Ivan G. was so knowledgeable, thorough and kind. He installed a new kitchen sink and faucet for us. From the quote to the finished installation he did everything as promised. He communicated with us every step of the way and was on time. He even took the time to wipe down all of the counters and got down on the floor and wiped our floors before he left. He has a great attitude and even our kids loved him. Our 5 and 2 year old keep asking when he is coming back. We will definitely work with Ivan G. again as he has gained our trust and confidence. The sink looks great and is a perfect upgrade for our growing family.

Just a couple months ago I had work done by Titan Plumbing normally I would not say which however my Mother was completely taken advantage of. We had a pump installed in the back house which ended up being not only a horrible pump but horribly installed! The property smelled of sewage! And my the wax ring on my toilet was done and flooding my bathroom mainly due to the pump situation! So found this place online read the reviews same day technician came out Jason. Amazing Jason was unsure of how bad the issues were so wanted to return with a specialist the next day! So he returned the following day with Rueben who explained all the above and Jason was right about the pump leaking and it’s quality! They went out of their way to look into everything climbing on the roof cleaning the vents they made sure they covered all areas. Then went out of their way to provide us with a solution and a price within our budget! A new toilet!!! New pump corrected the piping!!! Amazing all around! Jason and Rueben worked really hard and we are so grateful! They gave us their cards and told us to call when we needed ! Thanks guys!!!

I had a major plumbing emergency in the middle of the night and called All City Plumbing. They answered the phone right away and had a plumber at my house within the hour. They were able to fix the problem quickly and saved me from a major disaster. I can't thank them enough seriously, David Martinez, you saved me from a high water bill!

Ask for Braden McPherson! We had a leak under the slab and called All City Plumbers. Braden came to our house just a few hours later, even though it was on Sunday. Thank god for this kind of service, we wouldn’t want the leak to further damage things in our house. Braden has this infectious positive attitude and treated us with kindness and respect. He made us feel at ease and trusted in his work. He even showed us some tips on how to maintain our plumbing system and we are grateful for that.

Troy Brown did a excellent job. He diagnosed the problem correctly and replaced the pressure regulator and also replaced the pressure valve on top of the water heater. He was meticulous and knowledgeable. I would use him again.

I called them and they immediately scheduled to come out the same day. They found out that my parts was covered under warranty. They was very professional. Very nice young man.

Shower drain, tub drain, two toilets backing up on a FRIDAY EVENING!! My regular plumber was not available. Miguel Valtierra came out to service the main drain from the roof access (we have no ground access). He was polite, on time, and EFFECTIVE!! Thank you, Miguel!!!

There was a leak on the home owner's side of the water meter which required significant digging and replacing some pipe. Also replaced the piping and valves going into the house and correcting the water pressure which was too high which could have damaged the house plumbing. Ivan was great, very professional, patient and very responsive. Will definitely use this company in the future if needed.

I am so glad that I called this company! Jonathan came out same day, during the holidays, to help when we lost water to the whole house. He and was able to very quickly troubleshoot and get to the root of the problem and made sure everything was working before he left for us. The experience with scheduling from the first call all the way through their followup after the visit was exceptional.

Worst experience I’ve had. Called for a slow draining sink. They came and I thought it was all good until I woke up to a puddle of water the next day. Called them back and they sent someone out to fix the leak (that I didn’t have before). Wasn’t home a few days and when I came back it was still leaking. So now I am calling a third time! Not happy! This place is pricey and can’t even do a simple job right. They obviously don’t care and don’t take pride in their quality of work. I will never use this company again! Keep looking if you’re debating using this company.Update: after my 3rd call reporting the leak that was caused by them I got a call from a supervisor who was nice. He came out himself and fixed the leaking pipe. He called and updated me and refunded me for the entire cost of the initial repair which was appreciated. I got a follow up text the next day as well. It seems the leak has finally stopped. I still won't be using this place again though.

We had a slow kitchen drain. The plumber was on time and quickly resolved the problem. I would recommend All City Plumbing to anyone needing quick professional plumbing repairs.

Had a shower valve break in the upstairs tub that is leaking thru the ceiling of a closet downstairs.Brandon from All City Plumbing came to repair the leak while we are remediating the water damage. Brandon is very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to and understood our priorities and came up with a great interim (and less costly) solution to stop the leak now so we can complete the remediation and do more permanent fixes during a remodel in the near future.All City sent Brandon within a short window after we called for service and the work was completed same day.Would definitely use All City Pluming again. Service was excellent. I had other quotes but no one suggested this interim fix. Really appreciate that. This is what builds trust and repeat business.

This company is horrible. Absolutely call someone else.Absolutely do not go with All City Plumbing for your plumbing needs.The Customer Service is awful. The plumbers do not have any idea what they are doing. I know 5-year-old kids that understand, hot is on the left, and water flows downhill. All-City Plumbing can't even get the basics correct.The Plumbers of All City Plumbing are more apt to sell you stuff that they are unable to install. they will sell you stuff do not need and install it incorrectly so that you can PAY MOR FOR FOR YOUR PROJECT They will install junk you do not need, and install it incorrectly to fix the issue you had and charge you more for what you need.You will end up with noisy pipes, shotty work, and showers that do not work.This company will not follow up and will take your money and leave you hanging with your original problem.I have been dealing with this company for two months. I called them for a leak. and have ended up with more problems than I had to begin with.Absolutely do not do business with all city plumbing, They are absolutely one of the worst companies to work on your project.You will be more successful either doing it yourself or calling another plumbing company.

Mike was able to come out on the same day we called All City Plumbing and he said he was going to have to come back the next day with the parts but he was able to get to the store before they closed and come back and fix my toilet that same evening

I highly recommend this company. The gentleman that came out was very hard working and knowledgeableMy drains underground in my backyard have been clogged with roots, dirt, etc.The gentleman worked for hours trying to get it all to come out. He went in every way possible to make it happen however the blockage was so bad it snapped 2 of his snaking machines.I have to go with a different service they offer which it the hydro jetting but I definitely will be having them do the job because my 1st experience with them was amazing.I highly recommend

Ivan G of All City Plumbing provided wonderful service at my house on 11/12/2022. During the entire estimate, installation, and review process, he was easy to engage with to arrive at the solutions that best met my needs. Ivan was very careful in all aspects of the work performed and this included taking the extra time needed to locate a brass ball valve instead of a plastic one for a valve which will have a lot of UV exposure outside, dealing with a somewhat corroded mounting flange for a toilet pull & reset, and addressing a hardware mismatch where one of the sink faucet kits my wife purchased came with two hot cartridges, instead of a single hot and cold cartridge each. Having used All City Plumbing before and with the great service Ivan provided recently, my wife and I will continue to call on them for future plumbing needs.

Oscar was great! He was knowledgeable, honest, and gave me a quote for only what I was asking. ACP was the second company I requested a quote from. The first company quoted double what ACP did, and I believe that was because the first plumber was trying upsell me.The only reason this wasn't a 5 star is because they were late to the initial visit. Would have given a 4.5 if that was available.

They provide quick service for a very reasonable price and the quality of service was the best!I had a clogged kitchen drain problem and after searching for local plumbing businesses, I found and selected All City Plumbing because they have the best reviews compared to the others. I don’t take for granted the reviews of previous customers because from there you can already tell what kind of company I would be dealing with.They sent me their technician, Eric Cuevas. He arrived at my house within the time frame that I was told. They also texted me that he was arriving in 15 minutes and they included a picture of him, wearing his work uniform and a brief description of him. That’s very important for safety concerns and to easily identify him. He did an excellent job! He was very professional and experienced. Our toilet and bathtub had water flowing backup and All City Plumbing was able to send Ruben to us within one hour of my call. Ruben was super professional and easy going, he was able to figure out where the clogged happened and answered all of our questions. He also brought shoe cover and mats to keep the floor clean while working, he made sure the work area is completely cleaned when the job is done. Overall Ruben did a wonderful job and solved our problem in one visit! I would definitely recommend their service!

Great company, had all city come out to replace bursted water line in the front of my house! My front driveway was covered in water arising from the concrete. Within 2 hours of booking appointment I was greeted with technician David. He gave me several options ranging from different warranties & methods of repair or replacing. I opted for the entire water line replaced. He was very informative about the piping that was going to be used along with the 10 year warranty!On day 2 of the project I met Ivan from all city, he was in charge of breaking open my concrete driveway. He contained all of the dust & debris to a minimum and the concrete patch was great.Total job took 3 days start to finish.Thank you All city!

UPDATE: I used All City Plumbing again this time around for another issue but now with my en suite bathroom. I kept hearing water hammering, knocking coming from the condo unit owner above me. I worked with HOA and they after sending out their plumber stated there is no water leak. However, HOA was hands off about the ongoing loud water hammering, knocking noise. So I decided to pay out of my own pocket to further investigate by calling All City Plumbing. A nice, kind, friendly plumber named Taylor Vandewater came out and he was very helpful. He took time in cutting into my drywall and verified thankfully there is no water leak coming from the condo unit above me. He offered to secure the copper line in hopes to help mitigate the water hammering, knocking noise. Unfortunately due to living in condo community with a HOA, I informed him I would have to ask him to come back out after I get the approval from HOA to secure that copper line.HOA approved it and Taylor again came out again. I fully endorse All City Plumbing and the two plumbers I have experienced Zac and Taylor! Please use this company for all your plumbing needs. Not at all surprised they have perfect reveiws on Yelp and Google.Taylor is a kind human being and an exceptional plumber. Such a breath of fresh air!This company is AWESOME!!!I had a leak coming from upstairs condo owner and this company has helped me with an initial inspection but due to not being able to get access upstairs unit this work is on pause. I needed my tankless water heater descaled and I also had an issue with the hot water taking too long to reach my shower. I called All City and they were able to fit me in quickly and sent a tech to my house. Dylan was the best. He explained everything to me thoroughly and provided me with different options to address my issues, one being my water pressure being lackluster. He was able to get everything working perfectly. Dylan was extremely personable and professional and I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

First time with All City Plumbing. My technician Ivan Duenas and his partner Nate was professional and knowledgeable. Ivan went above and beyond to make sure I had quality service. He was patient in explaining what he was doing and why. It’s good to know there are people who are honest with their service.

Had a leaky toilet and All City Plumbing was responsive and got me an appointment promptly.Communication was good in letting me know when the plumber was going up arrive. Felipe did excellent work in explaining my issues and giving me options for repair. In the end, he replaced the old toilet quickly and I am going to make to my job on time.Satisfied with the quality of the work and service.

I will start by saying the technicians who completed our job were professional, friendly, and explained every step of the process to me. However I will not be using this company again. Talking with experienced friends and other plumbing company’s we discovered that we were severely overcharged for our repair. We had a leak in our main line. My husband completely dug up the grass area and located the leak before the plumbers arrived. All they did was replace the cracked copper section with some pvc. They also did a small cement patch. We were charged over $3,000!! Also, the next day we had terrible water pressure throughout our home. The technicians had no problem coming back out and addressing the issue but they ended up having to replace the water pressure regulator. In speaking to other people, this is supposed to be removed once your main line is fixed to clear the line. We were desperate and without water so I was happy to have my problem fixed quickly but I am upset that I was charged so much and that the job wasn’t completed correctly the first time.

When my kitchen sink started backing up I called All City as I previously used them in the past and was always a great experience. When I contacted them, Emily answered the phone and was professional and polite and got me scheduled right away. The technician Eusebio got the drain flowing like new. Overall great experience!

