We have been using Best Plumbing for many years now . Unfortunately, we had a house fire, and we had to rebuild our house. As we all know, rebuilding a house is very draining, but Best Plumbing helped us step by step, from helping us pick the right faucets to replacing our whole plumbing system . They were very timely and very professional.

On another occasion, my mother had a broken pipe, and they immediately send a plumber to take care of the problem.

RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I would give this company a negative 5 stars if possible. We entered into a contract with Brian Weaver of BWR Heating and Cooling almost 2 years ago. They were contracted to replace ALL ducting and remove any ASBESTOS in our home and install an air-conditioning unit. It was not until we started a kitchen remodel several weeks ago did we find out that Brian, known as BWR, never fulfilled his contract and he NEVER removed the Asbestos or replaced the ducts in our home. We have now been living with asbestos blowing in our house for the past almost two years. When I asked Brian what went wrong, he said contact my lawyer. Is this the type of company you want working at your home??

I had the technician come out and give me an estimate. He was polite and professional. He solved the issue right away. I am super happy with the quick service. I will be calling them again. Thank you Dave for getting my heater working right away

Came to my house to do an inspection and cleanup of sewer system. Inspection showed that no further action was required. Company advised me and just charged for the inspection. Very honest

I hired this company to come clean out my heating system prior to winter. They found a crack heat exchanger and was told that I needed a brand new furnace and could not just replace my heat exchange and that it would cost me 5k+ for a replacement. The tech who showed up to my house named Gabriel lic#713817 decided to just through all the lose furnace parts into the housing area and told me he could not do anything about it, packed his thing and left me with a non working furnace. I have done this before and have never seen anyone disassemble a whole furnace for cleaning including gas lines and electrical pieces. I went with a different company and was able to get the issue resolved and the techs worked was heavily criticized negatively.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Look for a local HVAC expert and stay away from this scam of a company.

I was very pleased with the technician Vincent Baumann. He was very knowledgeable and pin pointed the issues I’m having with my kitchen and bathrooms. I look forward to getting the work done soon with this company.

Nathan did an awesome job at my rental property in Perris. He was most helpful and described everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He was very responsive, quick and clean. Will definitely use Rescue Rooter again if Nathan is on the job! Patti
