Armando Chacon was very helpful and informative. One of the best in Air Conditioning service!

Edward Crawley was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He fixed the pipes under the kitchen sink and installed a new faucet outside. He answered all of our questions, gave us clear estimates and options, and no hard pressure sales pitches. He also made no messes, and followed the COVID safety requirements, wearing a mask and distancing when possible. I would recommend this professional to others for their plumbing needs.

I had Anthony from All Pro Plumbing come down and he did a great job on my pressure relief valve on my water heater and even on Easter Sunday. Andy was very thorough with everything. He explained everything in easy to understand terms. There was no pressure to sign a contract immediately. The services I require are quite costly so I need more time to save money to proceed. This was not a problem in any way.

We had what we thought was a major toilet issue but after consulting with Jovanni S., a real honest and just nice tech, we were able to solve the problem in no time. We first made contact with Jovanni and All Pro on Saturday night, but with two small toddlers at home, we thought it'd be best to work on it Monday morning. Jovanni came to us once his shift started and dispatch helped to make sure he was our technician. We actually had called two other companies prior to working with All Pro, but All Pro was more responsive to answering our calls and questions.

Their service representative Chris was a tremendously professional, friendly, and informative person.

Erik Bringas was in time and professional. Gave a detailed explanation of work and options of scope/ pricing. All Pro was the first company I called so I haven’t hired anyone. Their prices seemed fair after I had a few other companies come by. They’re not too expensive but aren’t the cheapest. I can’t comment about their work but Erik seemed to know his stuff.

Our remodel project had a ducting issue, called All Pro & George arrived timely. He assessed the issue; gave options, and a good price. Caleb joined later and they worked the issue, at decision points they explained & got approval before moving forward. Caleb also pointed out several electrical items to consider. They were very efficient and personable; we're very happy the service and signed up for the maintenance plan, so we'll see them in 6 months. Thanks All Pro George & Caleb!!

Andrew Andrade was so gracious and kind when my kitchen drainage issue resolved itself overnight. He tightened a pipe nut (I really don't know what they are called) under the sink to stop the leak and said there was no need to do anything else that he would have to charge for. I appreciated the honesty😁

Very friendly service. I called and left a message and they returned in a timely manner. They came out as quickly as possible. They seem to know there service. The dispatcher called to inform me of their arrival. And they text my daughter (she was at work) to inform her of the finding, price, and other options. Very professional.

They did an amazing job, I will definitely be using their services again and I would highly recommend them. I called at 12:20 and by 220 my drain was clear. They were super fast and the technician Daniel was very nice and polite and he did an excellent job and was extremely knowledgeable.

If it's just pumping you need, it's a little expensive because they sub contract it out. But the rest, with Andres was fabulous. He has great knowledge of the system and is able to clearly explain how it all works and what the problems are. He gave us all the options and possibilities and I never felt he was pressuring us into spending more money than we needed to. He was very easy to talk to. It was a rocky start, but I was very pleased in the end. Thank you Andres!

Service was excellent. Water heater broke and was left without hot water. In the cold winter, time is everything! They were prompt in dispatching someone over. Both Shawn & George were extremely professional & courteous. Though I have only gotten an estimate at this time for electrical breaker outage, they were extremely patient in explaining the complicated issues at hand, so I could explain it to other family members who will have to cover the expense of the repairs. If money weren’t an object, I’d pull the trigger on getting necessary repairs by Shawn & George on the spot.

I had a great experience with this company. We needed to replace all the RO filters under the sink. I ordered the filters off Amazon total of 5. These guys gave us the most fair price. Like some dude tried charging us 560$ to do a 30 min filter switch job. The tech was friendly, professional, and through with his work.

Fast, reliable service answered all of my questions.

New tenant had a problem with the shower. We called All Pro and their tech went out and found that the shower actually worked perfectly. He showed the tenant how to use the use the shower, checked the bathroom and kitchen sinks to make sure they were working properly as well. We are thankful that he went above and beyond what he was supposed to do and deserves a raise, bonus and promotion!!!

Bryan’s service was outstanding and his responses to my questions were very clear and precise. On the basis of his recommendations I will be changing my outdated bulbs to led bulbs and will have my handyman install 3 GFCI in each of my bathrooms.

So happy with the quality of service… All Pro scheduled a repair for our water heater within 2 days. Other companies were offering dates over a month away. We couldn’t figure out why we weren’t getting hot water on a 2 year old tankless water heater. Leo showed up and he was on time and very respectful. He was quick to diagnose the problem and resolve it. He offered us a maintenance plan, which we signed up for. I would definitely recommend All Pro and Leo, and feel comfortable with him helping out with our plumbing issues in the future.

I had Doug Johnson come out on a Saturday morning because my smart thermostat was not operating correctly and ran the heat all night long. Within a few minutes he was able to diagnose and fix the problem. Not only did he make quick work of my heating problem but he presented himself professionally and knowledgeable. He was very personable and made it easy to understand what was wrong and what he did to repair. I’ve always had great techs out from All Pro but Doug exceeded my expectations.

The water spigot to the house broke off in the back yard. Unfortunately it was a water main and water was pouring out like a geyser. We had to turn off the water to the whole house. I called All Pro and the answering service let me know someone would call me at 7am. Right at 7am the next day I received a phone call. By 8:30 Eric was at my door ready to fix my problem. He was very professional and explained everything to me regarding what needed to be done and how much it would be. By 10:45 he was done and water was restored to the house. Eric was great. As a full time PASADENA resident with a weekend retreat in Corona , my partner and I were disappointed that our air conditioner failed since the time we were here last. Not only did All Pro send someone out ASAP they sent Chris. He and Cameron are our regular guys. This time it was Chris and not only fun he fix the problem but he gave me many options to try starting with the least amount I’d have to spend to fix the problem. Although I needed to spend a little more than the first step , I appreciated his concern to save me time and money. We live in an old house. Bottom line....I have used All-Pro for many years. Always the same issues with old clay piping and snaking, blah blah blah. Finally, earlier this year, we dropped a 5 figure amount on getting modern pipes. A few weeks ago, some trouble was going on with the bathroom, and we called All-Pro. Daniel Guerra came out to look at the situation...he has been at our house before. He diagnosed the issue, and what he could have said was that we needed to do A, B, and C, and what the cost of that would be. I would have believed him....I know nothing about plumbing. BUT HE DID NOT DO THAT. He knew we had spent quite a bit this year and did a simple snaking job at no cost to us. Did he lose All Pro some money that day? Yep, he sure did. But did he ensure that I would be spending money with All Pro for years and years to come? Yep, he sure did. He was polite and honest and should be given an extra little bit in his Holiday gift from the company. Trustworthy and professional employee. Good job.

I've used All Pro for almost everything on my home. They have helped me update not only the pipes but also my AC on my older home. They have always given me written out estimates with photos and documentation and let me know exactly what was wrong, or good with all my systems. They do free service check ups for me every season and have been so helpful! This is the second time I have worked with Trevor and he was absolutely amazing!

