John came to our house on time and cleaned out the storm drains that had been backed up with hard mud and debris ever since we moved in to our house. It never flowed out to the street, instead it used to flood the area every time it rained. Now it flows freely to the street and we didn’t have to replace anything below ground. (Matt Brown)

We had some significant issues right before the holidays. I called and Georgina has been totally responsive during the entire process. An estimate was submitted and as we waited for 2 other estimates, Georgina continued to stay in touch. Although we ultimately went a different direction/scope for the project and used another company, I will keep Rooter Alert Plumbing and Select Trenchless numbers handy. I would work with these folks in a heartbeat and appreciated their professionalism.

I was referred to Rooter Alert Plumbing by a plumber I had used in the past for a drain clear. They were booked, and highly recommended Rooter Alert Plumbing knowing that they were specialists, and highly skilled in several areas including my trenchless sewer repair. The office and technicians were polite, professional and prompt and provided great communication. They provided excellent service at a good value and solved my main sewer line failure dilemma. The trenchless sewer technology they used (pipe bursting) was pretty amazing. These guys were a great team. I highly recommend them.

I had the worst experience with Rooter Alert. Initial call to set up a diagnostic appointment for $125.00 was very easy set up. Even the technician, Mario, when he came out, he was very friendly and explained that the problem was not sever and simple cleaning was all. The technician and I both forgot about the $125.00 payment that I was supposed to give to him so I called the company to ask them to send me a bill so that I can pay for the diagnostic service and get a full review of what I needed to have done. They did not send me an email or suggested work that needs to be done. I called them that same day, two days later, again left a message on website chat, another message, no one got back to me until 11 days later they contacted me. Their excuse was that they had the wrong email address. In the meantime, during those 11 days, I have already patched up my walls and had it painted. If you want fast reliable response don’t work with this company.

Very responsive and professional, both over the phone when scheduling and requesting estimates, and when performing services. Completed trenchless sewer repair, and were so concerned about uprooting a fruit tree, they even helped replant it! Was soo happy with their services, called them back out for a broken drain pipe in kitchen wall. Highly recommend.

We were recommended to have Rooter Alert come out once our plumber was unable to clear out the clog in our kitchen drain, thank you County Wide. Rooter Alert came out the next morning and hydrojetted our drain and was able to clear the drain. We would highly recommend both companies.

We were experiencing root blockage in 55 year-old clay pipe (exterior and interior). Since we had two bathrooms which had just been completely remodeled, we did not want to have to tear up any floors inside of our home.

The Team from Rooter Alert just finished replacing exterior pipe/cleanouts and lining interior drainpipes, without causing any damage to the interior of our home (all within a weeks time of our initial call to them!).

We appreciate their timeliness in addressing our problem and taking the time throughout their work to help educate us on what they are doing each step of the way. They offered a full-service solution - including repouring the small cement patio which needed to be dug up on the exterior of our home. Came to my house to do an inspection and cleanup of sewer system. Inspection showed that no further action was required. Company advised me and just charged for the inspection. Very honest

Top notch company. From the office staff to the workers who did the repair work. Had roots in my sewer and called Rooter Alert out for a 2nd opinion. Price was a bit more than the other quote I received but the other company missed a few things that Rooter Alert provided on their estimate. They were able to repair my old sewer pipe without having to dig the existing sewer line up. I am very happy with their workmanship. If you are having frequent sewer backup or issues, this is the company to call. They specialize in repairing sewer lines.
