The install was 100 percent professional Dani was our installer she walked into more then was bargained for, but it did not phase her one bit when something popped up she faced with a curtious professional smile and fixed and updated a very out of date water heater. Thanks so much for the professional curtiousness. We use Paul’s Heating & Air at many of our commercial properties for maintenance, repairs, and replacements. They are very knowledgeable and able to explain parts and processes in a way that we can understand and then take the information and relay it to owners and tenants. If ever I have a question, I am able to reach out to James Diehl and know I will get honest, friendly opinion. Their service is invaluable in my opinion.

Never call anyone else. These guys rock! Fixed my AC on short notice. It broke at the worst possible time. Didn't charge me an arm or a leg either. Totally recommend Alexander Mechanical.

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

Paschall fixed a leaky toilet that required several visits. The technician was very polite and understanding in resolving my problem. I am extremely pleased with Paschall and have used them to replace a furnace and major plumbing regarding frozen water pipes many years ago. I highly urge that anyone in need of plumbing or heating service consider Paschall.

We purchased a new water heater from Lowe’s and this company came to install it and remove our old one. They were professional and we had no complaints. Would use them again

Very nice tech here for Fall maintenance on ac/heating unit installed June 2022. I mentioned air filters and the fact that after paying $$$$$ for this unit they did not give me even one extra filter. He said they usually leave 3 filters with new install. But NO. They did not. Not good customer relations in this case.

Don is a wonderful person, with wonderful service. He has been to my house multiple times, and I have always been pleased with the service. I have recommended Don to others several times. Sorry to be so late in posting this review, but I need Don again, and the world needs to know how great the service is from Don. Thank you, Don, .my friend.