Mike webster was amazing. His service was great. He respects the clients house. Also, his work is great . He is as professional as can be. The only honest negative thing I have is the price. It was , in my opinion was expensive. It would have been 5 stars. What makes it 4 stars is the price.

He came out for an emergency evaluation of a slab leak and really helped settle the distress of the situation.Edit: Be advised that you'll also be paying $$$ for their work. After reaching out to a few other plumbers, All City gave me the highest quote for the job (and it wasn't close). The technician was great. The company prices? Not so much.Technicians will also be docked by the company if we post anything less than a 5 star review. I'm not sure how much their '4.9' star rating is influenced by this.

So All City wanted to replumb the whole house. They wanted $29,000. I called a local plumber and turned a valve and the problem was fixed. Go figure.

My kitchen drain was clogged after I poured something down the drain that I never should have done. They were quick to come over, and fix it!!! Had to have my home re-piped as the old pvc installation was brittle. All city was quick to address repairs. They completed an entire re-pipe in just one day. The workers were clean, professional and responded positively to local requests. A.J. coordinated all aspects of the job and kept us informed at all times. Isidro came out to help us with a leak coming out from the bottom of our toilet and he was extremely efficient and professional. All city plumbing was also very very accommodating in sending someone out right away for our issue which I appreciated so much. All easy to work with and would recommend if you just want to get the job done the right way the first time. Only thing I would comment on other than that are their prices. They’re super high compared to other businesses I’ve gotten quotes from with equally stellar reviews. BEWARE… I Was Quoted $1,650. by All City Plumbing by a “ plumber” that looked like he was 18 yrs old. Got 4 more bids & went with the 2nd highest bid :$925.

All City Plumbing was 1 of 4 plumbers we tried calling to fix our backed up shower. They are the only one that answered the phone - no need to leave a message and wait for a call back like all the others. Stand out phone etiquette by the way... Victor was at our house within an hour of making the call. Victor was over the top courteous to me and respectful of my home. He listened to my problem and although I wanted to jump straight to the most extreme solution, he suggested starting with the least expensive and least invasive method of clearing the clog. He was even willing to get on the phone with my husband, who was at work, to explain what he was doing and what it would cost. We ended up needing to hydro-jet the clog, and were not charged for any of the smaller solutions he had tried. Victor did not do anything without checking with me and keeping me informed of what he was doing and what it would cost. He solved our immediate problem, gave me a truly no pressure estimate for more work that would need done to keep our 1968 plumbing from getting clogged again, and left the sites he worked on spotless. Carlos who came out with the hydro-jetter was also excellent. I definitely recommend All City Plumbing!

Ivan the tech arrived on time and was very professional! The prices seemed higher than I expected but the leaking shower was fixed without any issues. Ivan explained other work that could be done in the home to upgrade, in clear details and with patience. I was very happy with his work and attitude.

Taylor was very efficient, came in very respectful got to work detecting where my leak was, cutting out the damaged pipe and fixing my problem. Stayed until he made sure the leak was fixed.

They were responsive to my financial concerns. My technician, Christian, was super nice and explained everything to me. Got it done in my timeframe. They took care of everything.

My technician was Zachary, he was the epitome of professionalism. He took the time to explain things, repeatedly (I’m a “senior” senior). He was respectful of my home and the inhabitants. He even made friends with my dog, who doesn’t like anybody and it didn’t hurt that he’s easy on the eyes 😉. The customer service and dispatch teams were also amazing, they were empathetic with my issue and kept me fully informed on the status of my call for help. I see why All City Plumbing gets the 5 stars, it is well earned.

Throughout my life, I've engaged the services of numerous plumbers, and I can unequivocally state that All City Plumbing has been the pinnacle of them all. I found myself in a predicament when I discovered a leak on my property, gradually turning our backyard into a pond. All City Plumbing was my go-to choice, primarily because they were the only local company operating past 5:30 pm, a call I made at 6:30 pm.Their dispatcher was superb, orchestrating an impressively quick response that saw one of their plumbers knocking on our door in less than 20 minutes. The plumber, Paul Todak, was truly phenomenal. He rapidly brought the water situation under control, identified the issue, and provided us with a quote all before sunset.While it's true that All City Plumbing may not be the most affordable option in town, I firmly believe that you get what you pay for. If you're prepared to invest a bit more for a superior service experience, then All City Plumbing will certainly deliver on their promise.

Based on a single use of this company so far, the company is well setup: from the friendly call center appointment system, to timely notifications letting you know ETA of technician, to the exhaustive list of priced options they produce for you, to the actual high-quality end work. Cannot fault them thus far. Special mention for Kris N. our technician who diagnosed and solved our issue clearly, effectively and efficiently. Our water heater finally gave out and began to leak, and it started sinking into its platform. My wife and I had several contractors come out to check on the water heater, identify the problem, and suggest solutions.Out of all those contractors, Aaron from All City Plumbing was absolutely the best. He reallly felt like he was there to work with us; it didn't feel like he was trying to rush us, and didn't try to up-sell us on any products/services (unlike the other plumbers who came). Aaron gave us at least six options to go with for a replacement water heater, with the pros/cons and warranties of each in a very clear manner that helped our decision. Not only that, but their quotes beat out the other contractors with the same product and services!We ultimately went with a tankless water heater, and Aaron had explained the importance of annual maintenance on it (***an important note for those considering a tankless heater). He and his partner came out early next day with a fantastic installation. There were a few hiccups in the process, but they took them in stride and didn't let it stress them out (or at least didn't show it). They did a FANTASTIC job with the installation and made sure everything was running smooth.Not only that, but they sent out a drywall contractor the next day for a patch they had to cut in my garage as part of the service. That contractor patched that spot in less than an hour and did an AMAZING job--you could hardly tell they had to cut that spot.Overall, I highly recommend All City Plumbing. And if you can ask for Aaron, he certainly will do an amazing job with equally great customer service.

Anyway, we have been having some drain issues for quite some time now and after making multiple attempts to clear my drain on my own I broke down and called All City Plumbing. He was very knowledgeable on why it was backing up and was able to provide a solution with ease. He provided me with an estimate to fix the issue long term as well as an affordable now solution. I did not hesitate to use Paul to complete the work as he made me feel very confident and comfortable in moving forward with him completing the work. Miguel Valtierra just completed a job for us. He was able to replace a large section of our main line that was leaking and broken. His communication was clear and timely. He showed up on time and accurately assessed he situation and how long it would take for him to complete the job (3 days total from assessment to finish). Website indicates FREE water leak detection, plumber came and check the water pressure but not real leak detection. He then tells me it will cost $200 and he has to get the equipment. Without doing any leak detection, his estimate was extremely high.Not an honest company. Stay away.

Troy Brown came to our home today and went above and beyond what we were expecting. He fixed our leak under the kitchen sink and replaced our regulator which was not working properly.

Fast response for a free estimate , but extremely overpriced. I was quoted $6000 for a new tankless water heater, where I got it done for $1400 from Homedepot. The technician Lorenzo said it’ll take 3 weeks to the parts. Where I got a new tank and installed in 3 days. I would caution anyone use this company, shop around and compare prices. If you can’t find anyone use this as your last resort.

We have an older home in West Covina that has had plumbing problems off and on for years. We’ve had many different plumbers and specialists look at our drain pipes, including several quite recently. We got different stories from each of them about what was wrong and how to fix it. Only one got it right, as the work ultimately bore out. Some wanted money just to show up to diagnose the problem. All City, and Antonio Peters in particular, however showed up, without charge, and gave us all the time we wanted to discuss and understand our problem. It was complicated and we needed to fix it without tearing our newly remodeled house or driveway up, Antonio gave us enough input and latitude to choose the best way for us to go. They utilized a boring technology that went under our driveway and around our house. They were not the cheapest option, but we feel we saved money overall as well as future problems and they worked with us on the pricing. We now have almost all new drain pipes and we didnt have to destroy or redo our home.Once the work started he and his crew were just as attentive, and they clearly knew what they were doing. They proceeded with their work, but listened to our questions and concerns. They were responsive to all our additional requests. We found their crew members, Ivan Duanas, Alex Sotelo and Jose Pineda to all be pleasant, hard working and helpful when asked. Jose spent almost a full day cleaning after almost all the actual work had been done. He even swept the small amount of dirt that had ended up in the street in front of our house.

Had a bathroom remodel company upgrading our shower. When shower pan was removed they found Cracked pipes under slab. They were not experienced in fixing and replacing pipes. I searched online and All City plumbing had best rating and I called them at 145pm the were there by 4pm. Emily was person I spoke to over phone and she got us quick appointment. Kyle was our plumber and he was able to get in and repair pipe and get us back in service to finish our remodel as well as our normal use of bathroom and kitchen. Very professional and did quality work. What supposed me the most was after Kyle was finished he cleaned up all debris and dust from grinding and he even cleaned up what Bathroom remodel company had left. Truly a excellent company and professional service. Highly recommend.

I really liked that they verified that nobody in the house had any flu-like symptoms when I scheduled the appointment and that they advised that the person arriving would wear a mask and booties. Our technician, Jesse, communicated frequently and described what he was going to do before working on our sink & toilet and went over what he did upon completion.

Tom B. came to our place a couple of times. First to review some issues we had with our faucets as well as some toilet flushing issues. He was even able to quickly fix one of the flushing issues and didn't charge for it. He gave a fair estimate for the remaining work that needed to be done. He then came back a second time to do the work. He was very professional and even wore plastic shoe covers each time he came into our house. While replacing a couple of faucets, he found the piping underneath one of them in the kitchen almost completely clogged. He removed the piping and was able to custom cut and install new pipes. He also added new sealant around the kitchen sink area. He worked on fixing a couple of toilets and also was able to help replace a shower head while he was reviewing an issue with the hot/cold knob. He did so much in one day! Even more reassuring, he was very meticulous about making sure the work he did was as high a quality as possible. He was not rushing to get the job done, and made sure everything worked and was tested. He even thoroughly cleaned up all the areas where he was working in. It was a true pleasure to have Tom come to our place and give us a great number of home plumbing improvements to start the new year right! Thanks All City Plumbing and Tom!