George did a great job of diagnosing our electrical problem, then explaining the options, and then completing the repair work professionally and efficiently.

Antonio was very professional, explaining everything in detail and allowing me, in fact requesting me, to observe his work. He had an apprentice with him and I felt he did a very good job training him. He even showed a genuine concern for his safety. Making sure he put gloves on and doing things that were economically correct. Price is steep but the service was excellent.

I really appreciated how well Tyler listened to me explain the problems I was having. He figured out what exactly was wrong and told me in simple terms what the fixes were. He completed all the work in no time at all. It was so nice to have the issues resolved so I could go about my day. Get a second opinion. Trust me it will save you a looooot of money. They said I neededto replace my whole unit and just to get it working it would be over $2k. They are more into sales than actually helping. I went with another company and they fixed my AC within 30 minutes for a fraction of the price, changed the wiring, and had the parts I needed with them. Bless yourself and get a second opinion.

Toilet ring was leaking in one of our bathrooms. Called All Pro for an appointment and they had a technician out within 2 hours. John Garcia was our technician and wonderful to work with. Walk me through his process of double checking anywhere else for leaks and cleaned up after himself every step of the way. Highly recommend!

He arrived like they said he would you have to come a long ways he looked at the problem he told me what he had to do to get it to run he prevailed he worked in the rain from the snow melting off the roof only where he was working worked a couple hours and got it done in a raincoat very wet ground from the melting snow I would recommend you to all my friends I give him a 5 star rating good man for the company. And having the parts on the truck that made all the difference Thank you pro plumbing and heating my hot water heaters back in order I didn't have to buy a new heater repaired the old one. I purchased a water heater from All Pro. They were quick to come out and install it Two days later pressure switch and motor goes out All PRO sends out two seperate techs that can't figure out the problem A third tech comes out, identifies the problem and orders the part The part has been sitting in my garage for 3 days and All PRO has not send a tech to fix my water heater. All PRO was quick to take the 5000.00 I paid for the water heater but is having a problem getting a tech to come out to repair it. I have been without hot water for the past week and All PRO doest seem to care I call All Pro to get a tech out to fix my water heater and all they tell me is dispatch will give you a call and never do I regret getting involved with All PRO BAD customer service

As a woman, sometimes our concerns can be dismissed or overlooked but Armando was thorough with his assessment and found the root of my AC issue. Emergency appointment Pipe burst in Mobile home park home driveway. Had to dig 4 ft down and pump out water, repair pipe and replaced dirt back on top of pipe area. Francisco and helper was great. Lots of patience with Elderly customer.

James was sent over to fix a leaking pipe. He arrived on time, he was very professional he had all the materials and tools he needed without having to leave to get anything. He did an excellent job in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend.

When I called I was told that it could be $55 dollars to clear out my clogged drain. They also said it could be up to $89. I said that was fine. When the tech got here before anything he said it was $170 to snake the drain. I had no other choice but to pay it. I’m tired of a flooded garage every time I wash clothes. My father in law asked how much to check out a potential leak under the house. The tech told us both that an estimate was free. We also told him that there was a crawl space. The next day someone else came and it was $270 just see if there is a leak or not. The estimate may be “free” but you have to pay for them to eye ball something and give you that estimate. I was in a pinch and didn’t have a choice, but now I know I will never use All Pro again. They also bombard your phone with text messages too.

Allpro technicians, their supervisors are all hard to contact via phones or emails, after you pay them! I have left messages with their receptionists and they never call back. They charged us an outrageous price that was done in 20 minutes max! I have emailed 3 times their head supervisor, left phone messages and he never responds. I was calling them to clarify the report they submitted to my insurance saying that a temporary repair was done to the leak before they fixed it and said it was leaking a bit. But, it was actually them that did the temporary clamped hose repair since they said they can’t repair the leak until a restoration company (their partners in crime) dries up the soil in our crawl space under our kitchen. They suggested a Restoration company who also charged us an outrageous bill. Don’t be fooled by their 5 star reviews. I learned it the hard way!

This company is a total scam and rip off! We were offered a free estimate. Most of the time the tech was here with My husband trying to figure out the problem together where water was leaking from. As they are talking we figured out it was the copper pipe we have for our water softener system. Then the tech says to my husband if you want me to continue and find the actual leak sign agreeing to the diagnostic part. So yes my husband signs the tech goes into the garage to get some items to run the testing but before he even comes back into our house I hear my husband yelling to the tech the water is coming out and shows the tech the area it’s coming from. So now that we all know where the leak is coming from tech goes to his truck to offer us quotes. I just wanted to talk it over with my husband so my husband is outside with him and comes in and says he’s charging us $300 for his diagnostic I’m like WHAT??? Yeah so they got my husband just because he signed the document not because the tech had to do the actual diagnostic. So yeah this is how dirty this company works. I will never use again!

We called All Pro Plumbing today to help us with a main drain problem. Andrew was prompt and very polite. He took care of our needs and called another person to come and follow up.

I contacted All Pro for maintenance on my air conditioner. Daniel arrived on time for both appointments. He inspected my unit along with the drainage and piping. He brought to my attention that the builders of my house made a mistake when they installed the drainage pipe in the second bathroom. The rubber pipe is bent at an angle that it will easily clog and cause the unit to flood. I informed him 3 years ago my unit did flood the upstairs and that I had called another company, and they didn't inform me of this issue at all. Daniel explained in detail what needed to be repaired; he gave me several options and the prices. He explained each option in detail and answered all of my annoying questions. He completed all of the work, took pictures, tested the unit and then cleaned up. Daniel was polite, professional and knowledgeable in his field of work. I was able to get a quote on a new air conditioning unit since I will be needing one in a few years. Great service, very informative and I will be recommending this company to my friends and family.

I showed him where the problem was. He educated me on main valve for the bathroom pipe was. He cleared the so the water was going the pipe again and was draining and set up the appointment for the sewage specialist to come out the next day. So he didn't leave until the shower and tiolet were functioning again. Then made sure the appointment was setup for them to put a camera down in the sewer line to check for any major blockages to permanently fix the issue. I am leaving a 5 star review on our technician whom serviced our A/C, Edgar. He was super!I have to add** we originally contacted this company for a plumbing issue. I contacted them as they had a Saturday appt, yet I ended up with a Tuesday appt. This wasn’t an emergency, so no biggie; except when I spoke with the rep, while scheduling the plumbing call, I was advised they had a A/C checkup special. I got sucked into it, which turned out to be a blessing as the wires were open and exposed. Edgar did awesome, was very knowledgeable and super friendly. Great experience!For the actual plumbing call, I can’t review; they canceled on us last minute, yet the A/C service which I only purchased because they would already be here showed up. Disappointing to say the least, but grateful Edgar was such a help.

