Best New Sink in Reno NV

Installed reverse osmosis filter under sink and never checked to see if there was any leaks and water line had puncture holes in it. Would not work with my schedule and told me he was going to call me back and that was a month ago. I will be changing it myself because plumber is unreliable. Find a different plumber to do your work.

When I couldn't get it done. I called van Allen. They set me up for an appointment for the next day. Not only did they fix the leak. They sealed up the Frame behind the spout. Great job. 10/10 would call again.

We had a great experience with Royal Service Plumbing. Marcus was every bit of wonderful! He showed up on time and fixed our leak/valve perfectly. Most importantly, he was kind, professional, honest, and highly skilled. Top notch customer service and attention to detail.

They are really efficient. That’s the reason I picked them. I called them at 11:15 and the guy came at 12:17, he stayed about one hour but they charged me for two hours. I called to ask the reason. The guy who answered the phone told me if you don’t pay the bill, we are going to take the parts down! It is definitely a threaten. I understand everyone would have a bad day that doesn’t want to work. But it’s not right to vent on your client.

Exceptional service! The receptionist had Andy out to my home within an hour and a half -- Andy was incredibly professional and polite. He explained everything that had happened to my toilet's seal in terms I could understand and his incredibly reasonable quote was exactly what I ended up paying. Service was swift and accurate and he gets extra bonus points for being kind to my son and allowing him to watch and be Luigi to his Mario. Will definitely call again when my next plumbing issue arises.

Rich is absolutely amazing! He is a very professional and honest business owner and is very knowledgeable for all your plumbing needs. I bought my home 2 years ago and needed a repair on my shower and my realtor highly recommended Rich. He came in the late evening and fixed my shower so I had a hot shower. He was very kind and on time and did a complete job making sure before he left that his work was completed and everything was nice and clean. This last week my hot water heater went out, garbage disposal quit working and my kitchen sink stopped up and would not drain. I immediately called him and he returned my phone call immediately and let me know he would come and get everything repaired and yesterday him and Ryan his awesome employee showed up on time and fixed my kitchen sink drain, installed a brand new garbage disposal and will be coming back today on a Saturday to install my brand new hot water heater. Everything complete and done so I do not have to worry which I'm extremely grateful for because in 18 days I go in for my 7th surgery and last surgery for my Breast cancer reconstruction and now I will be able get ready and to recover with no worries. Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

I had a major winter problem with snow covering the vents for the water heater and furnace. Don immediately came out, evaluated the problems and got to work with his crew. He worked with the furnace repairman, kept me informed and solved the problem. This is a man that knows the worD SERVICE.

I scheduled an appt with them last week and was told someone when call and confirm. When no one called to confirm on day of my appt, called and was told they would be here. They did not show up, the plumber called and told me they had other big jobs happening this week and he won't be able to come out this way. Sadly, he accepted the appt, then blew me off and couldnt be bothered to call and cancel. He was aware what the issue was and how far away I lived when he accepted the job and he accepted it anyway and then decided he didnt want to travel.

Eric is super responsive (came over in less than an hour when I had an emergency issue), super friendly, and reasonably priced.

GAVIN AT bullseye plumbing was quick to return my call even while out of town. Was at th e house by mid afternoon the following Monday and repaired or problem quickly and affordable. Thank you bullseye