I had a small plumbing problem that I tried to fix myself to save some money, but then my inexperience made a mistake which turned into a major disaster. Thankfully, this plumber was able to come out quickly and fix the issue before it caused any more damage. David Martinez also gave me advice on how to accurately assess then fix future damages if I were to try fixing plumbing issues again myself. The cost was entirely worth it. Robert our plumber fixed a few things but found the biggest leak under our home and gave us the full diagnosis and showed us pictures and videos of everything. Our Rheem water heater quit working and we had been without hot water for two days now on Sunday, we can find no plumbers available, although many we called advertised that they were available 24/7. Later in the afternoon, I called All City Plumbing. I stated my problem and was put on hold for about 30 seconds then the reply, “we can be there this evening between 6 and 8 PM”. I readily agreed. Most services give you a response time window and invariably arrive at the last possible moment. Not this time, our plumber Kristof Nedellec, arrived at exactly 6 PM. I watched as he completed a thorough check of all the components and determined the problem was a faulty Pilot Assembly. He replaced the assembly and completed a detailed operational check including a 15 minute waiting period to assure the hot water heater was functioning properly. He was professional in every way: he arrived on time in a clean uniform and clean company vehicle. He effectively and efficiently completed the work; explained what he had done; finished the paperwork, said good night, and departed. This was a rare service call. Five Stars in every regard. All City Plumbing was available, ready, and Capable to solve my problem

The gentleman from All City was great. Their prices? Not so much. First they wanted to replace all the piping under the sink to install a garbage disposal (they called it a “package deal”). The estimate for that work was over $1,250. Then they wanted $465 to replace a fill valve in a toilet. They justified this as a package deal because the flapper would be replaced as well. 😂

Eric was professional and communicative with every step of the repairs we needed. Would give 5 stars, but the technicians were 2 hours late. Above all, the service and work performed met our expectations. Thank you

All City Plumbing is as professional as they come. Ruben was one of the best technicians I have ever worked with. We bought a new house a month ago and Ruben’s inspection was 10x more thorough than our original home inspection. We received clear video (with commentary) of every pipe and vent attached to our house and were provided with a complete explanation of our plumbing system (separate pipe lines, branch piping, transition piping, and main line). Ruben identified 4 major concerns with our house’s plumbing which thankfully he spent the time to explain to a first-time home owner. All of our options were provided to us in a clear itemized format. Today we worked with Ruben on the immediate fixes which worked out flawlessly. But there is no question, we will be going back to All City Plumbing for the long-term fixes after the great experience we had with Ruben. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

It was a great experience with All City Plumbing. Couple weeks ago, I called the first day, they quickly schedule appointment with me during weekend since I was busy during weekday. The technician Mandy and his coworker Travis came together to work on my leaking main water pipe. They were really trying to complete a day, yet it’s really two day work. They got to dig a trench to install the whole system. They want to make sure it work properly. They did many checkups. When there is any issue, they would come stop by for after service. I think it’s really cool and make sure we are satisfied with service and product quality.Highly recommended!

From the initial scheduling of my appointment to the interaction with my technician Paul T., the communication was exceptional. All City Plumbing made all efforts to schedule my appointment due to a water leak. I receivied various updates regarding the technicians arrival and I also received a text with a picture of Paul and his experience, which was great to know beforehand. I must note that this is a great feature the company offers to their clients! Paul was forthcoming and honest of what the job would entail and let me know my options to save money. Paul even noticed a problem with my water heater that I was not unaware of. Paul not only explained what was involved in the repairs but he also showed me what I can do myself as a preventative and what to do to verify if I ever have a water leak! Paul even offered me to contact him after a few days for a status update on the water heater, offered great advice and even suggested additional resources to help me. I highly recommend All City Plumbing and Paul. I would definitely call them first after this positive experience and exceptional service!

I can't say enough about how much I loved this company and their employees. Immediately responded to my request. Very kind and helpful on the phone. Kept me updated on exact time of arrival (which was same-day!😲) And the technician they sent was my absolute hero, Rafael Macias went WAY above and beyond and couldn't have been nicer about it. I went from feeling anxious about finding a plumber to feeling cared for and grateful, extremely blessed to have found Rafael and this company.

Asked for a quote to change a ball valve and sweat some copper. It's a job I can't do. They were on time and friendly. But the first thing they did was ask some questions about the house. After that he looked at the job and said he be right back. There were three quotes. First was for 15500. This was the change all the pipes in the house. Okay, not what I wanted done. The next was for I don't remember and still not what I wanted done. Last was the changing of the valve. 640 bucks. I thank them and told them no. So if you want something done from them. If your in a commercial building. They might be in your price range for residential they are way over price. I went with a other plumber and got it done for 264 bucks.Update: so after posting this their customer service asked if it's okay they reach out to me. I said yes and they called. The person on the phone said they read the review and apologize. I told him it wasn't the techs fault it was just too high of a quote. He wanted to make it up and said he would reach out to me. He called me back and review the original quote and said that the tech should of gave me a quote for about $440. I think he said. But that would still include the lifetime warranty as long as we own the house. I thanked him and he also wanted to do something about the bad experience I had. After we talked a bit he did something really nice and they didn't have too. But I thanked him again. Their customer service is on par. They care about the customer it sounds like. To me it's just out of my price range.

We had a water pipe bust in our home in January. We called All City Plumbing and they sent a crew out immediately. Alfonso, Jason and Mike not only repaired our pipe, but went above and beyond in every way! The process of scheduling an appointment was simple and quick. Dannon came sharply when notified. Started right away and got the supplies necessary. He was able to replace the bib faucet as well as the front yard pipes. Was Able to replace them in the time he said and everything worked great afterwards and no leaks. He fixed and redid the job after inspection and put everything right. The kitchen sink/garbage disposal drain was backed up causing a leak on kitchen floor. I called All City Plumbing on Friday evening and they had a technician come on Saturday by noon. The technician Sean Daley was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation and remedy of the issue. We hope to not have another plumbing issue but if we do, we will definitely reach out to Sean at All City Plumbing.

We had a leak from our home to the sidewalk in front of our house. After calling All City they had their tech (Numa Quintanilla) come out to assess the problem the same day. He assessed, it, gave us two options and the total price of both. We initially chose one option but after discussing it chose the more complete option and advised the company. They sent Numa out the next day and he began work. He thought he was going to have help, but the person who was to help him had the day off, so Numa proceeded to do the job himself. Honestly, we have rarely experienced someone with his work ethic. He started immediately and had the job 3/4 done in one day. He came back the next day (on a Sunday - his day off) to finish the job. He finished it in about 2.5 hours, including repacking the direct, cleaning up his tools, sweeping the area and even hosing down all the excess dirt. We cannot emphasize enough hos pleased we are with him, his personality and the quality of his work. We will definitely contact All City if we have any need in the future (and request Numa if he is available). Again, please express our gratitude to him for his excellent work.

I had a really good experience with All City Plumbing. My kitchen sink was clogged and it didn't occur until around 10 PM. I called All City Plumbing that night and they were able to send out a tech the following morning. Even when they're not open, they have a 24/7 call center to take in requests. The tech, AJ, was very polite and professional. He was easy to talk to and explained his tasks thoroughly. The clog was gone but it happened again after about 8-9 days. All City Plumbing offers a 15-day warranty, and they were back at my house at a reasonable response time. Since then, I've been good. I'd definitely use them again!

Manuel was our technician for a full pipe repair under our kitchen sink. He was very polite, respectful, efficient, and knowledgeable. We are very greatful for his work well done! Stay far away. The plumber that came out gave us options to replace this and that for a total close to $6000. He said we needed to use a camera to check stuff and just really tried to take advantage of a small business. After the tech was questioned about all this, he got upset and left. Leaving our toilet removed and a huge mess to clean up. He even broke the cap for the clean out.

Miguel searched out the drain clog in the pipe going out from my washing machine. He cleared it , made the piping a little larger and re-routed it. Did an excellent job.

I rarely write reviews but after just finishing up with Nathaniel and Ivan from All City Plumbing, I had to write a review.It started with what I thought was just a clogged toilet. I went on Yelp, saw the positive reviews and went ahead. Thankfully there was availability and they came within the hour. All of their communication was extremely professional which was really appreciated with such an annoying plumbing issue.Once they are on the way, you get a text notifying you that they are heading over and a little bio of the plumbers coming in. Really great way to get lightly acquainted with the plumbers before meeting them in person. Nathaniel came in, assessed the issue and discovered this was going to be a much larger problem, which I didn't want to hear, I just wanted to drop a deuce.Nathaniel calls in Ivan because we saw some water leaking outside and realize that we need to cut into the exterior. He also referred me to Superior Restoration because we also discovered water damage in our dining room. We discover that this clogged toilet is just getting worse and there's water everywhere. Ivan comes in to cut and sees that the previous owner didn't do the best job and we are having to deal with cheap work done in the past.They worked late into the night without a hint of complaining or being unprofessional and made sure we were ok with having them there. They had to dig a hole that was about 5 feet deep and 3 feet wide just to access the sewage pipe where they saw the literal root of the problem. Roots had broken into the old sewage pipes and we needed to install new ones. This became a nightmare, but one that Nathaniel and Ivan walked us through very carefully and explained everything so you didn't feel like you were just getting cheated. They showed me the camera and explained everything that I was seeing which was really appreciated.To make a long story short, small clog doesn't mean a plunger is gonna cut it. It turns out that thick roots broke into our sewage line because of cheap material used in the past and All City Plumbing, with the help of Nathaniel, Ivan, and other people to install new pipes and liners. I still need to work with another company and insurance to demo and repair other things, but I can at least rest assured knowing that I shouldn't have that same problem anymore.I can't say it's cheap, because it's not. They did kind of break down a few of the line items, but it was pretty vague so I didn't really understand why I was paying as much as I did. I do feel it was quality work, and I guess only time will tell. But as far as the experience I had with them, 5 stars is really well deserved. I can't speak highly enough for All City Plumbing and I know there are some other projects down the line that I will definitely go back with them for.There's so many more positive things to say, but this review is long enough. They are amazing, it is expensive, but you will have a positive experience working with them from the beginning to the end.

Got a quote to install a regular kitchen faucet. Home Depot installed today for $189. Also, dishwasher did not need air gap installed. It’s working fine now. Giving a quote of $980 to do those 2 things is insane. Also, your guy came after 5 PM (late) and spent an hour figuring out a quote. Crazy! I call Home Depot this morning and they sent someone out at 2pm, by 2:45pm guy was completely down. $189 for complete job. Great guy. He did a faster install than it took your guy to give a quote. Won’t use you in the future or have anyone we know use you. Price gouging at its worst.

It's so great to have a plumber you can count on. My husband and I've run into a few plumbing issues over the years because our house is a bit older and we always call All City Plumbing. Most recently we needed a new hot water heater. We always ask for Joe, who is a terrific plumber. Joe came by, took a look at the problems and gave us 5 different options on how we could deal with our water heater situation, which needed a replacement. He was back the next day with our chosen water heater and handled the install. We've had it about a week now and so far so good. I also appreciate that customer service checked to see if our favorite plumber Joe could take our service call. This is something that really stands out about this company. They are service oriented and want to help people. They seem to take care of their employees and the employees do their best to take care of the customers. I called several plumbing companies to inspect the water leak which flooded our kitchen floor. Some are charging hundreds just for showing up, and most of them doesn’t have any available technicians that can come immediately. I have a warranty service company that I had to pay $125 for dispatch, however their contractors usually just patch a band aid to solve the problem. It was a nightmare not having a running water supply overnight.I’m glad I was able to come across All City Plumbing this morning, they were able to schedule a dispatch right away to detect the water leak and will give free estimate. Alfonso Gonzales was our guy, he came very presentable, very professional and knowledgeable about the issue. Everything was explained to my husband and I. Possible damage situations were discussed before he started the process and before giving us an estimate. We liked his honesty and willingness to help, so right there and then we agreed to have him start the job. He showed us the busted pipe where the water leak was coming from.I was worried about the price range since most home insurance companies doesn’t cover this kind of water damage. Alfonso gave us a reasonable price which was fair enough. Within 3 hours we have running water again! He made sure that everything was working well, didn’t leave a mess before he left. We had a shower valve break, so the shower would not shut off. This was Saturday afternoon. All City Plumbing came the next day; Sunday, capped the shower off, ordered the parts and then came back and fixed the valve. Pretty painless and reasonably priced.

