We tried so many plumbers, and they were the only ones who would come within a half hour. Taylor was very nice and helpful on the phone and scheduled the plumber, Tracy, to come out right away. Tracy was very friendly, professional and efficient. He identified the problem quickly and gave us three options to solve the problem.

We would recommend them and will use them again.

Bryan Ahsam was very polite, respectful and efficient during his visit in fixing my toilet leak. I'd say he exceeded my expectations as far as customer service. He also provided overall advice on our water system and other possible issues. I'd feel very comfortable contacting Bryan again if a future problem arose.

Very expensive job, to be honest I feel RIPPED OFF. I had 4 faucet angle stops replaced, the total cost was $1000! All in all, the technician spent 2 hours on the job. Most of that was going to pick up parts, the actual work took about 30 minutes (I can see entry/exit on our door lock). I was told parts were $200 total, leaving $800 to cover 2 hours of time. That means $400/hr for the job. Shame on me for not getting this quoted by others. The invoice provided is a joke, no itemized list of parts, hours etc. I do not recommend Ira Hansen, nor will I ever use them in the future.

Had a nice conversation with one employee who was gearing up the truck, probably straightening up after her messy male CoEE ...yea me too... I can be messy at times!

So, its 9:45 am on a Thursday morning & these folks are on it. Making someones day much better in the apts as I walk pass.

Very Professional. I have been a customer for years. They are not the least expensive, but often they are the only provider who can perform the services correctly. My only complaint are the drive charges which can be a significant part of smaller jobs. Hopefully the recent move to a more central location will reduce this issue. It is a very good company and I would recommend them.

from the time Shane arrived at our house, he was very courteous and professional. This man deserves a huge medal of Bravery. From going into crawl space under the house with all those creepy crawlies , to working in extreme heat, Shane was wonderful. Dave showed up on time, and took care of the problem in a timely fashion. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he was very polite and was well informed. I don't know about the quality of their plumbing service, but I do know that the way they allow their employees to drive the company vehicles is unacceptable. Had one of these vans run a stop sign, cut in front of me, and when I honked to let him know I was there and he had cut me off, he break checked me and stared me down like he wanted to fight. I wouldn't use this company knowing they can't control the employees when they drive, how can they control them with the work they do???

We hired them to clean drain lines and put a camera in the lines to look for blockage. The guy who answers the phone was completely unprofessional and demanding to a point of being completely rude. Refused to give us the video of the lines they worked in after we paid for them to use a camera in the lines to look for the blockage. Service guy in the field is nice enough, but the owner/guy who answers the phone was just rude. Will not hire them again and will not refer them to anyone else.