Do not deal with this company and their financing partner Service Finance (in Florida) somewhere along the line there are forged documents and it takes an act of congress to get this contractor to contact the finance folks and cancel a fraudulent contract--but after two months it finally got done!!The techs are good but watch out for the management

All Pro was absolutely amazing. On a Sunday our toilets stopped flushing. I called the main number, they took my info. Monica called me back in under 5 minutes. And the plumber was at my house in 20 minutes. Nolan, the drain specialist, was fantastic. Explained it all clearly, got rid of the clog. Great price. So easy. Within the hour we were back to normal. Great customer service from the initial call to the service. I had a clogged toilet. Made the call and received same day service. Thomas was my plumber. This was a tricky clog, unfixable from a simple snaking, he went outside in the rain and inspected our multiple clean out drains, used another tool and cleared/ inspected each one. After quite a bit of time, the drain finally cleared. Poor Thomas, he was pretty wet from the rain but he was so happy to have solved the problem for us. We had a valve replaced on my hot water heater & it was leaking. The previous plumber the company sent wasn't very thorough & told us there was no leak. There was about 4 inches of water in the pan under the heater. We called again & John was thorough & found it & repaired it. He was very professional & knowledgeable.

Zakaria arrived with a big smile on his face and his tool bag by his side ready to get stuck in. With a little chat of what the A/C issue was, Zakaria checked a couple of things, like the capacitor and contactor. It took him a quick minute to realize that the A/C disconnect was loose and it was that simple of a fix. I was left standing there feeling like a fool for not catching it myself. Before Zakaria left he made sure both my A/C units were running and blowing cold air. No bones about him, he was in and out, job done, no bs. I'll definitely use this company again should I have any problems.

I met with Jay and he was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Listened to what we were looking for and what our needs were, and offered us options that met those needs without trying to upsell us. He answered all of our questions and walked us through what the process would look like, what would be included, and what would be covered down the line. Plumbing is expense service if you don't have a clean out regardless of who you use, but I really liked this company. They gave us an appointment time and said they would call when they were 30 minutes out. When the plumber was delayed at another location they called to let us know. We also received the call 30 min prior to his arrival. The gentleman was very professional and helpful. I also appreciated that he was as neat as possible, but still took the time to look around and leave our kitchen as he found it.

Greasy clogged in the pipeline. Joseph did a good work clean the pipe and he did make sure no more leakage.

Lucas M. did a phenomenal job replacing and upgrading ALL of the switches and outlets in my 1900 SF home. Lucas is courteous, thoughtful, smart and knowledgeable. I've had a lot of contractors, vendors, professional construction people in my home but none as helpful or hard working as Lucas. Joshua did my annual electrical inspection on my home. He was very professional and polite. After his inspection, he explained his findings and suggested a surge protector. We discussed some issues I was having with my solar panels and he gave some options to explore. I was impressed with Joshua’s expertise and his ability to explain things. There was no pressure. I would highly recommend the maintenance service.

They replaced my heating & air conditioning systems & got it all done in one day! They are very professional, easy to talk to & polite. I give them the highest rating possible.

They quoted me $49 over the phone to do what I asked, which was a furnace cleaning. After the technician and did his work, it turns out that what I paid for was just for him to inspect the units and provide more quotes. Furthermore, the $49 they told me over the phone, was PER UNIT. So I got charged $100 just to be told how much the actual cleaning would cost, which would have been over $1K. Needless to say, $100 for a life lesson is cheap enough.

The experience with Matt was very good. He was very thorough and performed the assessment in a timely manner. When finished, he prepared a recommendation page that showed his findings and several options for work that is recommend, including prices. Just a few comments from a satisfied customer. Armando arrived within the time scheduled. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my air condition, which was blowing warm air. Not only did he make the necessary repairs, he also checked the entire system and provided future repair recommendations. He also discussed some of the other repair products that All Pro offers. His attitude about his work was very positive.

I used them for my HVAC yearly service. I have their membership plan, which is not worth it because they don't show up or show up late anyways, so what is the use of having their membership. But they will make sure to collect their monthly membership fee on time, you can count on that. Don't believe when they tell you, you can cancel their membership anytime, you are locked in for 6 months mandatory. My appointment was for Monday 9-12, they called me to reschedule due to rain, and then they show up two and half hours late for the rescheduled appointment that they asked for, this is not professional at all. I will be looking into using someone else from now on. This review is based on the customer service received from the office and dispatch. The technician Joshua was amazing once they actually dispatched him to my location.

My first experience with All Pro was with Electrical work, and I was very happy with Cameron, the technician that came out. He was polite and kind, and his work was almost unnoticeable from existing work.The scheduling process was a little less friendly, not all the information was relayed until they called the day before the appointment and asked specifically what work I needed done. But I appreciate that their process was to followup the day before, which at least cleared up anything before they arrived.

I am grateful for this company! They have actually saved my husband and myself more times than I can count. They are also very kind and patient with us, which means a lot in todays world. Darryl, Ottis and Juan came out to install our new air. They worked quickly and efficiently to ensure we had air within the day! Mike our service man was very professional and knowledgeable. Spoke to me let me know what he was doing. Kind and friendly found the problem, but also reassured me that if the problem happens again to give them a call. He just made my stressful situation better. Made an appointment at 11:45 at night for next morning between 8 am and 12 pm. Got a call at 7:20 am to let me know that my technician will be here at 10 am. 10 minutes later, got a call saying that if I'd prefer, they can have a technician here at 8 am. Said absolutely as my air has been running for about a week and couldn't get cooler than 80, and no it wasn't the air filters. When he arrived, he showed up wearing mask and gloves (dang covid) and went over everything with me in the backyard where the unit was. After a few minutes of discussion, he went to work. About 30 minutes later, he put on some booties to cover his shoes as he went into the house to look at the attic to look at the air handlers, and it was a very tight space. When he came out, he went over the details and options and I gave him the green light, at which he had to go get the parts, so he went off and got back within a half hour. He then went on to fix and clean the unit and almost instantly felt the difference when the air kicked back on. He took some readings and then sent me every photo he took of my units before leaving. I would definitely recommend these guys and especially are technician, Jose Vargas. Nice guy and very knowledgeable. And the most important thing, he made my wife and 3 year old twins happy as he would talk and laugh with them every time he would pass by and say something to him. Will definitely use again if we have any issues in the future.

I asked Edgar if he could refrain from the sales pitch rhetoric and get to the point....The bottom line, and he did.The installation crew were very fast. By the time I came home they were almost done.The complete experience with All Pro from assessment to installation only took 1 day.

He helped us fixed our water pressure with a new pressure regulator. I no longer have to worry about dripping water problem from shower head or sink.Chris came the next day checking up my replacement option of my new tankless water heater and he's pricing was reasonable and he provided me with a few options to consider and walked me through each of the benefit.Then finally Brian and his co-worker came and installed my new water heater. Great follow up calls by the dispatchers on updating times of arrival, name of technician coming out.Cody arrived within the window given. He asked what the issues were and was assessing possible points of interests and eventually broke everything down with the best/worst scenarios and he can do to mitigate the issues.He carried himself professionally from start to finish and helped get my home back in working order so I wouldn’t have to worry about any further issues.I would recommend this company and request for Cody’s as he was thorough with everything and got the job done rather quickly.