Our kitchen floor near the sink is wet. We thought it’s a slap leak. Mike and his team came to do the leak inspection. We found its sewer pipe leaks behind the dishwasher. Mike, Eddy, Morris are very patient and experience. They showed you the leak and explained how to fix that. They cut the wall and stucco to fix the leak, and patched the wall and Stucco. So our main line had a blockage on a sunday afternoon. called a few local places but they only had availability the next day. decided to try All city plumbing after reading the reviews. Messages them on yelp first for a inquiry, and then called them. the had a technician come out reasonable fast in about 45mins.Usally it will be a done deal by then, what i was impressed was the technician that came down to help us. His name Braden Mcpherson was extremly joyful, friendly, and funny. He did help us cleared a big block and had to use a little elbow grease to solve the problem. his approach to the whole situation made it a delight instead of a typical problematic issue.Would definitely request their service again if i need any sudden problems. hopeful we can get the same tech again.

Price pretty high compared to my other bids. Vicente sold us on the deal With his knowledge and professionalism. The job was to relocate a waterline from one wall to another for our kitchen remodel. We paid $2800 (after negotiating down from $3,200!) for about four hours of work. While I would use them again it would only be for a fraction of that price. After we started this job I asked about capping a gas line and was quoted $400. That was too ridiculous - one of my other contractors ended up doing it for free. The very high price quotes are the reason for taking off one star.The location of the existing plumbing was right where are range hood vent will go. That wasn’t obvious at the time so it was left in place. When we realized it we asked Vicente to come back out and make a change. At first he told us we would have to pay several hundred dollars more. We said for the very high price we paid and his promise to make sure we were happy, he should not charge us again. So he didn’t. That still didn’t give the clearance that we needed - this time our bad. So a customer service manager came out and got everything as it should be.So in the end it all got done right. Everyone I dealt with in that company was responsive & professional. They came out more than once to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. It’s not clear to me how they set their prices, but they are extremely high compared to my 6 other bids. So be careful in negotiating prices.

Miguel arrived and discovered I had 2-4 of water in crawl space. He shut off water and called a cleanup crew to come out the same day. They pumped the water out and laid out drying material and placed heaters underneath house. Next day Miguel arrived bright and early it was dry enough for him to repair the pipe. He kept me appraised and provided me with a movie of the leaking pipe almost 1/8 hole. He is definitely an asset to your company and represented it well. I thought it was kind of pricey but it needed to be repaired. We are older folks and need water can't do repairs like this any longer.

I'm a DIYer who has done a lot of home reno over the years, especially after a mold remediation was performed in our home. Had a hose bib that was leaking, and in trying to repair it, I found a previous bend and crack in the copper pipe had been covered up in the wall with layers of solder. Hose bib leak turned in to full pipe leak. Turned into a tricky repair once I got the wall open, so I called ACP.It was Saturday night, so the first they could come out was between 9 - 11 am on Sunday. They arrived just a little before 11. First thing I was told is they could do no work without an asbestos clearance (their policy is any home before 1985 needs clearance). House was built in 1978 - pretty low risk (and I already had the wall open), but I understand their policy. They connected me with a test company that can provide 24 hour results, but they couldn't come out until Monday (results by Tuesday). So we would be without water for 2 more days, assuming tests are negative. Test would cost $300.Spare you the details next, but the tech that came out ended up creating a water damage issue in the wall by turning back on the main. After causing more damage, the tech writes up three estimates. $625 for the hose bib repair. Over $1000 to fix hose bib and adjust pressure regulator (my meter shows it was fine). And $18,000+ to repipe the whole house (thanks for that).Soon as they left, I called a handyman who did the job for $85 same day.After posting a detailed review of 2 stars with pictures of the water damage, the owner reached out and admitted the error on the techs part. Said the tech was being pulled from service for more training, and offered to send out someone to repair the water damage and stucco. Their man did the work the next day.So I can't speak to any actual work done by ACP - but I did appreciate the owner taking responsibility for the extra damage caused.I do feel the repair quote was pretty steep, but I think if you choose this company, you will find someone who cares about their customer and will go out of their way to do the right thing. Maybe that is worth the price these days.

Just moved into a new house and reached out to ACP to get a quote for hydrojetting. They send out Josh Coontz who was obviously extremely experienced. Throughout our entire transaction, I did not feel any pressure from him to get locked into some commitment. He was very patient and thorough with explaining how things work and what the risks and benefits are of doing it one way vs another. If we do decide to go with ACP, would definitely want Josh to be on the team.

I have a house that needed some plumbing work in Walnut, CA., and I don't live in the area. I previewed and reached out to several businesses via Yelp. Some wanted some fees up front to see the issue, some couldn't say what they would do until they see the issue. I selected All City Plumbing because first, they were a Yelp guaranteed business, second, they could see the solutions I needed without having to go to the property on my description of the issue (they didn't quote me, still have to see it, but they understood what I needed), third they have thousands of reviews compared to other businesses and All City Plumbing's reviews are almost all 5-stars with below 5-stars being rare, lots of positive comments, and fourth, no obligation.They were responsive to my queries, setup my appointment, confirmed, contacted me that they had an earlier day available if I was interested, and even texted me when they were coming, and WHO was coming giving me a first introduction. The expert who showed up was James. This guy was so calm, laid back, easy to explain things to, and his knowledge was evident in his explanations and recommendations.I had a toilet that was occasionally free flowing. I had a leak somewhere on the premises, a toilet issue no one could fix, and a riser out front of the house that I thought didn't have a shutoff for the house only (leaving landscaping active while plumbing work was done inside).James got to work. First he identified that the riser in front could be replaced if needed - it will need to be replaced at some point, but I could hold off for now. This was great because I only prepared a finite amount of funds for the repairs. He identified that it did in fact have the shutoff I wanted already installed.Second, the toilet that never seemed to flush, he fixed just by checking on it - no lie. If it wouldn't sound bad, I would call him the toilet whisperer.Next, the other toilet with the free flow issue needed some replacement parts which he had. The shutoff valve was also faulty and needed replacement. He whipped up that repair in a jiffy. I felt safe leaving him unattended while I did other things in the house, and probably better that I stayed out of his way so I don't show too much of my ignorance when I speak :)Lastly, identifying where the leak was (landscape or plumbing) James found out which part in one minute by turning off the house shutoff to see if water continued to flow at the meter - and it did, showing that the issue was outside of the house.He also checked my kitchen sink at my additional request to see if our connections there were good too, and he said they should be fine. In the end, he saved me hundreds of dollars other companies would have been all to happy to say I needed replacements for, I got a great deal, great service, and I checked his work after and it felt pretty sturdy to me.I would definitely use All City Plumbing on So-Cal again for my plumbing needs only if they can promise they would send James again. I did not hire them to do the recommended work as it was going to be pretty extensive for me at this time. Ruben was the technician who came out. He was very professional, courteous and caring to my problem. Well groomed, and knowledgeable on my issue taking the time to explain what needed to be done.

Ian came out to fix our bathroom hot water faucet. He just left us a new water supply line for us to install. Nothing was done. Today we installed the line, now we have NO WATER at all. The angle stop was not checked and maybe the cause. We now need to have another plumber come out on a SUNDAY to do the repair!The 2nd plumber had to turn off the water to our unit as well as the other 4 in our building. He found our water heater was no longer working. We agreed to have it replaced today at over $4k. Giani left to pick-up the heater. He worked until almost midnight to get the water heater installed and working. He will return to install our new faucet as soon as we notify him upon delivery. Giani was amazing 👏, very courteous and explained everything.

The management really cares about this companies reputation. It is a great feeling knowing that people still care and want to go above and beyond to make you a satisfied customer. Another point worth mentioning is that they listen to you, act in a timely manner and follow through with what they promise. It is nice to know that companies like this still exist in the new Normal

I had a toilet that was constantly running and driving up my water bill. I called GHI Plumbing and they were able to come out the same day. The plumber was able to fix the problem quickly and even showed me how to do some basic maintenance to prevent future issues. The employees working for this company are some stellar folks! Lorenzo fixed my issue with my water heater quickly. Turns out the burner was just dirty and wouldn’t even charge me for the fix. Showed me how to relight the burner if it goes out and took down the information of the water heater should I continue having issues he knows what parts to order right away.Clean and professional. Worst Plumbing Co. Ever!! They came to look at my pipes because I had a leak they ran camera did a flush the plumber was Amazing but company was horrible. They fired the plumber and they never notified me. I waited for 2 weeks cuz I was lead to believe they were coming back to fix and again was never notified until recently about a bill and still nothing was fixed and still didn't tell me they fired the plumber that serviced my house. My house still isn't fixed had to hire another plumbing company. Stay away from this Company!!

Ivan Gonzalez from the All City Plumbing is the best plumber that I have ever met. I have a water damage on the baseboard and carpet area of the bedroom adjacent to the shower room. Ivan came to assess the situation. He was very courteous and professional throughout the process, and was able to trace the issue to a bathroom tile sealing issue and a possible shower pan issue. Even though the they don’t do work on shower pan and tile, he pointed me to the right direction for the next steps. While he was here, I took the opportunity to have him look at other potential service items for the future. Within a few hours, he sent me a very detailed report and quote with photos of the problem areas. Even though I cannot use their service this time, I will definitely call them up in the future for plumbing issues.

We have a very mysterious leak in our dining room so we originally thought it was a plumbing problem and reached out to a few plumbers to get an estimate. Several came out, looked at it and said they either don't do townhouses or just defaulted to we need to cut the wall open to see what's going on.Isidro from All City Plumbing on the other hand was a breath of fresh air. He came out and really took the time to diagnose the issue. He ran the water in all the bathrooms, sinks, tubs, toilets, laundry everywhere. He also had a couple really great tech devices that helped diagnose the situation.At the end of the day, we found out the problem wasn't plumbing related (the leak is actually coming from our A/C on the roof) but we would have never known that and we would have ended up with a a giant whole in the ceiling that would have needed to be patched if it wasn't for Isidro.He really knows what he's doing and is very honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend him to anyone who need a good plumber!

Your price to put in a toilet was too much. It shouldn’t cost 300 to out in a toilet. So I end up doing it myself, took about 20 min install. I would never refer your company to any of my friends and and family

Great company! I called in the morning when I woke up to a leaking toilet with water on the floor. They had a technician out in about an hour. Oscar was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Diagnosed the problem easily and made the repairs quickly. He was awesome! This is the only plumbing company I will call now. Highly recommend them.

They handled this major leak problem with ease and helped us save our home from the 70s. Victor, Numa and team did a fantastic job on repiping our home and now we have running water with new faucets and hot showers that feel great! We appreciate the professionalism provided by Victor- guiding us thru each step from beginning to end on what to expect. I needed to hook up my washer and dryer and Jonathan came to the rescue. We had the pieces needed but we were having issues connecting them. He explained everything that needed to be done and pointed us in the right direction. Jonathan was really nice and he even called later to follow up and see if I was able to get it done. Joseph Rand was stellar. He was professional, informative, knowledgeable and very pleasant . I cannot tell you about fairness of prices or quality of work yet as the visit was just to assess the problem and make suggestions as to repair options.

Made a silly mistake trying to adjust a stiff faucet handle and had water gushing out of the wall. Didn't fully stop after turning off water to house, so called All City. Plumber was there within a few hours. He said if I just put the screws back in it would fix the leak, and agreed to stay until I turned the water back on to check. They charged us nothing! Will definitely call them when we're ready to replace the faucet.

