RHP is a respected name around town and has been for a long time. I hesitate to talk to the line of Costco vendors on the way out the door, but I was interested in a water softener and I found they chose to work with Costco. They were professional from day 1. Came to our house and did the water test and just above board all the way. Had recommendations for us and we are just very pleased all the way around. I will use them agtain in the future. I feel so lucky to have found Mr. Don Weston. I needed to change out my kitchen faucet. He was the first to respond. He is amazingly communicative and flexible: answers texts, calls, and emails in a timely fashion; has excellent availability/lead time; sent me photos of his work; is personable and warm; is willing to actually talk about his findings and be instructive on how to use my new fixture and things to look out for in the first days after installation (vs some professionals who come and go and don’t want to communicate beyond a sentence on the invoice). His rates are extremely reasonable. I feel confident he will stand by his work and respond to me as needed. He is trustworthy, let himself in and locked up behind himself. Mine was a smaller job and he treated it with the same care and priority as a big one. Really grateful to have found such a consummate professional. Thank you Mr. Weston, and I hope I’ll have the privilege to retain your services again when future plumbing related needs come up. -jojo

I had an after hours urgent service call on a Sunday, and these guys answered my call, took the job on and got my broken water valve repaired within hours!! I cannot express how pleased we are with their knowledge & responsiveness to our call!

Do NOT ever use this company. Incredibly unprofessional, did not fix our toilet and the refused to come back and finish the job. All Staff is super rude - could care less about anymore business( or reputation) Told me to Go spend my money elsewhere on a $1500 Job. Worst plumbing company in the area. Hope this helps anyone reading this in the future - avoid at all costs.
