RCP to the rescue! Our hot water heater finally took its last breath on Saturday and Mike and his squad were at our house Monday morning at 8am sharp. Their communication and professionalism are unmatched and the service was incredible. We chose a tankless water heater to add some value to our home and while it's a big purchase, Mike made in much more palatable with his explanation of the service and timeliness during a stressful time. Mat from Paschal's Plumbing was very friendly, professional and knows quality work. My hot water tank started leaking and he replaced it. The new one is high quality and very nice. I called and got right through to a very helpful receptionist who scheduled me for the next day. I was without hot water for less than a day. Thank you, you guys are awesome!

I called several companies around me in California then decided to call Gibson Plumbing. Michelle told me that they are licensed to service California. I talked to Cary who had me take pictures of my old A/C and heater unit. He gave me options then set a date to come out here. He showed up with 3 other of his employees and had everything finished before any of the other companies would even look at it. The job is clean, it worked the first time. We had a leaky toilet valve that flooded the bathroom. We called Nods at about 2:40pm on a Saturday from Carson City. Someone arrived an hour later from Reno and they were done before 4:30pm. Service was excellent and more importantly we felt important. We had contacted a few places who could not get here until after the weekend. Thank you Nods
