Called on point plumbing when my water heater went out based on a referral from a friend. Glad I did! Mike came out same day and was able to get me fixed up. He gave me a fair price and of course wasted no time in getting my hot water back up and running. Very professional and thorough. Thanks Mike!!!

Installed reverse osmosis filter under sink and never checked to see if there was any leaks and water line had puncture holes in it. Would not work with my schedule and told me he was going to call me back and that was a month ago. I will be changing it myself because plumber is unreliable. Find a different plumber to do your work.

Mike and Lee came over to my rental house just to fix a leaky shower head. Not only did they get that done in a timely manner, they also gave me an estimate on a water line to my fridge and found a leak under my house. These guys killed it and with any other plumbing needs I may have I will definitely be requesting these two. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to and didn’t really have the time to. I don’t leave many reviews but I appreciate hard work when I see it. Thank you Mike and Lee.

I cannot tell you how AMAZING Matt and Mike were. When my water heater went out they came a replaced it and were phenomenal then. A washer broke about a month after and they came back out. Based on their reactions, you can tell that they love their job and take it very seriously. They fixed it as fast as they could and even answered a question for me about a bath in my house and they came in, checked it out, and fixed it within 2 minutes. I am forever grateful to have Matt and Mike as my plumbers! I will never call anyone else solely due to these two. If you have had them, you know exactly what I mean!! My neighbor had his sewer pipe collapse, and it runs through my yard, so I agreed to let these guys come into my yard to work on it. Not only did they have to kill 2 old growth lilac trees, but they tore up a huge part of my lawn with their backhoe, leaving tracks and torn up sod everywhere. Didn’t bother trying to fix anything. Then they had to move a heavy 50 year old swingset with 6 guys. Did they move it back? Of course not. Leave it for an older couple to try to move. Very unprofessional company to say the least.

An honest group of guys that takes a lot of pride in what they do. The crew was on site for over 2 months performing an industrial installation of a hot and cold water system that required silver soldering 95% of the connections. It was a large and complicated project that they were building to prints, but as those in industry know things are not always black and white between 2D prints and the actual building during an installation. I was impressed from the project’s start to finish with the company’s handling of every detail and decisions made along the way. Most of all, communication was very fast and clear, we never felt left hanging or out of the loop.

They’re not very big on advertising, but definitely one of the best plumbing contractors in town.

I wish I had more stars to give Wiley's. I am so thankful for Wiley's and their customer service - I WAS a customer of Sierra Air, do not use them! Sierra Air came out to do yearly service, I was on their preferred service program. Technician that came, did not seem confident in what he was doing, spent time in attic and finally came down and said we have a problem, discovered the heat exchanger unit had cracks, corrosion and stress and there were traces of carbon monoxide through-out my house. Mind you, I hire a company to be able to trust them. The technician could not answer my questions, just asked if I had space heaters, I said no, and he basically had nothing to say, I called his manager, he started asking my questions like, am I experiencing headaches etc. Also, I have detectors in my house none of them have gone off. So you could imagine how I was feeling at this point. They said they would send out a new tech which turned out to be from their design department. Turned out the first technicians tools he was using was faulty and was not working properly. At the end of the day, this guy had me talked into a sale of 7K, and pretty much worked off my emotions and fear.

Luckily, I spoke with a friend, referred me to Wiley's and I got a second opinion right away, Mike with Wiley's came out right away, he was very knowledgeable, eased my mind and made me feel comfortable that I was safe. He went through my house checking for monoxide, no detection. He said I do not need to replace my heater, that my heater was working fine, there was no detection of carbon monoxide and when I do need to replace it, it would be around 4000, not 7000. I asked him if he thought I should have them service the unit just in case Sierra Air didn't do it right, he said he was not comfortable charging me for a service I did not need. He went further on to explain how the monoxide detectors work, what to do if one did go off and that if I needed anything to please reach out to him. When I asked a question, he knew the answer. I also have a friend that works at a plumbing company here in town and also said Wiley's is fantastic.

If you want someone you can trust and a company that is honest and doesn't work off commission, reach out to Wiley's they are the best and looks out for your safety and best interest

Called Robin to have a toilet replaced. Tracy was great and replaced our toilet and fixed a cartridge, was up front about costs. 5 stars.

Our water heater made us restart it constantly. they came out, did not pull a permit to install it. I asked repeatedly for them to pull a permit, they put me off for 6 months. When I finally have the inspector out he stated that there was repairs needed. I called to tell them. The guy on the phone spoke condescending and then when he kept asking over and over again about some tag that the inspector supposedly put on the water heater I told him over and over there was none. He hung up on me. SCAM company. AVOID this please like the plague!!!!