All City Plumbing quoted me for unnecessary work. The flange for my toilet was broken, and needed it replaced. They checked it out and told me the sewage pipe needed to be replaced. They informed me that they needed to break the tiles and concrete to replace pipe, and I would need to find a tile guy to re-tile the floor and then they could reinstall toilet. This job would be costing $4,000 (not including the re-tiling of the floor) and would take multiple days to complete. I called another plumber and he was able to fix my flange in 4 hours at a fraction of the cost. So if you would like to upsold on repairs and services you don't actually need and pay a premium for those unnecessary services, then All City Plumbing is the way to go. The only positive feedback about my experience with All City Plumbing was they were very punctual, and they didn't charge me for their diagnosis of my problem. But I will not be using their services again.

Lee came out to inspect and provided an honest opinion and exceptional service. I requested a quote on Yelp and they were very quick to reply (I think it wasn’t even 10 minutes!) and I got a same day appointment. I will definitely use them again and specifically request for Lee!!

The gentleman that came out to the house was very nice and on time. After he took the measurements for an add on to my gas line, he called his office, and when he came back with a price was extremely high.I wasn’t happy with the my quote.. did not use them for that reason.

We had a clog in our drain that was causing our showers and toilets to be backed up. Luckily for us All City Plumbing was able to send someone the same day to fix it for us. Scheduled an appointment during the week for them to come out and determine the issue with our low water pressure. It turned out our Flo by Moen shut off device was defective so Moen said they would send us a new one free of charge. We just needed to ask a plumber to install it. I explained this to All City Plumbing when they came out and they quoted me $1100.00 to install the product and could only provide a 30 day warranty since they weren’t providing the product. I had another plumber who is licensed come out the day before and he quoted us $190.00 to install. I only called All City because I like to get 3 quotes when conducting business. Needless to say I won’t be using them at all. Their prices are extremely high and seem like price gouging.

Customers BEWARE! They do not post all reviews on this site. I had a negative comment but did not show up on these reviews. The plumber was horrible, dishonest, unprofessional, and rude. When you discuss the repair with him, his back was turned away from you (talking to the toilet vice infront of you), quoted you what you didn’t intend to accomplish, and not Veteran-centric. He offered me $20 off; however, his supervisor mentioned that it was supposedly 10% off. Overall, I would NOT recommend this Plumbing Service to anyone.

Tried to inform the plumber about the situation, he didn’t even look into the crawl space to realize the original piping was copper, he just suggested capping off the original pvc pipe/cap that was placed by the original owners for $350. I found another company that did more work for less of the price. I appreciated them being able to get a tech out so fast, but I felt like my time was wasted when I knew we needed the pvc gone.

Today, my family had a major pipe hurst in our backyard. I frantically called All City, and they sent someone to my house within 2 house; incredible. Antonio was our field officer and he was outstanding. He explained the issues to me and helped come up with a solution quickly and efficiently. My technician was Lee Johnson and he was very friendly, professional and answered all my questions Lee managed to unclog my sink, he was very clean, did not leave or make a mess. Daniel W did a great job. My parents water heater was over 20 years old and the replacement process was a little more complicated than usual. He was very knowledgeable and positive.

I used All City plumbing for a sewer pipe drainage issue. The plumbers were very polite and cordial and thorough with their work. I had paid for a camera inspection, to which they informed me they cleared a clog in order to do the inspection. Afterwards, they told me I needed to pay a large amount of money to either hydrojet my pipes, or have them repaired. But the following day I had a second company come out for another quote, and they told me that there were no issues found whatsoever, and that the additional services were an upsale tactic and were not needed.

All City Plumbing was very professional through out the entire service. They have contacted me back for a same day check out, and it turned out my house has a lot more problems than the ones I discovered. I am very glad the Rudy was sent to do the job! He is extremely good at communicating and pin point the problem right away. It took 2 visit to get all the problems including missing regulator, slow hot water, and tankless heater cleaning. They have documented every detail and all the pictures taken during the visit were also sent to my email! I highly recommend All City Plumbing and Rudy for any related problems!

The technician Troy Brown was very timely, professional,
knowledgeable, and addressed my question for the job , 5 stars for the technician. The company's price for the maintenance of the water heater was very pricey compared to another company by 3x, 2 stars for the company for availability.

We had what appeared to be a leak in our kitchen from the second floor. Troy came out and took a look at it. I cannot say enough good things about Troy’s customer service. He was very thorough and patient, answered all of our questions and is extremely knowledgeable. We’ve had work in the past and something that makes me uneasy is when employees rush to finish and make you feel like you’re just another job to rush through, leaving me to hope that the job was done properly. Troy took time to listen to my concerns, he diagnosed the problem, repaired it and did an overall terrific job. We knew we had an issue with our kitchen line based on a camera inspection after getting it hydrojetted. The plumber that hydrojetted and inspected the line only proposed pipe bursting as a solution to replace the entire line under our slab foundation. I reached out to All City for a second opinion and was lucky enough to have Ivan G & Mike W show up.These guys are pros! They were thorough and inspected not only the kitchen line but the main line as well to get all the facts before proposing a solution. They were communicative the entire time, took and shared videos indicating the problematic spots, and outlined a number of options to solve our plumbing issues. They provided pros/cons for each option including the longevity of each option; spot fixing vs pipe bursting vs re-routing vs full re-pipe.At the end of the day I went with my general contractor for the plumbing re-route work because a majority of the cost/labor wasn’t actually plumbing related, but rather manual labor breaking up the concrete driveway and excavating the front yard to tie into the sewage main.But I was only able to reach the conclusion that a re-route was the best option moving forward because of the assessment and honest advice from Ivan & Mike.While I didn’t go with All City for this job, they’re the first ones I’ll be calling for future plumbing work.

Mike Webster is the best! He not only educated us on what was happening with the plumbing leaks and water pressure, he also kept us well informed on what he proposed to do and he kept his word. They came out of a Sunday and replaced my water heater. Real class act. Brought my house up to code. Their installer was very personable and professional. He texted before he showed up and I liked that. He did the work and left the work space cleaner than when he got there. Their phone people were nice and addressed me by name when I called back. Their price was fair. I will use them again.

Had an excellent experience withis company. Our rep was Ivan Gonzalez and he was great! Was on time, very polite, and always put on booties before entering the house which we appreciated very much!Originally we had called for a quote on fixing a broken garbage disposal and dish washer. While there we also got a few other quotes that we liked and ended up also getting a few of our sinks and faucets replaced too. The disposal had to be replaced, but the new unit and the fixed dishwasher are now working like a charm.Overall, the whole experience was very pleasant. Joe Pineda was fantastic at diagnosing the issue! He came out to figure out why water was leaking under the sink, and why water was spewing out from the top when we ran our dishwasher. I would like to personally recognize plumber Ivan Duenas. We were having sewage problems and called all city plumbing for help. Ivan was assigned to our house. My fiancé and I identified the problem before he could arrive, but he still followed through for a visit and provided very helpful advice. He was reliable and knowledgeable towards our issue and we thank him for his awesome customer service.

I have an older home on a raised foundation (1939) . I'm usually able to clear out slow drains and clogs but when I was not able to, I called three plumbing companies.Of all three companies, Ruben Silva with All City provided me with a number of options ranging from a basic clean out to a complete repiping. He did not try and pressure me into choosing the most expensive option as did the first company that came out.Ruben, Maurice, Nick, and Gustavo did an amazing job. They worked from the time they arrived until the time they left. (I kept offering water or food just so they would take a break, but they politely declined).They were very professional and did their best not to disrupt my home any more than was necessary.The project was almost a complete repiping of the drains (removing all the HEAVY original cast iron). Once they completed the work, you would have never known it had been turned inside out.I'm appreciative that they arrived when they said they would and very grateful they completed the project as planned.I highly recommend All City Plumbing but hopefully the next time I need them it will be for a planned project 🙂

There was initially a miscommunication in the scheduling process that created a delay. All City was very helpful once I called to ask why the initial plumber did not show up. Once we got that resolved, Parker was at my door within an hour of correcting the schedule. He was friendly and did a great job replacing the drain assembly in my upstairs bathroom.

Came home from Boy Scout camp on Sunday looking forward to a nice hot shower, only to find out the water heater had decided to die. With a household consisting of smelly Scouters and teenage girls, we needed a fix ASAP. I gave All City a call which was immediately answered by a very helpful lady who was able to dispatch a plumber to our house in just 1-2 hours - ON A SUNDAY. Myron came out and was able to replace an old water heater and a pressure regulator in just several hours. But during his repair, he noticed that we had been leaking hot water from somewhere in the line and suspected that we may have a slab leak - everyone's worst nightmare. That same night he called over his colleague, Joseph who specializes in slab leak diagnostics and repair. The two of them worked on it until 10:30 PM Sunday night to make sure the problem was diagnosed with certainty and to put a repair plan in place. The scheduled pipe re-routing repair was completed with expert speed and accuracy on another day soon after. We couldn't be happier with the job that Myron and Joseph did. With their help, we were able to avoid having catastrophic water damage. They are both extremely knowledgeable, professional, respectful and honest individuals who genuinely want to help. I feel the pricing was very fair and transparent, especially for having the peace of mind that you paying for the highest of quality. Joel is the best one at All city plumbing since I have used this company’s service for more than 5 times. Joel has always been responsive, warm-hearted, knowledgeable and supportive. Please, don't send out used car salesmen to do a plumbers job. I had a very simple situation, change out the drainage valve, and I was told that I need a whole new system. Mine is only 4 years old and there's only 2 people living here. It took over an hour just to get a price to change out the drainage valve...$395!!! I called a friend who is a plumber and he said my system is fine and told me I can change it myself, which I did. Do NOT prey on people with little knowledge for your gain. That's disrespectful and disgusting. I will never recommend All City Plumbing because of your sales tactics.

I really can't say enough about the service, andthe people who came out, most especially Antonio and Max. They were completely professional, walked my wife and I with everything that needed to be done.The lead sewage pipes under our 65 year old house had never been replaced. I couldn't believe the horrible junk in the pipes (nearly completely blocked) and how the pipes were failing. They installed all new pipes and toilets in two of our bathrooms. They ensured the work areas in our home were always kept clean. They went so far as to replant our garden plants after digging down to the main sewer line. Nothing was left out of place.They were always friendly, sincere, and hardworking. It was easy to schedule an appointment. The company sent an email to me with a tech bio and photo of the tech. On the most recent occasion, I needed to have leak detection services. IvanG had come to my home recently to detect a leak. I am very skeptical about who I have in my home to do the repairs. This company has 5 star reviews on Yelp and rightly so. Ivan G has a very pleasant demeanour and is a very polite gentleman. Earlier I had another plumber come to my home and he barged into the house through the open garage and walked in without shoe covers and the price he gave me was twice the amount that other companies charge for leak detection.Ivan G was later joined by Sami who also was a polite individual and very thorough with his work. The leak was finally detected and I was very pleased with the way these 2 men conducted the search and found the leak.

Woke up to no hot water. When I went outside to check the pilot light in our water heater, I noticed there was water pooling around the bottom. I knew then, that it wasn’t just a pilot light issue. Called All City and they got someone out within 2 hours. Eusebio was fantastic, arrived on time, walked me through the issues and pointed out some obvious errors someone had made on the install of the old water heater. Turned out we needed to replace the water heater and install a water pressure regulator to my main inlet (something I knew about from the home inspection last year). He spent all day Friday getting the job done, and I couldn’t be any happier with the quality of workmanship.He was friendly, informative and courteous the entire time and kept me up to date on issues found and how he planned to solve them. I’ve not had great experiences getting technicians who care about a quality job and are insistent that the job isn’t done, until I’m happy. That seemed to be what drove Eusebio. I’d 100% recommend All City Plumbing if all their techs are like him for sure!