We have used All Pro Plumbing three times throughout the years. Solomon came out to assess and fix our water heater. He was thorough, friendly, efficient, transparent about what the costs would be and what needed to be done. After he fixed the main problem, he heard a sound that the heater should not be making and let us know that the issue was a warranty issue. In the past, with other companies, we would have only been told how much it would cost to replace. Not so with Solomon and All Pro. He was honest and straight forward and offered to personally come out again to install the warranty parts or a new water heater, depending on what the warranty decision was. We will DEFINITELY use All Pro again in the future!

Had appointment at 1pm. No call, so reached out at 1:10pm. Told tech was going to lunch which is no problem. One and a half hours goes by, no call, so I reach out again. Told dispatch will reach out to me within 10 minutes, no more. Hour goes by, still no call. Called one last time around 3:35pm and told them to cancel. I'm sure their service is probably good, assuming they make it to your appointment, but I wouldn't know.UPDATE: I decided to give them another shot and schedule them out for the consultation that was missed the first time. Due to my situation, they accommodated me the same morning as when I reached out. They came out, talked me through things and did a good job. For other reasons I ended up going with someone else for my water treatment system, so I can't speak to the physical work they do. However they did everything in their power to rectify the situation and I respect that greatly.

Andrew came in and looked over my drainage problem. Took his time and fixed my problem to my satisfaction. He is a young man with good manners.

Ed was so friendly and explained how everything worked for me as well as the best way to maintain the garbage disposal. He also saw that we had a leak outside at our sprinkler system and helped us out with that! I highly recommend Ed as he goes over everything and is really genuine in his business dealings.

I contacted this company to come out and service 2 ceiling fans that went out after a power outage, they sent someone out and he did a good job, I was pleased with this job and signed up for their membership service and took advantage of them coming out to inspect my air conditioner unit. My AC fan had kicked on during this same power outage and wouldn’t turn off therefore I had to unplug the unit. When the representative came out, he removed the furnace cover and saw that the AC until was the original which would have been nearly 30 years old. He immediately stated that the AC was old, he wouldn’t be able to get the parts because they do not make the parts any longer and I would need to replace the entire unit. He provided me with an estimate for a 3-ton AC unit at a cost of $22k. I explained to him that the unit had previously worked it wasn’t until the power outage that I had an issue that the fan wouldn’t cut off. He never tried to trouble shoot the unit to see why the fan wouldn’t turn off, he never even plugged the unit back in to try and find the issue. He did nothing other than take several pictures and tell me he wouldn’t be able to get the parts because they don’t make them any longer. After a few months I found someone that was able to get the part and install it for less than $1000 my AC has been working ever since. I would suggest always get a second or third opinion.

David was outstanding: he kept me informed throughout the whole process. It impressed me when he said that when his company is called upon to fix a plumbing their goal is to fix the problem permanently. They do not merely tweak a problem. I give David my highest recommendation.

Sadly, it took four of their plumbers coming out to fix the problem that should’ve been fixed in the first visit. We were pretty disgruntled because we were charged a heck of a lot of money, but the last guy that showed up to care of the problem I made it right. We will not use them again though.

They are very knowledgeable and through. Today I had a ceiling fan installed. Electrician was very experienced and good price. Very quick install. Very happy with the service. Yesterday they finished replacing my entire heating and cooling system. Steve said he would save me 40% or more with this new system. Today I checked SCE website and for a 97 degree day my electric usage dropped 55 kilowatts. All I can say is WOW. All Pro rocks. They know there stuff.

I had Christian come out to fix a pipe I hit while doing rototilling. He came out within an hour and did a free estimate. He was professional and completely fixed my pipe for their fixed price for pipes. I would recommend you ask for him, he had it done in half the estimated time of rival company bids.

The service was quick, kind and courteous. The plumber that came out was very helpful and informative. The staff was nice. I needed a valve replacement on my tub. I was quoted $1250 to fix it. They said they would have to cut a hole in my bedroom wall (that was the wall that shared with the bathroom)to fix the valve and that they don't do wall repair so the hole would remain.I do need to price check other places. However 4 stars for quick response, friendly staff and the awesome app they have to show you a picture of the person they are sending.

I was very happy with AlLPro and especially with our technician Chris Roig. I tried several other plumbing companies but couldn’t get one to respond. AlLPro had a crew in the neighborhood so I figured they at least showed up, and they did! Got us an appointment, they called to confirm, respectful technician and the work was done professionally. We developed a clog (at our primary residence) and All Pro was able to come out, find the clog and remove it. We had used this company several years ago and were happy with the repair.A few hours after clearing the clog a company specialist came to the house and provided a bid for needed repair work on an old cast iron line. I thought the price was high, and the specialist went outside and revised his bid by about $400.A few days later, I called All-Pro for an estimate to repair a shower drain line at our rental property.All-Pro was quick to make an appointment for yesterday, between 8 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.While waiting at the house, I received a call advising me that they couldn't make it and would have to reschedule for today. We agreed on 10 a.m. This job would have involved breaking concrete and replacing an old drain pipe.I'm sure the price would have been quite similar to the bid provided for work at my primary home.Shortly after noon, I called to check on my appointment and was told all techs were still on their morning jobs.I cancelled my appointment (and my relationship) with All-Pro. I received a hollow apology from the same girl who set this appointment after telling me we are wide open when she set the appointment.This company charges a pretty steep price for their work then leaves you hanging. It doesn't matter that the work product is good, if the customer service sucks. All-Pro does not consider that the clients time is also valuable.As such, they have lost my business and about $8000 in work (for both projects).

Excellent service, dependable, reliable and honest. Shaun has been to the house a few times over the last couple of years, working on various electrical issues. He explains the necessary work, completes the job within the suggested timeframe, he’s friendly and very knowledgeable. His work is excellent, no problems-no call backs, neat job site and good clean up.

Called them to get an estimate on a shower leak and electrical with my garbage disposal. Water pressure was checked and minutes after they left one of the pipes burst, called them to send someone, more than once. All they said was that they will be calling me when someone was on their way. No one ever showed up. Had to call someone else since we had to shut down all water in our house. Definitely will not call them again.

After some initial (administrative) snags, our residential electrical issues were taken care of completely. Technician and manager Sean Greany made solid repairs and communicated clearly what was going on. Sean also provided us a very helpful look-ahead to issues that might arise with our 35-year-old electrical system. After our service, a minor glitch occurred, and Sean returned immediately to make the necessary adjustments.I would recommend All Pro to any of my neighbors. So I’m having some leaking faucets in my home. They sent Ed out who was on time & in all the proper gear. He did a good job of checking all other things that could be wrong not just the valves that could be the problem. Upon finishing he gave me like 5 different options to consider with no pressure. The girls on the phone were friendly and helpful. The Tech Jose Castaneda was knowledgeable, and informative. He installed a k
new thermostat, and fuse. Checked all the vents, made sure all was working properly. Also made sure we understood how to set the temperature. We are very pleased.

