is being done and as such was out there with the guys much of the time. Tito, Kevin, Ozzy, Will and Justin were all knowledgeable, they always did whatever I asked, answered my questions and cleaned up at the end of the day. They did come out quickly and Cody was courteous and diligent about the work. The problem lies in the offer of a free estimate.

They pulled out the toilet and purchased a new toilet BEFORE they offered the estimate for the repair. After garnering a second opinion and discussing it with others, I made the decision to go a different route and made an appointment to come back and get the new toilet.

At that point, I was sent an invoice for a service charge. Now, I understand that some work was done, but that was before the assessment was complete and before I had a chance to say yes or no to the job. In other words, the only way I could have avoided this charge would have been to not have them come out in the first place. How exactly is that a free estimate?

Maybe it's pie in the sky to think that you should get a free estimate as nothing in life is free. It's true that some work was done, but that work was the work involved in providing an estimate. In the end, I offered to pay part of the invoiced amount as I wanted to try and be reasonable and I because I want to support people who work and people who are trying to run a business. And, to their credit, they did agree to knock something off the original service charge. But, I was not happy as I felt trapped into paying something just to find out what specific work was required in the first place which is something they freely admit, is supposed to be free. It felt to me like once I passed on the job, they simply called the process of giving an estimate a service, and sent off an invoice.

For 10 years, I never had the shower
get cold while using other hot water
in the house, until the new unit was
installed. Seems backwards
especially for how much we paid for
the 50 gallon tank!! When I was
searching for the company name
(like a card or paperwork) I noticed
that part of the unit was hanging
off. Bummer. Staff is very nice though.

Called first class in the middle of the night garage flooded from our water heater leaking and Tito and the team came and fixed everything and I’m am very happy with these young me thank you again first class

I highly recommend First class Plumbing! They were same day, they were on time and very efficient. Let me add they are competitive with their pricing. Great work Tito! Update! I had a leak in my shower and called a couple plumbing companies to come give me an estimate for a repair and they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to tear out drywall for no reason. I called first class plumbers and they sent over Dakota, he ran some test found that the the leak was from the spout and added some caulking and the leak was fixed. He was very professional, friendly and most importantly on time! I highly recommend first class plumbing service and Dakota!