Let me start by saying that Antonio and Joe were my technicians and wow what wonderful handsome gentleman who gave me a safe and comfortable feeling. Two very smart and professional technicians solved and fix my plumbing through out my family's house. I researched companies to service our home and I found All City Plumbing. I looked up reviews and I found reviews with Antonio and Joe's teamwork and the great job they do. So I made the call and requested both Antonio and Joe! Let me tell you that their job was above and beyond. All my request were heard and they were above and beyond with cleaning up. All City Plumbing did a great job installing my new dish washer. Im so glad I did not try to do it my self. My old Kitchen tile and existing counter cabinet opening made the instal very challenging. My technician, Joseph Rand did a great job. The dishwasher fits perfect and is straight and level with no leaks. I did not have all correct components needed and he went to the store and picked them up. He completed the job fast and clean with excellent customer service.

We had to repair an aggressively bad job done by a handyman hired from Offerup. The repairs were done quickly and done right. We are NEVER again hiring anyone from Offerup who is unlicensed. Thanks All City!

This business establishment is much easier to get hold and the visit to the premises by their technician was within 2 hours from the appointment was made. Per COVID dilemma, the technician was very appropriate with regards to the use of personal protective devices such as gloves, shoe covering, mask and observed universal or hygiene precaution upon entering the premise. The job repair procedure and options as well as the cost of repair were very well explained by the technician. Overall, we are very much satisfied and will highly recommend this business.

The plumbing to our house exploded out in the front yard. Tree roots had destroyed the sewage line. Both bathrooms were flooded. Terrifying!! They came quickly. Figured out the problem and got to work. Had to dig 8 feet down. Couldn’t even see them in that hole. They fixed it, filled in the hole and you can nearly tell they were there. Made the entire thing perfect. I will definitely them if I need a plumber again !👍🏻

I’ve used them in the past and the Tech was awesome, he got on the roof. Found the clogged drain - and provided a quick estimate and fixed the problem. The tech that showed up yesterday. Didn’t diagnose - guesstimated the issue - sent us 5 quotes from $300-$2500. Calling another plumbing company today

My wife and I only use All City. We had a technician that came out to fix a backed up sink, but he tried to sell us on a $4k fix by hydro jetting the whole house. That didn't seem right to us. We called and requested a different technician. We have totally found our guy. He goes by Handy Randy. What a great experience, especially after such a poor one. Randy fixed everything super fast. We asked him to address two sinks, he only charged us for one! Thank you Randy and Steve for taking care of our needs, we will call again.

Happy customer :) Our Plumber Eusebio from All City plumbing was fantastic. He showed up early within the window that was given and did a great job of communicating with me throughout. He never got irritated or frustrated when I asked question or had him explain things to me. The project was installing a earthquake valve in our gas line. He planed on doing a horizontal install but once on site he realized he had to do vertical. It was a very tight space to install next to the meter. He quickly made a plan on how to do the work and even figured out how to do it with what he had on hand so we would not have to run to the store or shop for parts. I couldnt ask for a more professional or friendly technician to work witth.We had a great experience with this company from the phone calls to the technician. The office called us back shortly and listened closely to our needs with the texts/emails for details and confirmation.

He did an excellent job, very professional, clean work did not leave any mess and very upfront about repairs and pricing. AJ was my technician. He entered my home with great energy. Very polite. He advised him I may have a leak under my kitchen sink. He took a look and told me the drain was loose. I was very pleased with the work and customer service provided by my tech Billy and the hydro jet tech, Carlos. They were able to clear out the area drains that were full of very thick roots, dirt and rocks and were causing my back yard to flood on rainy days. We appreciated the representative, Joseoh Rand assisting us in our kitchen leak. He did an inspection of the area and was able to tell us what the problem was. Turns out when we replaced the faucet a few months ago, we neglected to silicone around the faucet so every once in a while water would accumulate there and leak underneath the sink. We siliconed it ourselves. We will continue to call All City Plumbing for our future plumbing needs. Sam and his partner (I'm not sure of his name) came to assess our broken water heater the very next day after we called. Sam gave a very clear explanation of what broke and explained thoroughly what I should expect. The next day Joseph and his partner, Mike, came to fix the heater. When he realized he was given the wrong part by the parts company, he drove four hours to another county and back to get the part and make sure it was fixed the same day. Overall the service was amazing, communication was spot on and I would highly recommend this company to anybody.

I was given a two hour arrival window and I was notified that Randy was on his way. The company also provides a picture so you know who to expect. Randy was able to fix my faucet issue and explained the problem in terms I understood. He then addressed a toilet flushing issue promptly. He had the exact items available in his truck. My main drain line clogged and backed up so I did a quick search on google for near by plumbing company’s and saw that all city plumbing had more then 5k good reviews so I decided to call them and I was not disappointed. When Manuel arrived on a Sunday evening to assess the job he was very knowledgeable and professional. I scheduled with him to return the following day to perform a hydro jet cleaning of my main line and the rest of the house drain lines. The following day Manuel and Carlos arrived on time and got to work immediately clearing the drain lines and then running a camera through the drain lines verifying the lines were clear. I am very impressed with the service Manuel and all city plumbing provided I will definitely use all city in the future with any of my plumbing needs and will highly recommend all city plumbing to my Nabors, friends and family.

We used All City Plumbing for an angle stop valve behind the toilet that was leaking. They answered my call immediately and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Around 40mins before the plumber arrived I got a text that told me who was coming to my house, a short bio about him, and an estimated time of arrival. The plumber, Joel Diaz, arrived to my house at the beginning of the appointment window and was very kind and courteous. Joel quickly evaluated the leak, had a plan to fix the leak, and gave me a no pressure proposal and quote. I agreed and he got to work immediately. Joel installed a higher quality valve than what was initially installed and I feel very confident that the valve will hold up a long time. Joel is a very nice guy, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to show me what he was doing. He also finished the install extremely fast and left no mess at all. He was so friendly and down to Earth. I really appreciated his experience. Recently received a really high water bill and realized that there was a leak somewhere. Called a few plumbers but found that All City was the most reliable, available, and offered a great warranty on the work. Ivan came out on the same day as I made the call. I initially thought the issue was with the toilets but obviously when he arrived they were working great. He made a few adjustments and then went to check the meter. It was spinning like crazy, he went through the house and outside and found the leak and addressed the fact that there was no irrigation shut off from the main entry point. He put in a few hours of work and rebuilt all of the outside piping His work was thorough, well documented and done well. I was very impressed by the service he provided. I also liked that pictures were taken off everything

I can not speak highly enough about Alfonso Gonzales at All City.We found our Water Heater leaking On Saturday around 3pm. Called numerous companies with no Techs available or anyone to answer a phobe call. I get it with it being a weekend and all.So I made some appointments for the following days. Then a call comes in from All City saying they have a tech that became available and will be by between 5-7pm. Tech arrived a little after 5pm diagnosed the problem. Called his service center in Rancho to verify parts needed, all in stock. Left to retrieve them back on site at 8:30pm to complete the repairs and get running and hot water flowing once again. Thank you Alfonso Gonzales you are awesome.

Our garbage disposal stopped working due to some clogging issues and my husband took the initiative to look for a company who was not expensive but also knew what they were doing. Waited two weeks for my scheduled appointment to have my faucet replaced in my kitchen, just a swap from old to new. No leaks or issues. The Technician arrived and presented the Ipad with the price of almost $ 300.00 dollars for the swap. WOW!I did the work myself in less than 30 Mins. Only reason for the rating was due to price. The communication is excellent with this Company.Update : A Quality control manager reached out to me but was unaware of my issue, he thought I had a sink errator installed. I had to tell him my issue. If you are going to make the effort of contacting the consumer gather a few basic facts of the problem. All he was talking about was defending their price, no real apology or concern.

Are sewer line clogged and flooded our home we called around for a plumbing company to help us and everyone was busy and was trying to schedule us for a week or two out I ended up finding all city on Yelp and I decided to call they were able to set up an appointment same day and get us a service technician within the next few hours our service technician was an unbelievable technician his name was Antonio Peters he not only represented his company flawlessly he was very kind up front and walked us through all the different options and steps of unclogging the line and what could have clogged the line considering we had no idea what was going on and I have a family with kids. So insane that Antonio unclogged the line figured out the problem repaired or sewer line and we are up and running thank you Antonio and thank you all city plumbing!

I’m writing this review to explain how awesome ALL CITY PLUMBING, and Tech Michael Olivares was last Friday. The background; Thursday afternoon I turned my water heater temperature down as it was running too hot. On Friday morning I stepped into a cold shower, there was absolutely NO hot water. I checked everything I could at the water heater and the electric pilot igniter, but still not working. I called tech support but after 40 minutes on hold I gave up. I call 2 plumbing contractors and only one called back. They could probably get here on Sunday and weekend rates would apply. I moved on and checked YELP, and found ALL CITY PLUMBING. I called right at 5pm on Friday, they answered and were able to have someone out by 7.After a few text updates Tech Michael arrived at 6:45. He looked at the unit and its electronic igniter and stated he was not familiar with this type but would try and see what he can do. Michael tried several things, but nothing worked. He made a few calls, still not working, and was perplexed with the situation. At this point 9 out of 10 Techs would have left and not continued. Michael stayed, made more calls, scoured YOU TUBE and finally found a solution. A vapor valve had to be reset, and then a special sequence of buttons and dials to get it to fire up. We have hot water.So impressed with ALL CITY PLUMBING, their response time, and especially Michael Olivares.

I just had my 2nd slab leak at this home and was absolutely heartbroken I had to go through it all again. Plummers, restoration, drywall, paint, insurance, etc.My guys were Dylan and Parker, and if it wasn't for them I probably would have just patched it and moved on. They made us all so comfortable and explained everything so well, that we ended up re-piping the entire home and replaced our dated water heater with a tankless & duo water softener system.I can't say enough great things about these two, they did absolutely everything from start to finish in four days. This was unfortunate the 2nd call back to All City Plumbing for a $1K job previous performed. We had still ongoing issues with the new items installed into our shower it wasn’t until finally the Quality Control Manager came out and fixed it and welp there is a reason he is who he is and has that title because he fixed it both issues we had that we had to have multiple call outs for. Nothing against learning and having new technicians but have your technicians gain exp because the previous one unfortunately did not do the job right. So thank you to Steve the QC for finally fixing the issues from the previous All City Tech. For the 4 star rating like the military to get a fire 5 you honestly needed to go above and beyond the first time around. So you shall be awarded a 4, but Steve personally gets the 5. Hire more of him or train your people better.

We called several plumbers after our toilets clogged and snaking wouldn’t work. It turned out our main sewer line needed repaired and another line needed replaced. I Had Problem that it took two different plumbers from a different companies to try and fix my Fossetts showerheads, and a drain that they couldn’t repair BUT We were lucky enough to get technician, Miguel valtierra arrive to help us out. Michael and his coworker Rafa came to the rescue after my floors flooded multiple times. I tried getting it fixed through my home warranty company but the plumber, who came to my house three separate times, did not fix the issue. No exaggeration here, he did not do anything. I called All City and was not disappointed. Michael arrived quickly, was professional and respectful the entire time. He quickly identified the issue at hand, a blocked and or broken sewer line, and called in his partners to come and help. Michael and Rafa were at my house until 930 at night working. Michael assured me he was going to get my plumbing up and running again. Michael and Rafa fixed the issue before they left that night and returned the next day to fill in the massive trench they had to dig in my yard. Michael even credited jetting the lines to my home toward the repairs to the sewage piping. Overall, it was great service and I would recommend this company to anyone. Our water heater got no hot water for a few days and we called several service providers but we had to wait for a few more days for their appointments. Ruben did a great job diagnosing the issues I had with water leaking from my laundry and toilet. My sewage main line had a clog/stoppage and he was able to use his snake to dislodge it. It's a temporary fix since I have older galvanized piping for my sewage line. Ruben did give me plenty of options to remedy my issues if they should arise again. Thanks!