I will start by saying they were the highest quote I initially received. However, while discussing it with the technician you could tell they were more qualified, professional and actually would do the job right . It was after hours and Joseph the service tech was at my house with the water heater and other parts within an hour or so. He was such a positive presence and his experience shined. He was very patient explaining everything that was going to be done. His work was excellent. Other places were up to 500 less than the quote here, but none of them included the expansion chamber and the safety pan and drain system they included and installed. Even got a one year warranty which includes the first annual service so I think it all cancels out in the end. Don’t go for the lowest quote. I’m telling you. The work done last night is far superior to previous work. Very pleased I chose them.

Requested HVAC repair. Let us know that out system was outdated and recommended to upgrade to a newer model. They upgraded my HVAC unit, properly fixed my coil and compressor, fully cleaned our attic, installed new vents, and upgraded our thermostat ! Cleaned my attic very throughly. Got rid of super old vents and installed brand new wider vents. Overall, house is now temperature controlled. Very cool and quiet. They performed this entire change in 1 day. I would highly recommend to anyone. Michael Cortez was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Eric did an amazing job! Hands down, the best AC service ever! Called because my AC went out yesterday. George, the AC tech came same day and diagnosed, replaced parts and cleaned the entire unit and gave me a great education on AC maintenance because the unit was filthy which caused the outage. I would rate All Pr0o Heating a 5 Star. Mike was great and gave us a fair estimate, and preformed the service in a clean and efficient manner. However, the plumbing, I would give a 2. The price was inflated, the work was good. Then we asked for another plumbing service, again the price was inflated, but even more so.I don't know how to rate this company. I think Wesley cost our job based on our address, not on the job. Our second quote from Wesley changed my opinion of this company.

Had All Pro come by for heater repair, the company has courteous staff handling appointments, and they gave me a 2 hour window for the tech to arrive. I also received calls and text communication with updates on estimated arrival. Due to a miscommunication, we had to change the scheduled time. The technician arrived at the beginning of the window, which was great, less waiting! George was the tech, and he was helpful in diagnosis of the issues and gave detailed information on the steps needed for repair. An A+ experience with this company. Rates for the repair seem reasonable.

Toby was on time and professional and more important...knowelagble!..He diagnosed a 1975 gas line that doesn't meet code..searched for over an hour to find a fix. We had a backed up drain that caused the downstairs bathroom to flood. They sent 2 repair men, Jesus and Daniel. They both did a great job. I started my day having my main sewer line backed up. I called All Pro, and their dispatch service team immediately dispatched their first available technician. They are quick and responsive; Tom Remillard from All Pro arrived within 30 minutes. He was polite and professional. I highly recommend going with All Pro for your plumbing needs.

Air conditioning repair. Got me a good discount and was professional. 1 minor thing I didn’t like is that he left the outside area dirty , didn’t put the hose away and tracked mud in the house.

I had 5 four pin CFL bulb lights in my kitchen. When I couldn’t remove 2 of them when they went out and 2 other individuals couldn’t remove them I knew I needed. An electrician. I’ve used All Pro for my plumbing needs for years. I trust them because they do good work. I like vendors I can trust so I noticed that they offered electrical services. So glad I did. I had a great conversation about lighting options when I told them I don’t want to go through this problem again when bulbs burn out. All I can say is I live my new kitchen LED lights. No bulb changing for 20+ years!! I learned about lumens & brightness & git what I needed and wanted in my kitchen….I think it’s too bright (my fault) and I’ll see uf they can. Adjust the kitchen when I have them replace the other 8 bulbs in my bathrooms in April. I love the consultation, installation and the clean up and mist of all my new lights!! They also checked my electrical panel during the visit.

I started having an issue with toilets Sunday afternoon, liquid plumber was not getting it done. I seen All Pro Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical had great reviews on Home Advisor so I gave them a call. The service representative informed me a technician would be to my home within 1 hour and I received a text about 20 minutes later with a picture and name of the technician that was on his way. Nolan arrived within 1 hour and checked everything out. As would happen, the water had gone down before he arrived so he suggested I have the sewer line checked with a camera, so we scheduled for the next morning. The next morning I received another text with a picture of Chris Griffin notifying me he was on his way. Upon inspection it was determined roots had obstructed the sewer line between the house and sewer. Chris explained all of my options, I asked how long it would take them to complete the job, he stated they could start in the next hour and have it done the next morning. I thought here we go, they'll tell me tomorrow morning they had some kind of delay. I agreed to proceed, Chris informed me Stephone and Cody would arrive within the next hour. Approximately 30 minutes later I received another text with their pictures indicating they were on their way, they arrived 50 minutes from the time Chris called them and started work immediately. During the repairs they discovered another problem from a previous repair that had to be dug out and repaired as well and they still completed the entire job by 11am the next day. Bottom line, this company and there employees Nolan, Chris, Stephone and Cody were all very professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, effective communicators and very pleasant to do business with. As for price, I was a little shocked, but after talking to neighbors that have had the same thing done All Pro pricing was right in line with the others. I will contact them in the future should I have any issues that I feel they can help me with and would recommend you do the same.

Jason put a new faucet in our kitchen and was polite, efficient, and helpful. After he left, I realized that I had forgotten to ask him to take care of another plumbing problem. They sent Paul over, and he was just as polite and helpful. He also asked great questions about things that he saw and was extremely helpful in his suggestions. We've used All Pro for a free years now and always received great service. Unfortunately this week we had our A/C go out in 90°+ heat - All Pro was quick to respond as usual. George was great and honest with us letting us know the only fix available was very temporary and not cheap, so he had a Jay come out within an hour to discuss a new unit. We received a reasonable quote and decided to do it. Jay and George brought in and set up two portable AC units to get us through the night in comfort. At 8am the following day Chris and Hans were here with a smile and a brand new air conditioner. The guys were beyond great, personable and efficient - they finished in record time and we had a beautiful, quiet, and efficient new unit. They even interacted nicely with my young son who was fascinated by what they were up too. The girls in the office are also awesome - they're always friendly, greet me over the phone by name, and do their best to keep you constantly informed. I also appreciate that they text you with the picture and name of the technician who's on their way so you know exactly who to expect at your door - can't be too safe these days.

I had a handful of electrical issues due to purchasing an older home called all pro and got Lucas as my tech he did good work answered any and all questions i had and had a good attitude the whole time. Cleaned up nicely after and made sure he shut any extra gates he opened so our dog wouldn’t wander off. Having a big old pit he was nice with him as well and not bothered. In the future for anymore electrical needs i have Lucas would be my pick for good professional friendly work.

Work was done 2 weeks ago and all was good with installation tech. The driver who delivered the unit hit my house and was told a Manager would contact me to fix the cracked wood around my garage. I have sent several messages to the salesman who says he is passing along the messages. Will update if I hear back.

