Best Water Heaters Tankless Water Heaters in Reno NV

I needed to have my outdoor faucet replaced and a toilet repaired. Jay at A-1 Plumbing arrived on time and provided great service. I couldn't believe how quickly he was able to accomplish the service I needed. I would highly recommend A-1 Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

Communication: I was referred to them by another client who also highly recommended them. I reached out on the weekend and received timely and professional response within reasonable hours of the day. Adan communicated possible times that would work for both of us for a leak inspection and was timely and considerate about the potential severity of the situation.

Scheduling: Adan was able to pencil me in between appointment schedules and had great communication about possible times. He worked with my busy work schedule to find an ideal time within a reasonable time frame.

Professionality: When Adan and his partner arrived on site, they were professional, courteous and considerate. Thorough in their examination, and listened to what my concerns were and investigated the issue from multiple angles and different possible systems.

Price: I believe that the price of the service was very reasonable for the quality and professionalism experienced.

Again, 10/10 recommend.

Do not support this incredibly immature owner. If you want to be charged $180 for a couple of guys to sit in their van and eat their lunch, he's your guy.

This is probably the most cruel someone has ever treated me in a professional setting. When I discovered that I was overcharged by an hour and called to inquire with Wallace Van Allen—the owner—I was name-called, demeaned and told that I should be charged *more* just for wasting his time on the phone. He refused to even hear my perspective, spoke over me talking in circles and making things up, and ultimately told me I was wrong and refused that I had any legitimate perspective, even though I had doorbell camera footage proving otherwise.

We had a great experience with Royal Service Plumbing. Marcus was every bit of wonderful! He showed up on time and fixed our leak/valve perfectly. Most importantly, he was kind, professional, honest, and highly skilled. Top notch customer service and attention to detail.

When I put out a request for service, Rich was the first to respond. We made an appointment & he kept communicating with me to reassure me that he was able to make it at the time we scheduled. He was professional, prompt and personable. I had several leak issues with my kitchen sink and he fixed the one I'd already identified & found the 2nd leak (broken disposal) and replaced it right then. Price was resonable & he was friendly & clear about what he had to fix. As a female, I especially appreciated that he was not the typical condescending male plumber. Thanks Rich! S&S replaced my old water heater. They did a great job and also added an expansion tank. They quickly got the old one out and the new one in. Same day service was much appreciated as well.

Jack the owner was great, he is honest and the price is very reasonable, he gave me a date when they would start, how long it would take to complete 1 to 2 days, which they completed installing my water tankless heater in 1 day. Called me to let me know they were on their way. His employee Keaton did a great job, explained everything and clean up everything. It looks awesome in the space where they installed. No leaks, hot water on demand and Jack called the following day to ask how everything was. I would definitely call them for any future plumbing.