This made me feel at ease knowing who to expect at the door since my husband wasn’t home. Steven was amazing in explaining what’s wrong with our Roman bathtub hot water leak and gave us the options for the repair. He tried rebuilding it, but wasn’t successful due to the faucet on the tub being very old (probably original from when the house was built) and the tub not having a easy access point. I told Steven I will have to talk to my husband before committing to opening up the dry wall. He wasn’t pushy and pressure me to get it done the same day. There were no charge since he couldn’t rebuild the water leak. That’s great customer service! No charge at all and he spent the time trying. This is a honest company! I recently had a fantastic experience with Mike and Sam from All City Plumbing. They came out a few weeks ago to evaluate a mystery leak hidden behind a bathroom wall. They were available quickly, arrived on-time, and were very responsive. They quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with options. Because I already knew my 70-year-old pipes needed replacing, and because it was the best option for my circumstances, I chose to move forward with a total re-pipe. Mike and Sam were meticulous in planning out the repipe and the related asbestos and lead testing that would be required since I have an older home. After testing came back negative, it was time to move forward. Mike had a team of four plumbers who handled the repipe itself. They were very hard workers, and they managed to repipe my entire single-story, two-bathroom house in a single day. Mike also coordinated with a restoration company to take care of the water damage from the leak, and made all the arrangements for the permit, the city inspections, and the patching of the holes opened in the walls for the repipe. Working with Mike was so easy. He was extremely communicative and answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. He and his crew went above and beyond to reduce costs for me and even took care of unrelated, small plumbing tasks while they were here, free of charge. I truly appreciate how easy and stress-free Mike, Sam, and their team made everything for me, and I particularly appreciated how communicative and transparent Mike was throughout the whole process, and how he did everything he could to make things run as smoothly as possible. Three days before Christmas, Dannon came at the last minute to assess my leaking pressure valve. He came the very next day and worked on it for about 2 hours. Originally I called All City Plumbing for my upstairs bath tub clog, but they were off on Christmas Day so I called Roto-Rooter. I asked them to give me the price over the phone but they said they have to sent out the technician before they can give me a price.After the technician arrives, he was kinda rude and he didn't even look at my clog then he told me the price will be $440. If you already know the price why waste my time to wait for the appointment. Maybe he has to work on Christmas Day so he wasn't very happy. So I turned him away and didn't approved the repair.So I called the All City Plumbing again the next day because of the positive review and that was my original plan anyway.The technician Zack Talbot showed up couple of hours later and looked at the problem and told me the cost will be $225 to run the snake. So I thought that was pretty reasonable to diagnostic the problem and let me know the price. So we agreed the work. After he tried to run the snake then realized that the clog was cost by the clog is because of the bathtub stopper. So he removed the stopper and lower the price for me.Zack is really good and honestly about the work and the price. Will definitely use them again if I ever have any plumbing issue again.

Let me start with saying the primary contact/technicians were good to work with. The 1 star is due to the quality of work performed during the repipe relative to the cost... and in some cases, regardless of cost. My initial review was positive, and before all these issues were found.After looking at several local plumbers we went with All City. At $27k for a repipe (3,400 sqft 2 story home with 4 bathrooms) we knew there were less expensive options (much less in some cases) but we wanted the best work possible. Based on reviews at the time All City seemed to be that option. Now that the work is complete, I wish we went a different route and saved thousands for what would have been equal or better quality and craftsmanship. Again, I am ok paying premium prices but expect premium work.As you can see in the photos, the work was messy, sloppy, and required multiple corrections of poor workmanship. And this is what is top of mind. The first and fourth photos are from a leak to an outgoing pipe when a hole was brazed into it during the repipe - this was just fixed but at first the response was it was unrelated to the repipe and would cost $2k to fix without any drywall repair factored in. The second shows the mess left after the repipe and before the drywall repair. The third are busted tiles when they came in too aggressively from the outside of the home - they fixed this. Fifth photo, the quarter reflects the size of the hole they needed to fix and the poor/no texture used. Last two photos are a poor job at addressing baseboard damage... and we had the materials to fix right! They were also not going to repipe a roman tub until we asked about it, and purchased new hardware. And after asking if I wanted to keep fixtures for a recently remodeled bathroom, and I said yes, they were thrown out and replaced by a lower grade option.

Daniel found a solution to fix the water intrusion in my home. Configured and Installed a drainage pipe in a difficult situation. He worked long hours and did a fantastic job.

We had a slab leak and went with ACP to repipe our home. We met with Sam and Eric Causey and they were thorough and discussed our options. They were responsive during the repipe, Eric came to check-in on us during the first day of the repipe. They handled the permit and made sure we were up to date with inspection times/dates. The crew that came to repipe our home were thorough, they seemed to know what to do and were able to repipe our home in a timely manner. They covered everything, they cleaned up everything, very professional crew. ACP patched our walls as well, the crew was professional and thorough, they went through each section of the home. Textured our walls. Both the repipe and drywall crew did such a great job with cleaning up after they were done.We've used ACP for a few other projects after the repipe. Eric has been our go to plumber. Our family does not have enough words to thank Eric for his kindness and expertise. He is thorough and communicates with us if times/dates need to change or if there are delays. He does not rush through the jobs, takes his time and makes sure everything works. We appreciate his work very much and know our home is in good hands.

I contacted All City plumbing for a outdoor plumbing issue with my water service line to my home. From my initial encounter with scheduling an appointment to the technician who came out, my experience was a good one. I'm not sure if their price was competitive that they quoted me for repairs as this was a bit of a emergency and I didn't have time to shop around but I ended up accepting the estimate and the technician who ended up doing the work was excellent and kept me updated daily until the repairs were complete. He was very professional and explained everything that was done and followed up to make sure everything was good. Definitely will consider them again for my plumbing needs.

Using his equipment he clearly confirmed our suspicion and clearly explain our options.Once we came to a decision with our insurance company Sam was able to schedule us the very next day for a repair. Sam and his partner did an excellent in repairing the leak and leaving a clean workspace.After the slab leak Sam followed up on a separate issue with our shower. Again he was very thorough and clear in his explanation.I would recommend Sam and ACP to my friends and family. Would use this service again.

Our request was for two back to back clogged kitchen sinks. That job was well done. After that, plumber complained that there was a leak in the pipe. We did not have any leaks before and neither did the plumber report any leaks prior to starting the job. To repair the leak by replacing the under sink pipe, I was quoted $ 649 which is entirely exorbitant price gouging. On my request to reconsider pricing, he reduced it by $100 to $549 which is still very high. But having no choice, I had to agree. I like the person and the workmanship, but I wouldn't use them again, as their company pricing structure is either wrong or taking advantage of the situation.

This is legitimately the first review I have every left, I usually don't care enough to bother but Miguel just left our house and I was so impressed with him that I felt the need to post. Our main was severely backed up. Not only did he fix it but was open and honest about the problem and the ways to solve it. The permanent solution is costly but I never felt pressured into having it done, nor that I was being unnecessarily upsold. I highly recommend All City and will use them again for all our plumbing needs.

I called All City Plumbing because of a water leak and cause loss mitigation. I needed a plumber to look for the leak and give me a report to my insurance company. All city plumbing response time deserves a 5 star rating. No holds and provided me a plumber ASAP.Ruben Silva, did a great job looking for the leak and recommended to attach a pressure valve to prevent future problems. My water pressure before was at 85psi..recommended pressure should be at 65-75. He was very patient, came in timely and respected my house by wearing a shoe cover and a mask. A big shout out to the company and thank you to Ruben for the excellent service

All City Plumbing responded very quickly to my request with a leaky shower. Abdullah Alsonbul arrived and was very friendly and professional. He explained the issue and gave us a few repair options. We were very comfortable with the whole process and the work was done to our satisfaction. I also appreciate that the company does free estimates.

Something that stands out above other services is they don’t charge to come out vs others who was a 70$ consultation fee. He came in within the time slot which is a plus compared to other contractors we’ve used. The text appointment reminders are nice as well as they offered us an earlier time because a tech was available even though we were not available the offer was sweet. The appointment clerk was nice and understand, clear and thorough. The plumber wore booties to cover his work boots to not make a mess on the floor. They sent a bio and picture of the tech before arrival to ensure the end user knew who to expect which is cool instead of letting someone random in the house. This is the second time using them and will definitely be back to use them again if need be. The plumber was in and out quickly and knew what he was talking about while saving us a bunch of money on what we expected to do by recommending a better option. Thank you guys. 10/10.

I am so impressed with All City Plumbing and their technician Michael Olivares. I discovered after work that we had no hot water. After failing at my attempts to light it myself, I called to make an appointment. How surprised I was that they had some one come out that night. Michael was able to light the pilot, and stayed to make sure the water was getting warm. Michael also said he would send me some estimates for repair or replacement. All without pressure or a hard sell. I will be recommending All City Plumbing to everyone I know. MICHAEL OLIVARES is the type of person who puts the customer first.

You guys..... the great reviews for this company are seriously NO JOKE. I had some issues with my toilets this past weekend. They sent Ivan G. over and he was absolutely amazing. Aside from the decent company prices and his excellent workmanship and punctuality, what I appreciated and admired most was his outstanding customer service. Going over and beyond is an understatement when it comes to Ivan G. He was honest and thorough with his evaluation. Super easy to talk to and I was able to ask questions without feeling like I was bugging him. He literally spent so much time explaining to my dad and I what we'd be expecting in the short and long run... with videos and pictures to boot!!! He even came by two days later, on his scheduled day off, to help with another clog. I personally will be asking for Ivan G. if/when I need help with my plumbing. All City was great as our water heater went out on a Friday night on a holiday week. Jonathan was out that same night and was able to provide us with an accurate quote and cake back next day for installation. He worked quickly and clean and was very informative and polite the whole time. Jonathan got our new water heater done within two hours and went above and beyond. All City Plumbing ROCKS!!! We were able to get service that same day (On a Sunday Evening). Zack (plumber) was dispatched and he was very professional. After hearing out the issue he did a thorough inspection and provided us with the details of what the work would entail. He provided different options, understanding that we were on a very tight budget. He not only ran the “snake” more than once through the drain, he even did it in 2 different drain cleanouts – that’s above and beyond a normal plumber would do. He then ran his camera down the drain and shared some insights that may have cause the blockage and recommended different options ($ to $$ to $$$$) on how it can be addressed. Had a pipe burst for the 3rd time this year and the people I had used the first 2 times were so expensive so i decided to give all city plumbing a call, they were out here within an hr and took over the process while still keeping me in the loop about the process and cost. Fair prices and we had the pleasure of meeting Joshua who literally went above and beyond to help us out. We can’t thank him enough and because of Joshua’s help alone we won’t be going anywhere else but all city plumbing.