We had allpro come install a new Lenox system in May. They did a good job and everything went well until last Saturday when the compressor unit stopped working. I've called All-Pro for years when I have plumbing issues. They're plumbers are knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. I recently had an issue with a Toto brand toilet. I called All-Pro and they sent out Eric Cuevas. Eric found the problem quickly, gave me my options and I decided to go forward with the repair. Less than an hour later the toilet was working properly. Eric had experience working on Toto fixtures which was a plus. Thanks Eric and All-Pro!

They lied to me. Told me I had roots in my lateral, showed me a picture,the roots were cut, I know what I was looking at, tree has been removed. Told me they had to cut through my slab for a clogged kitchen sink, I have a raised foundation. Told me it would cost $7000 to fix my pipes. Called another company and they fixed a small leak and said everything was fine for under $500.

We were with out heat for 5 days as the furnace would come on .Zak came out and spent several hours diagnosing the problem. He seemed to have the problem fixed but it did not come on on the AM againWe called him again he came out that day at noon. He spent about 3 more hours and left as it was working, good work Zak.The only catch with this Co was VERY poor help with the office over the phone. I called in and was told Zak was working at our house but not so. The person on the phone told me she would check with their dispatcher and get back to me. Several hours later I called back and was told he was on his way!! The work was great, the C/S from the office was very poor.Give them another chance!

Tanner and Jesus were the technicians who helped me today. They had to replaced a sewer line section that was closed up by roots.They took appropriate steps to protect my lawn. They were very professional in explaining all actions they would be undertaking including jetting the line afterwards to clear any remaining blockage. I highly recommend using All Pro. Andres diagnosed the problem within about two minutes and went to work locating it. While the issue was more extensive than we'd hoped, the cost was very reasonable. Andres provided options for if the problem occurs again and gave tips to avoid some safety hazards.

Re: Major malfunction of old wall furnace, we paid $89 for the privilege of receiving sales offers from 2 separate sales persons. They never did seek to diagnose the weak thermocouple, instead spent time to discuss possible failure modes of an old furnace, thus to impress us that we need a new furnace.We were told that because the furnace is 50 years old, they do not have replacement parts. *Without investigation to diagnose the problem, they offered to replace 2 furnaces and we received the following offers, as best as I can remember:1) Approx $25,000 for central air.2) Approx $12,000 for split tube system.3) Approx $9,500 for replacement wall heater. Since we balked, we were offered the following modifications, resulting in our having a choice of 3 plans, and they wanted to know if we would accept right away?3a) Accept $25/month maintenance membership to receive about a $1,110 discount, and the membership carried minimum 6 months agreement.3b) Subtract employee discount from the employee who was making us the offer.*Note: 2nd repair company was called afterward and they had thermocouple in stock, already in their truck, at our house.]

So the AC went out on a Sunday. After looking at my options for servicing, I called All Pro for a technician. Came down and ran through some things I already knew about the state of my overall HVAC system and and some things I didn't know about the AC unit after buying this place not too long ago. It was definitely time to replace as my 1st big home project on the pad. Jay was able to come down same day and gave me my estimate for the replacement. I decided to move forward with it. Due to Covid and getting anything during this time, we had to wait a few days for them to get the parts needed for the job. Scheduled the install day immediately when everything was available. Throughout the entire process, Jay was very professional and responsive with any calls and questions. On the install day, technicians arrived soon after I received the text notice and call that they were on the way. The techs were very professional and finished the job with great care. Took the time to help me learn how to maintain these as a home owner after they were done. Overall, I was very satisfied with the job done. All Pro will definitely be my go to for servicing the new units, but also if any plumbing or electrical work needs to be done in the future. Fantastic customer service, and clean installation of a new wall heater. My one minor complaint is their techs could use a little more training on the equipment they install. The pilot light on my new heater was super loud, and burning a lot of gas. Three of their employees couldn’t figure out how to turn the pilot light down without turning down gas to the burners. They told me it was just like that. I had a guy from the Gas Company come out two days later to do a safety check, and in less than 60 seconds, he had adjusted the pilot light with a small screw driver, and now it works perfectly.

Daniel came out to diagnosis my AC he was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He gave me several options for a economic solution. I was able to choose the best option to fit my budget. So I never post reviews but the lack of communication has prompted me.The reason I chose this company is due to the great reviews and the fact that they operate on a 24/7 hour basis. On Saturday (08/15/2020) I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday (08/19/2020) to fix a broken air conditioning unit in 100 plus degree weather. ( it been broken a day or two prior to the appointment being made and every day the temperature has been over 100 degrees ). The time window provided was 10 am to 4 pm. I took off work so I could make the appointment. Around 9 am the day of the appointment I called to confirm the appointment was still valid. The dispatcher confirmed the appointment. I waited in my home for 5 hours. At 3 pm I called to get a status update. On this call they advised me that they were not going to be able to make the appointment and told me, we are going to reschedule you for Friday. They did not ask if that date was convenient for me. I was frustrated because they waited for me to contact them for the notification of the missed appointment. If you have thoughts of using this service I would recommend you do not. Their customer service was sub par and their communication skills even worse. I would have been ok if they would have contacted me the moment they realized the appointment could not be made. I would have submitted a 0 star review but couldn't.

Leo came to help my mom who needed repairs to the toilet Leo was very professional informative. and even shared some of his great knowledge with my son whobwas very interested in what work was being done. I called All Pro Plumbing we had a issue with our manhole at work. David Torres came out with his co worker I don't remember his name. First of all they both were very polite. They inspected the man hole and with in minutes David Torres came and told me what the problem was. He gave me a quote got a OK from my boss and David went to work and got the job done. I recently bought a house that I like very much, but it has been neglected for decades, so I needed help from a variety of professionals to put things right. I called All Pro Plumbers for help today, and it was arranged for 3 separate techs to come out to assess the various work needed. One of these techs was Lucas, a lead/senior electrician, and I wanted to let you know I thought he was excellent. Lucas was professional, a clear communicator, assuring any questions I had were addressed before work began. After agreeing on the estimated costs for the scope of work, which included installing a new circuit in my electrical panel and correcting a situation where 2 wires were attached to a single breaker, installing several GFCI outlets, and replacing and correctly installing two, 3-way switches. Lucas focused on getting the job done and worked diligently for a few hours to accomplish the work, which in the end was perfect. He walked me through the completed job, and I was beyond pleased. I look forward to working with the other techs from All Pro Plumbers, and if I should get another as good as Lucas, I'll be very pleased!

Fast response, I called and said I have an issue with a toilet. Dispatch called said they have a tech 15 minutes out. That was nice hence the 3 stars. Price was outrageous, 300 dollars for 5 minutes of work. My first and last time using these guys. I just took over as General Manager and this definitely came at a shock to me. Websites showed decent prices but I guess it was wrong. Overall won’t use again with prices that high.

They can they put in a new keter said that it would heat up the whole house does not heat up the whole house it just heats up a little bit in the hallway does not get to grandson's room which is right next to the hallway where it is installed the heater the water heater got half way flushed or should say was not flushed correctly now don't even have hot water to wash dishes or take showers have to heat up water just to do the dishes

Tech was polite but when you call in they tell you it’s $89 and when the tech arrives he tells you that was for him just to come out not to diagnose the problem. To diagnose it’s $640 obviously sent the poor guy home.

