Best Kitchen Sink Drain in Reno NV

Installed reverse osmosis filter under sink and never checked to see if there was any leaks and water line had puncture holes in it. Would not work with my schedule and told me he was going to call me back and that was a month ago. I will be changing it myself because plumber is unreliable. Find a different plumber to do your work.

The plumbers from this company performed an excellent job, and we have no problem recommending them. 100% skilled men!

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

Both Tracy and Larrisa came through with flying colors. Not only were they able to schedule us for service only 5 hours after our call, Tracy was early, gave us a fair price, and was done very quickly. well done to both!

Mike one of the technicians verbally stated a week without hot water was not an emergency unless we get paid extra for it and we'd have loved to pay extra for it, unfortunately Mike answered the phone at a number given to us by our home warranty company and he couldn't be more bothered to discuss the issue, cursing several times, talking over me, and laughing, belittling the fact that a house 6 people and 3 kids have no hot water, Mike and subsequently Vanallen plumbings stance that there is no emergency unless Vanallen gets paid extra (Vanguard as professionals can not assess the situation take ownership and call for a fee increase? Wonder why..... Popular football game weekend... Go figure Mike stated we just don't work Weekends to my wife after the big game they do? well if your paid extra and no football Mike and Vanallen does, but it's situational. Currently carving out as much time as I need to bring attention to Vanallen Plumbing and their core values and the pillars that make up their belief system as a business and ensure on my end that today every warranty company that gives them warranty work will know, it's my goal to hopefully show the warranty company's the reasons why they should eliminate sending work orders to them, I personally have been a technician for many years but am traveling currently or I'd have not bothered Mike and Vanallen during football, Mike refused give me his bosses number, fair. Enough but when you call every person on the website or the main number, it just goes straight to Mike.

We had a great experience with Royal Service Plumbing. Marcus was every bit of wonderful! He showed up on time and fixed our leak/valve perfectly. Most importantly, he was kind, professional, honest, and highly skilled. Top notch customer service and attention to detail.

I called river city after noticing a musty smell. They were at my house within an hour. Phil and Denver were very professional, quick, and just nice guys. They were super kind to my kids too, they loved watching them work and now my oldest son says he wants to be a plumber when he grows up! I will definitely be calling these guys for all my plumbing needs. highly recommend!

The most friendliest people around and always great service!! They were super quick to come out and treated me like family... definitely will recommend them to everyone.

Bryon arrived on time. He was courteous, friendly and went about assessing our problems and providing solutions that were knowledgeable and affordable. He was willing and able to enter our under-the-house crawl space; something we as older folks can't do any more. We were very comfortable with his work. Hansen Plumbing hires good, honest people who do good work. Problems were: leaking shower drain, corroded kitchen faucet that needs replaced, and an overall check for any crawl space problems; which is where he found the leaky shower drain problem.

Oh my where to begin, a few days ago my water heater decided that it would like to permanently stop working and bust. I didn't know what to do because I am not trained in plumbing I leave that to the professionals like the owner of Jolly Rooter. He came out to my house immediately and before I could even realize it he had a new one installed for me and I'm now enjoying hot showers again. Lol
I contacted many different plumbing companies and this one was the only one that did not want to price gouge me. The price was very responsible for the amount of work that he did. I can honestly say that I highly recommend you using Jolly Rooter for all your plumbing needs they are fast, affordable, and honest. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Don is a wonderful person, with wonderful service. He has been to my house multiple times, and I have always been pleased with the service. I have recommended Don to others several times. Eric was referred to us by a friend. We are very glad we chose him to replace our water heater. He did great work at a much cheaper price than we were quoted by some other companies. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs any plumbing services. We will use him for anything else we may need.
