Nick saved the DAY! I was notified by a neighbor of a massive leak at my house. Nick came out almost immediately, got the leak stopped and was even able to run water to the house while the repairs were being made. He found out during inspection the plumbing was run incorrectly. He not only fixed the leak but also took some preventative measure's to prevent a repeat incident in the not so distant future. I found this very professional and intelligent. It show's care for their work, as well as their customer. I 100% recommend Nick at Best Plumbing Services.
Great company very reasonable had them repair my shower valve and unclear a drain and he noticed my daughters light bulbs where out and even went above and beyond to change those for me free of charge .

By far the best plumbing company in Riverside. Adam was very kind and upfront with what we needed and transparent about cost. He knew exactly what was wrong with the plumbing and thoroughly explained it to us. We’ll definitely refer them to friends and family. Grateful that they were able to fix the issue! Will definitely ask for them again if something else arises.

We’ve done a complete remodel of our home including kitchen, butlers pantry, washroom and bathrooms - Best plumbing took care of everything and did it with excellence! Everything works great and performs wonderfully!! Highly recommend!! You won’t ever use anyone else!
I was worried at first because attempting to use the company website for scheduling did not seem to work out (my browser blocked the redirect the first time I tried, but I changed the setting and tried again), and so I called them after about four or five hours without hearing back. Mr. Best answered and explained that he had not received a request, but told me he'd get back to me later in the day to schedule something. The company did get back to me later that day, and scheduled a tech to come out this morning between 8-10 AM. I received a call from the tech (Ryan) during that slot, and he informed me that he would be out by 10, and he was. He brought the faucet I'd agreed to purchase, and he had it up and running in about half an hour. He was an extremely personable and professional tradesman, which has not always been my experience here in Riverside. Barring any leaks that show up in the next few days under that faucet, this five star review will live on forever in the hearts of mankind, blah blah blah. Anyway, great job by Best Plumbing Service, at a very fair cost, and handled more rapidly than I'd have ever expected.

I had a drain blockage and this was my first experience with a plumbing issue in my house. Originally I went through my home insurance and they sent me a company who came out and told me, “he would not price gauge me so don’t worry.” Whenever people say that you can be sure that is exactly what they will do. Sure enough, he told me there was “no way” to access the blockage because my pipes were not done correctly in my house. Because he wrote on the assessment that it wasn’t done correctly insurance wouldn’t cover it. The other company gave me an estimate of $2400! I immediately called Best Plumbing to get a second opinion. They did find a way to access the drain, unclogged it, and cleaned up! I was blown away! The first company claimed they would have to dig down and “crack my pipes” to gain access to the blockage and it would take all day to repair to the tune of $2400. Best Plumbing gained access, DID NOT crack pipes, cleaned up after the mess the blockage caused and it was a fraction of the original estimate I received from the first company. The even fixed my garbage disposal which we uncovered had an issue while they were there. He also showed
Me how to do it myself if it ever happened again. I am so greatful to Best Plumbing and their staff and I highly recommend them!

Best plumbing were great. Told me when they would be there and they were on time. Solved my issue, and gave me information on how to contact city about another issue that needs to be fixed.

Had excellent service from Best plumbing service. I want to thanks to especially Adam and Mike. They were very professional and provide excellent workmanship. Strongly recommend to anyone who needs plumbing problems.
Replacement of leaking Moen shower cartridge was performed very quickly. Cause of leaking shower cartridge was found to be defective water pressure regulator. Water pressure in the house was around 90psi vs normal 60psi. A few days later the pressure regulator was procured and installed very quickly.

Had wonderful customer service Jason and Bob were very professional and work area very clean they helped me move stuff out from under sink and even put it back for me. I had been living without hot water on demand because I moved in to a house with a tankless heater and assumed that was normal! Letting the water run for 3-5 mins to get hot water! One call to Best plumbing and they assured me that the recirculating feature was a simple and easy fix and super cost efficient!
My whole life has changed being able to have hot water in 10 seconds at any faucet in my house now! And he fixed my pesky barely running toilet in 10 seconds and kept on moving about his work!

Had a busted water meter not easy to get to due to roots from pine trees that were covering the area which created the break in the pipe. JASON was my first point of contact and was very responsive, with an immediate appointment for the next morning and I appreciate that! ( I called late in the day). The tech ADAM, who came to my house worked his tail off to get the job done without fail and was very kind, knowledgeable and did what he needed to do to get the job done. They came promptly as they promised (we got an appt for the next morning of the day I called, with a front yard leak problem). Adam was great, he is the one who did most of the work. Bob came by to support from time to time. Adam is friendly and professional. And in the beginning of the day, it was Jason the owner who came to diagnose the problem and explain the action plan (and quoted the fees). One can tell Jason wants a job done right and cares about his company's reputation.
Their company is professional, even the receptionist is kind and patient on the phone. Jason promised that the repair of the main pipe will be done the same day (we were panicking due to the large amount of water that was running to curbside non-stop overnight). The problem was solved by the afternoon with their nonstop working for hours. And they offer one year warranty on their work. It's good to support a local business, especially when they do the work with care. Thank you Best Plumbing for your help today! We will definitely call you with future plumbing issues, but hopefully not too soon. :)

Jason and Bob were very professional. Did an amazing job setting up my filtration system. Everything right from scheduling an appointment to getting this done was very smooth. Definitely would recommend them for any plumbing job.
We have been using Best Plumbing for many years now . Unfortunately, we had a house fire, and we had to rebuild our house. As we all know, rebuilding a house is very draining, but Best Plumbing helped us step by step, from helping us pick the right faucets to replacing our whole plumbing system . They were very timely and very professional.
On another occasion, my mother had a broken pipe, and they immediately send a plumber to take care of the problem.

Adam was knowledge and highly competent in replacing the cartridge needed to stop the faucet leak. He explained what need to be fixed, so I was able to understand what he needed to do. I felt confident that I was getting the repair that was needed to fix the leak. In the end, NO LEAK! I recommend Adam foe your plumbing needs. He was professional and clean serviceman. He left no mess!
Jason was very professional and friendly. We had a faulty sensor (from the manufacturer) for our new water system. Jason came to our place 3 times to fix it finally. He is a very responsible business owner.

I've been working with Best Plumbing Services for many years from various commercial plumbing issues to my own residential plumbing. I probably make around 4 to 6 service calls per year. The entire crew at Best Plumbing communicates exceptionally well and they deliver consistently.
Every single service member that shows up on site has been exceptionally professional. I work mostly with Jason and he always exceeds my expectations! He clearly explains every situation and the work that needs to be done. Clearly communicates any possible complications that may arise and the respective costs. 5/5 each and every time with Best Plumbing Services!