He also gave me several options on what he could do to fix them. Once I picked an option he went to work. My new lightning looks amazing. Since the old system was damaged due a power surge, he also recommend a way to eliminate the impact of this problem in the future saving further inconvenience and any related costly repairs in the future. He answered all my questions and instructed me on how the new system works.He arrived shortly after Eric Cuevas who was repairing my shower plumbing and they were both great! They even teamed up to make sure the timing of the water pressure shutoff did not interfere with either job. Great job!!

(In 2020, Bill’s Heating and Air, an excellent company, installed BRAND NEW PURGE VALVES in both our drain lines AND purged both lines and cleaned all our filters for $270.51.) When I balked at the ALL PRO “price,” Austin told me he would clear just the one that was backed up for $250.😂Before all of the above, Austin also offered to inspect our units for vulnerabilities. He came back to the door and rapidly flashed through a bunch of photos on his iPad focusing on one of our compressor assist kits and both of our capacitors. Though these are currently working, he strongly recommended that we replace them. For all of this work, including clearing the lines, Austin gave me an outrageous “estimate” of $1,341.50. I almost laughed him off the property, but realized I was stuck with their $89 service call fee if I did so. I showed him invoices from former repairs to show how ridiculous his prices are. He responded, “Hey, I don’t set the prices, and our prices are the going rate.”I said, “If your prices are so fair, you won’t mind me posting them on Yelp and other review sites.”He then became visibly very nervous. He said, “We don’t like bad reviews. Would you like my boss to call and discuss with you?”I declined the offer since ALL PRO had already permanently lost my trust. I told Austin to just clear the one line for $250 and take off. After he cleared the line and also cleaned the filters, solely because he was afraid of this review, Austin suddenly reduced the $250 price to $89. After he left, I received a voice mail from some guy named Eric, Austin’s “boss?” He seemed interested in preventing this review as well.STAY AWAY FROM ALL PRO! I have included invoices from three different companies, two from 2020 and one from 2017. Yes, we have had about 15% inflation in the past two years. That does not even come close to explaining 100% price gouging.

All Pro sent out Edwin Garcia as our Service Technician. He was very polite and adhered to all the Covid protocols. Every time he went outside he changed the slippers on his feet for example. He explained everything patiently. Showed me pictures and explained how parts work. The transparency of this company is very high as their work ethic. I have used them for plumbing in the past as well. Today, it was my mom’s heater. It’s working perfectly now.

4 or 5 months ago our water heater stopped heating water. We decided to have it replaced rather than repaired (both options given). One saving money short term and the other saving us money and problems long-term.Last night our brand new 75 gallon Bradford White started leaking proficiently. In a matter of 40 minutes our garage was pooled with water. At 10:40pm, All Pro dispatched 2 employees to our home. They were polite, professional, and efficient. Temporarily relieving us of the leak and routing unheated water to our home. At 10:30am Zak arrived and confirmed our water heater is under warranty and needs to be replaced (highly unusual, but hey, it happens). By 12:30pm they had a new water heater brought to our home, the bad one removed, and the new one installed.This is the 3rd time they have provided service to us at 2 different homes. Once previously to repair another companies poor work that blew a water line.They're clean, well mannered, very knowledgeable, experienced, and have excellent equipment. We also learned their team receives regular training.We absolutely highly recommend All Pro, no questions about it.

Our technician, Brian, was friendly, on time and used booties when entering the house. He installed a sensor light to the side of our house and it required that he enters the attic to complete installation and it's hot today! When the job was done, Brian clean up the mess. Great job and thank you for all the info.

Called because heater was not turning on and the thermostats were fine. Found out it was a circuit breaker that was tripped when we had an issue with our ADT system. Easy fix and then Edgar suggested we get our air conditioning units serviced for the upcoming summer season. I agreed and glad I did. We have 3 units and one was a mess from some previous work the former owners had done. He cleaned them up and made a suggestion on future work, especially the unit we use the most. No hard up selling, just suggestions and I really appreciated that. Will continue to use All Pro and hopefully get Edgar back when we do.

I have the maintenance contract with All Pro. Liked that they did the replacement of the AC/Heater filter as it was included in the maintenance fee of $25 a month with extensive evaluation to make sure it was running efficiently and they did not install it. Very informative and communicated well. As for the plumbing side of it, I had them out and they wanted to charge me to change the water filter cause they didn’t install it. It was a simple two filter system. So I don’t understand why the plumbing side would want to charge it. So we will do with another company. But Matthew did a great job so I don’t want to take away from that. Because I am happy with the service he performed. However I willHave to rethink long term benefits of the maintenance contract. Had the water filter been done I would keep it.

He was very nice and honest explained in detail to me what was going on and gave me an estimate of what the cost is to fix it. I had him do minimal repairs and safe off some wiring that could've been potentially dangerous. The cost was very reasonable and I'm very satisfied with the repair. I also had some general electric questions which he answered and explained to me in a way I could understand. Thanks again All-Pro I'll have you out again for my next issue!

We had our unit installed in February 2020. All pro called and scheduled a service check up for 12/27/21. I was concerned about the unit running continuously. The technician said it shouldn't be, it wares out your unit faster. The thermostat is bad. They scheduled an appointment to install a new one on 12/29/21. We have been waiting for 5 hours for them to show up. We had to call to see where he is. Come to find out the part may not have been ordered. Well not a good day for all pro. Don't trust this company. Next step BBB. Try Steve's in Upland.

Veronica was great in servicing our 2 A/C. Each was examined an a capacitor replaced in one so it worked optimally. Veronica was very helpful and informative.

The tech Zak was very nice and knowledgeable and showed me what was wrong with the cooler and what needed fixed. Visually I could clearly see the problem. Zak worked in the 104° heat and got the cooler working. He cleaned everything up and made sure the system worked which it instantly did, answered my questions and was very professional. I would highly recommend this company. Both dispatch and technician were exceptional.

Paul performed a thorough inspection of our HVAC system - the Ac unit, heater in the attic etc. He had lots of photos of hard to reach places in our attic to show the condition of our system. Very friendly, professional & courteous.

Called this place to do a maintenance check on my a/c and heating system. The girl who answered took my details and asked when I wanted an appointment. I told her the time and days I would prefer then she said she would pass me to one of their field techs. She 'was not' able to get through she said but would have one of them call me back. No one called back. Wont bother using this business again.

Jose our HVAC technician is great. He was super professional, and helpful. He left us with our ac and Heater in working condition and is going to help us maintain our system.

Awesome. Leonardo Mena did such a great job, honestly it looks like a piece of art. He diagnosed the problem, I confirm with my brother who lives out of state. Everything Leo said my brother confirmed telling me that Leo was correct and new his business well. He left everything neat and clean. I will be asking for Leo on my next project. Jose came in and fixed a rattle in the grille and then adjusted the damper to the bedroom to get more AC in there. He was smart, nice, professional. Use these guys for any AC issues.

