When I called, Matt was able to come over that very day. He and his trainee, Kevin, took care of my concerns and found other issues that needed correction. He even purchased faucets, pop up drains for my bathroom sinks and a shower head. He brought in the new toilet and disposed of the old one. He explained everything and listened to all of my questions. It was a good plumbing experience. They also noticed a low tire due to a nail in my car. I was able to get it fixed right away. That's good service!

I met Justin while he was working another job. I asked him a question and he GAVE ME the tool I needed free of charge! So a month later when I had a plumbing problem, I called Plumbing MATTers.

I used Yelp Projects to find Matt and was intrigued when I saw he only had 5 star reviews. I looked through the pictures and it explains why. He does an amazing job and is willing to get his hands dirty.

After we chatted online , he gave a price and we scheduled an appointment. He has an automated system that keeps you up to date on arrival times and who will be arriving.

Originally I was only going to have him replace a water regulator. But he was on time, personal and reduced the quoted price because the job was easier then he thought. So I had him quote a water heater that was also going bad. He was a fair price and could come back the next day.

The following day, same experience. On time and did a great job. He walked me though each step of the replacement, hauled away the old heater and they left the place as clean as when they arrived. I highly recommend this company.

We hired Matthew for replacing our main water shut off valve and pressure regulator. What impressed us the most was his responsiveness to our inquires - before and AFTER installation, within minutes, and provided the necessary information to help address questions and/or concerns that we had (even 5 am in the morning!). Justin and Matt were exceptionally helpful solving my broken pipe issue as quickly as possible. First of all, they showed up immediately after the call. The understood the gravity of the problem and gave me a quote that's not only reasonable, but also much more competitive than the previous two plumbers. He was very straightforward, provided a quote right then and there and said if he’s not able to unclog my toilet then there’s no charge to me. He also happened to be in the area so he swung over the same day like 30 minutes later. Matthew was awesome - very professional, courteous and friendly. Got my toilet back up and running after he got out a toothbrush (of all things!) that my son must have flushed down the toilet. He also showed me how I can fix issues like this in the future on my own by buying a tool at Home Depot. I would definitely definitely recommend these guys!!

THE BEST SERVICE EVER! MATT IS A HERO!!!! I called him yesterday evening and he came the next morning. on time ready to rock! he was honest and professional and super polite! People like him are rare. He installed two new toilets. i didn't have to do a thing made my life super easy. and to top it off he saw i was unwell and brought me a yogurt parfait when he went out for all the equipment buys hahaa. the best!!!

Our experience was great. They sent out a technician named Kevin the same day and he was honest, efficient and helpful. It turns out we didn't need a new garbage disposal as originally discussed with a representative, and I appreciated he was honest about that. He even encouraged me to look to see if it was under warranty instead of trying to upsell me his own products. I appreciated his integrity, and highly recommend this company because of that.

Matthew helped me most recently when a leak finally detected coming from the hot water heater closet in my mobile began to spray and I couldn't remember how to turn off the main, called him, and he dropped his own personal activity to rush over and turn off the water line, found the leak, fixed the problem, replaced a connector hose and saved the cabinet floor further damage. I didnt have to go all weekend without water or even then the hot water to be available or wait for a resolution.