I woke up on a Sunday morning with my garage flooded. We looked up plumbing companies and All city plumbing had the highest reviews. After looking at some of their reviews we decided to give them a chance. It was easy to book. On the day of the appointment they sent a bio of the plumber that was coming to service us. His name was Paul G. He was very polite and even wore booties in our garage. He looked over our entire plumbing system at no charge. He then gave us options from tankless down to us buying the water heater and he installing it. He did not push anything on us and gave us the most information to help us chose which fits our budget. We wanted to hire this company and made an appointment with one of their technicians. He did not show up, texted him to follow up, he did not return my text, and never informed us that he will not make it to his appointment. We decided not to hire this company for an easy $1,500 job.

Called All City Plumbing about 7pm on 12/30/21. We needed the water heater replaced immediately for our tenants as the existing one had completely died. Matt was dispatched within 30 mins. He completed the free estimate and confirmed the power vent and expansion tank had run their course. Since all suppliers had already closed for the night, Matt made it a priority this morning 12/31/21 to locate a supplier that carried the water heater we needed. We appreciate Matt for coming to our aid by replacing the water heater and expansion tank. He’s professional, provides clear explanation of the issues, provided after pics and also drove to our home to receive payment. I always see their vans around town and I read some positive reviews, so I gave them a call first. We called this morning and we were able to get someone to come to our home within two hours. I had blocked pipes—Miguel came out and took care of business using a camera and some tools.Found a cap lodged in my pipes and recommended a hydrojet service. After this was done, he asked for some photos of the “situation” behind the walls which I had. He showed me what was done wrong, offered recommendations I could do on my own to make things better and also gave me a verbal estimate on ACP handling the project as well.I appreciate the warranty and I’m confident Miguel at All-City Plumbing knows his stuff and stands behind his work.

He patiently waited while the property manager got back to us. I would definitely recommend All City Plumbing, especially with Earnest. The only down side is they aren’t able to quote a price for the work over the phone and until a technician comes, but they do send out the technicians free!!

Gas company said hire a Lic Plumber a very mannered name Eric came to do a pressure test and that was$450 now I have showed photos of the work below but using formulas to figure how much?I was told it would take $10,500 to re do my entire raised home (easily to access piping)Now ok if u don’t like what’s behind door #1 here it is $3300 and if we repair (1) 3’ piece of pipe w/an elbow and the elbow at the end of my dryer $1300 I guess spend it if you got it but this is utterly ridiculous

I have two words for All City....Josh Ortiz. Without doubt the best service person let alone plumber we have ever met and worked with. His level of professionalism and care is uncharted.I honestly felt like I was dealing with my brother. So grateful for the ACP team, especially Ivan Gonzalez and Felipe Rodriguez for their amazing work! They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and immediately began working on the issue. We have an issue that the plumbing system was creating a very loud hammer sound like bang-bang occasionally when two showers were used or one shower and a washing machine was used. Called All City Plumbing and was able to schedule a technician visit according to the tenant schedule. Jonathan with All City Plumbing came and showed up on time. Jonathan is very professional and very experienced to identify that the broken water pressure valve is the root cause. He presented the quote with an estimated completion timeline. After accepting All City's quote, Jonathan started to work on the issue quickly. To make sure the quality of the replacement job, Jonathan made a second trip to the supplier to replace the damaged rubber washers. Moreover, Jonathan also helped to replace a bathroom cartridge issue (valve doesn't fully close with the increased normal water pressure) with a very affordable price. Overall, very satisfied with the service and quality from Jonathan at All City Plumbing. Will use their plumbing services again in the future. Excellent job Jonathan!

Miguel Valtierra was amazing. Our main water line had busted and was flooding out water due to a city tree roof that grew over it. Miguel dug a hug hole in a small spae, and cut out the root to repair the pipe. He did a great job and got water back to our house in a single day for a project that could have easily taken 2. I recommended him to each neighbor that came to see what was happening and will recommend him to anyone else asking for a plumber.

This company is trust worthy and very professional. I thought I had a slabs leak so I searched all over google to find leak detection specialist and I found this company. I am very happy with their service and the best is they update you with everything in the process. Before the technician arrived, they would sent you a text with a picture of the technician with a little biography. This is very nice and giving me a piece of mind of knowing who’s coming into your home. My technician was Taylor and he is very polite, professional, and most importantly he cares about my home and helping me fix the problem. Before having technician come out, I did called multiple companies and All City Plumbing is one of the best that I found. Very reliable, arrived on time, professional, and most importantly honest. Have had issues for some time with water mixture valves in kitchen sink and esp. master bath, where the shower fixtures were 25+ yrs old. Technicians Matt Robbeloth and Ivan Gonzalez were prompt, knowledgeable and skilled in addressing the problems. They offered options, consulted us on fixtures, replaced failing/leaking faucets, controls and shower head with beautiful new components that work great. During final inspection Matt found and replaced a corroded drain nut for us.

All City is really living up to the hype. Service is amazing from beginning to end. They sent out a very kind and honest gentleman by the name of Jose. He was thorough and respectful around my home, by far the best I have seen. I will definitely recommend him to all my family and friends, thank you All City, I’m sold! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought a new dishwasher and the installer said the dishwasher water valve was broken and needed to be replaced before they could install the new dishwasher. This review is a little mixed for the following reasons. 5 stars for prompt response and great service. They had someone out here same day to give me a price quote, and because it was a simple fix, they were able to fix it right then and there. Maybe 10 mins all in. Braden was fantastic - friendly, professional, quick. However, I paid $175, and some of the quotes I’m getting today (from people I called in addition to All City) range from $80-125, so in some cases less than 50% of what I paid. So I have to give 1 star for pricing. If you need a quick/good fix and are willing to pay a premium, this is a good option. If you are budget conscious, maybe shop around first.

Amazing service by Ivan G. & Mike W! Calling a plumber can be challenging for some but All City and Ivan and Mike made it a great experience for an amazing value! I appreciate Ivan working with me to get the best price possible on the most necessary work needed. The work was great and my prior issues are gone and plumbing is working like new!

Gas pipe leak repair.Jason was friendly, positive, amazing, professional and always put on shoe covers, which was just so thoughtful. The company was absolutely wonderful from the girl who answered the phone to the timely service. They really turned my day around.The gas line test was $550 which felt steep, but I also do not understand the hard work it takes. The only constructive feedback would be for the company to give payment options up front on the phone when an appointment is made. The bill ended up around $1000. It's not easy to figure out such a big bill in a couple hours. Each job is different.If ever needed again, we would happily use the company.

Matt was the technician from All City Plumbing who came out to install an whole house filtering system. I was very impressed with Matt professionalism and craftsmanship with re-piping the water through the whole house filter. It looks great! I’m very happy with the results.Don D.

Mike Webster of All City Plumbing did an outstanding job. Friendly and competent, the workmanship of the install of the water heater and plumbing of the new drain line to and thru an exterior wall is excellent. Same goes for the work he did on the outside of the house replacing the old plumbing and pressure regulator for the feed from the meter. Would definitely recommend!

We had an emergency with our toilet and we were able to get someone to come to our house that day! Our plumbers were Antonio Peters and Danny I highly recommend them! They did such a great job with explaining our situation and what was needed to be done to fix our problem. Great people!

Isidro arrived at my home on time, made an assessment and provided the service that was needed (Water Heater Replacement)! Isidro is definitely the best! He went above and beyond to make sure that I understood everything that was to take place (answering my multiple questions) and to ensure that I would be satisfied with the work upon completion! I was so happy with the work product!I had been contemplating having my home re-piped, and after consulting with Isidro, I knew that my home was in the right hands with this company and their employee! All of the men who worked in my home during the re-piping and patching, were professional and courteous! The work was completed in 2 days, as promised, and after they finished, they cleaned up all of the debrie generated from the job! I would recommend this company to anyone with a Plumbing problem! Taylor with ACP gave my clogged kitchen sink drain his best effort by snaking it. Unfortunately the drainage pipe was so backed up that he wasn't able to clear it and instead suggested that I have it Hydro jetted. (I wasn't charged for his visit.) I had once before used another company to hydro-jet our Common Area sewer line so I called them. When they showed up I was told that because My kitchen is on my second floor, all he could do was snake it again, which he did. That did the trick. He charged me $350.

I was in a panic when my water heater broke, but All City Plumbing came to the rescue. The plumber was able to fix the problem quickly and even gave me some tips on how to prevent future issues. Eric was a great technician. I had an emergency with my main line drain and he was very courteous and professional. He was on time and didn’t cancel last minute like the other 3 companies that I called did. He was honest and reliable, I know I have to take care of the main issues and replace piping, but he understood that I just could not afford at the moment and he still offered gray advice. I recommend this company and Eric 100%.Side note: they do have an answering service that is not the greatest, so if you call after a certain hour (I called at 8pm) is not them flbjr the very rude answering service

I called All City Plumbing to get my tankless water to stop it from leaking and about the sewer smell we were getting from the restroom. Joseph was very thorough in his assessment, gave me estimates for all my different options, and some recommendations I can do independently. He fixed our leak and replaced the flange for the toilet in our restroom. Both the sewer smell and the leak were gone. He even cleaned and sanitized the bathroom area when he was done. A+ service! I would definitely recommend.

We started out 3 months ago with some crazy high water bills and a pin hole leak under our bathroom shower foundation. We paid $650 for a plumber to repair just one pipe. Later in January our home repair contractor recommended we replace 4 additional pipes before they put up their wall board. We got one bid and the next day All City Plumbers sent out a technician, Dylan who gave us his honest opinion. With pictures from his phone, he showed us the corrosion on all of the galvaized pipes under our home; they needed to be replaced. We had a real time home owner's nightmare-like experience staring us in the face. Unfortunately, no bandaids or blue tape were allowed.With patience, Dylan walked us through some options and assisted us with the financing of this project. Three days later, Dylan and his partner Parker came out, working over 2 days, (some long and hard hours), and they worked their magic! Crawling under the house with the spiders, Parker replaced all those nasty pipes. Meanwhile Dylan trenched out the waterline from our home to our street and even replanted a rose bush that was in harm's way. The pipe from beneath the ground was REAL nasty, all rusty & corroded, and I shuddered at the thought of drinking that water for 40 years! YOW-ZAH!Before wrapping up, we had a new hot water heater installed according to the updated codes for earthquakes. Dylan even hooked up our ESpring water purification system residing under the kitchen sink and replaced the filter! Course there was a part missing but Dylan returned later and worked his magic! Once a new part was ordered and installed, everything works great in the kichen area!All in all, we owe All City Plumbers and their mighty technicians Dylan and Parker a debt of gratitude and thanks! I called because of a water heater issue and the plumber didn’t even touch anything on the water heater and immediately suggested I buy a new water heater because mine was 7 years old. The gas company came and turns out it was just a blockage that needed some air to be removed. Never using this company again.

All City Plumbing came highly recommended and did not disappoint. The plumber was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to fix a stubborn clog in my bathroom sink. I would definitely use them again. David Martinez finished in less than 30 minutes, made me wish I called them sooner than try to do it myself. Arrived in about an hour's time, very fast service.

Matt Robbeloth replaced our water heater and he did a thorough job. He made sure to check for leaks and that the system worked perfectly. He is super friendly and just great to work with.We also had a leak with our outdoor sprinkler system and he took a look at it for us free of charge. He took his time to find out where the leak was and gave us an estimate. He is super friendly and even helped me out while I was changing a doorknob!I would highly recommend him. He will be our go to plumber from now on!