I called all pro plumbing because I wanted a quick inspection of my ac system . I was referred to all pro and Zakaria from a family member he has serviced in the past . I must say I was not disappointed. He was very professional. He took the time to put on shoe covers when entering my home . He explained everything that was happening and what he was doing and why . He made us feel so comfortable and added various amounts of hvac knowledge. The best thing was asking a few questions and the technician being very informed. We’ve had a hand full of home services before but non like the one mr jundi gave us. We will be calling him shortly for the immediate repairs recommend and honestly plus more work. Updating Review. (2/7/22) Recently within this year (2022) I had two separate technicians come and provide service. Andrew A. for plumbing and Andy T. for an electrical issue. Both gentlemen were respectful, knowledge-able and helpful. They did good work and were insightful. This company is a very good company and would recommend them for any of your household maintenance and repairs.

I highly recommend Michael for providing me with an excellent service and some honest estimate on my A/C, a very nice gentleman, very professional, and reliable. These are the kind of workers that deserves a raise for their commitment and hard work.

Have used All Pro in the recent past (new sewer system) This visit was a complimentary visit to review & recommend electrical upgrades. A quote is being provided for future reference. The service technician (Brian Smith) was very accomodating, informative and professional.

The floor guy couldn’t install my flooring because everything wasn’t unhooked. All Pro sent Kevin Elvir within a few hours. He explained everything thoroughly and completed the jobs quickly. Very satisfied! (The floor guy returns tomorrow.)

The best company that has ever worked for me in my house. Tim is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. He also impressed with his training skills during this job. His assistant in training helped him tremendously. I have a home warranty policy that I tried to use with their own vendors and it did not work out. Although the warranty company will reimburse me 100%, they could not find a specialist that deals with gas leaks. I had to wait two days while they tried to find a specialist and they couldn't. The gas company shut me off and my family was left without heat and hot water during that time. I called All Pro, and within 30 minutes of my original call, were at my front door. Tim performed diagnostics, remove and replace within about 3 to 4 hours all together. Gas leaks without saying is very dangerous. My family and I are very grateful for his services. Also, Tim can be a great salesman as well. So be prepared!

I didn’t think this kind of customer service existed anymore. Leo arrived on time, introduced himself and was very friendly. I had initially contacted All Pro Plumbing namely because I saw their service vehicles working on a neighbors home. I received a lot more information about my home then I had anticipated. I had called regarding a leaky irrigation system and received a crash course in water pressure and the potential long term effects of excess pressure. Leo placed shoe covers on when he entered my home. He checked the water pressure and showed me the gauge results. He then proceeded to write 2 estimates. One was for updating the water pressure system to my home and the other was for the repair of the irrigation system. He also advised I’d receive a 15% discount if I obtained there membership services. I will definitely be using All Pro Plumbing for my home’s needs based on the thorough explanations, information and exceptional customer service provided by Leo.

I called because an outdoor water pipe broke. Mike C. came on schedule and fixed it. He gave me the different options I had and I picked the one that met my needs. He was very helpful and went beyond the call of duty, checking the water pressure in the house and taking items to the trash. I was very happy with his service and will call him again if I have further plumbing needs. I would highly recommend him to friends and others.I asked that Chris G. come to give me options on replacing my home's thermostat. My roommate and I are both legally blind and we had trouble setting the existing thermostat. I looked at the option for a larger print thermostat, but Chris also showed me a video on his iPad of a voice-activated one. That fits our needs perfectly. He left for a short time to pick up the thermostat and came back and installed it quickly. We are very happy with our choice. He also set up our smartphones so we could adjust the thermostat remotely, which is so great. I also had him service the A/C unit, which will be wonderful when the hot weather returns. I was very pleased with the service and product that we got through Chris, and would highly recommend him to friends and others.

All Pro employs highly educated and up-to-date technicians. Travis came out today to inspect all of our plumbing within the house. Travis was on time, professional and quite informative. He made lots of recommendations for our 43 year old house, but did not try to pressure us into buying anything. We did have a water pressure regulator installed as several of our neighbors have had slab leaks which caused alot of damage. Travis will be coming back for another project, and Im sure we will be hiring him to do many more projects in the very near future. He is definitely a keeper!

Tyler was awesome! He was honest and knew what he was talking about. We had another plumbing company give us a high quote and he came looked at our restrooms and laughed at what the other company quoted and wanted to do. He took the time to walk me through what he was doing and showed me every step. When he was done we had two working restrooms and didn’t have to incur the cost of what the other company had said we needed. All Pro- He is the type of employees that will earn you business!

I install a gas line with this company. I would never ever recommend this company to any one.They don't do what they promise, the quality is terrible. They don't do it on time. They don't have necessary part and equipment with them.. They spend hours going around the city looking for necessary parts instead of doing the job. They come absolute unprepared. Sad I can not attach the pictures of their terrible quality. They promise one thing, they do the opposite: Daniel promised to test it with air, they didn't have the equipment to do it. He gave me the card to call if any questions, but when I call he was extremely rude to me shouting at me. Meanwhile I am sitting the third day in cold house with no heat, no hot water, no gas.. I am an elderly person, and handicapped . I call the office asking to talk to the maneger, they don't return my calls. I can talk only to the operator, nobody else. My advice - stay away from this company .

This is the third time I’ve used All Pro Plumbing Heating. I called on a a holiday and hung up because I didn’t think anyone was available 2/20/23. A few minutes later they called me back and scheduled someone from dispatch to call for availability.A few minutes later dispatch called me and ask if someone can come on the same day.Martin V. Was our technician and immediately solved our slow drain problem. He did a fantastic job and was in and out in 30 minutes or so.I’m a service member so I save 25% ($20) off my bill. I haven't used them yet since I am still waiting for other quotes, but I was really impressed with the professionalism of Leo Mena, who went above and beyond explaining us all the systems and the maintenance they require as well as right on time. If their quote comes up to be around the same as the others, I'll go with him. Even if their quote is jus a little higher, I'll still go with them just because of that.

The service tech Mike was awesome, knowledgeable, friendly, and funny! He made me feel at ease, in knowing he wasn't going to do any unnecessary work. He got the job done quickly and thoroughly, as well as making sure I knew there was a 14 day warranty on the job, just in case he hadn't cleared the plumbing blockage. Not only that, but the price was better than what was quoted by 3 other companies!

I would have used All Pro to replace my furnace, but I found out that my home warranty will replace the furnace, but I have to use one of the companies they are contracted with. I had Leobardo Mena a service technician come to my house to replace my kitchen faucet. There were other valves below my kitchen sink that he recommended updating and he took the time to explain everything by giving various options to choose from. Though the job was more expensive than I anticipated I was super pleased with his professional attitude and workmanship. He really took the time to deal with me and the job in every aspect so honestly I could not have ask for better if I tried. All Pro plumbing should take pride in Leo as he represented the company well. He is keeper!
