My insurance company send a work order to this company. They will not answer the phone or call back.

The technicians came in and assessed that there was no issue even though my wife and I have lived in this place for two years with no issues and have noticed a significant difference in the performanceof our ac within the last week. Up until a week ago my unit blew out cold air just fine and in fact cooled down my apartment to 72 or lower at times. But now it just stays at the same (83+) temp even though we set it to 70 and they tell me all is well.... The techs left (stupmed by the way the were talking and acting) in a bad mood and told me basically to deal with it.

Couldn't have been happier with the help with my shower. Between the person who called to the technician who repaired my dripping shower faucet, the service was outstanding. Highly recommended.

I had used Don Weston Plumbing for a number of years, and always had to put up with the benign neglect of usually taking 5-6 calls and as many weeks to hear back from him or have him show up, since that seems to be the way it works in Truckee. Recently, Don led me on for more than 3 months for a job he said he would do, including having me pick up and pay for parts for an aspect of the job. I finally simply asked him to let me know if he was going to actually do the job, after 3+ months of excuses, weeks of rescheduling walk throughs, and more broken promises. He didn’t even have the courtesy or respect to respond, so I got another plumber to do the job. The plumbing supply house would not take back all the parts Don had me buy for the job he bailed on (some cut pipe), and Don refused to refund me for those parts. This lack of professionalism to follow through on completing a job, and not have the simply courtesy to give me a yay or nay on it, but also the ethical shortcomings for not paying for the unreturnable parts - tells you all you need to know about him. Even in a heated conversation with him about him bailing on the job, he would take no responsibility for his behavior. Tradespeople and contractors are in demand in Truckee, which breeds arrogance in some thinking they can do whatever they want and treat people with disrespect. It doesn’t take a lot to be honest and treat people with respect - Don needs some more practice. Lots of other better plumbers out there to use and avoid the headaches.

Hairline crack in toilet tank that was barely visible that resulted in small pooling of water below tank onto the bathroom floor. Shane quickly diagnosed. Because of age of toilet, decided to replace entire unit. Shane quickly aquired knew toilet from shop and replaced. Prompt, courteous, professional, knowledegable.

We called about 10 different plumber's no one would come out for at least a week. meanwhile we have water coming from the wall into our house we purchased 3 days prior. Eric came out immediately and I mean immediately! He was very polite and helpful from the beginning to end. He was very fast and efficient the best contractor I have ever encountered by a mile and unfortunately I have too much experience with plumbing issues and contractors. We have most definitely found our plumber and plan on having him come back for toilet replacement and any further issues. I'm so grateful we have a go to guy from now on. I had called to get a quote on redoing my entire heat system with a radiant floor, and also to move a radiant baseboard pipe from my kitchen for a current remodel project. I immediately got an appointment to walk the project with promises to follow up on both the pipe and the flooring. Tomorrow, however, makes three weeks since the walk and I have called twice with no response or follow up.
