Best Hot Water Heaters in Reno NV

I wish I had more stars to give Wiley's. I am so thankful for Wiley's and their customer service - I WAS a customer of Sierra Air, do not use them! Sierra Air came out to do yearly service, I was on their preferred service program. Technician that came, did not seem confident in what he was doing, spent time in attic and finally came down and said we have a problem, discovered the heat exchanger unit had cracks, corrosion and stress and there were traces of carbon monoxide through-out my house. Mind you, I hire a company to be able to trust them. The technician could not answer my questions, just asked if I had space heaters, I said no, and he basically had nothing to say, I called his manager, he started asking my questions like, am I experiencing headaches etc. Also, I have detectors in my house none of them have gone off. So you could imagine how I was feeling at this point. They said they would send out a new tech which turned out to be from their design department. Turned out the first technicians tools he was using was faulty and was not working properly. At the end of the day, this guy had me talked into a sale of 7K, and pretty much worked off my emotions and fear.

Luckily, I spoke with a friend, referred me to Wiley's and I got a second opinion right away, Mike with Wiley's came out right away, he was very knowledgeable, eased my mind and made me feel comfortable that I was safe. He went through my house checking for monoxide, no detection. He said I do not need to replace my heater, that my heater was working fine, there was no detection of carbon monoxide and when I do need to replace it, it would be around 4000, not 7000. I asked him if he thought I should have them service the unit just in case Sierra Air didn't do it right, he said he was not comfortable charging me for a service I did not need. He went further on to explain how the monoxide detectors work, what to do if one did go off and that if I needed anything to please reach out to him. When I asked a question, he knew the answer. I also have a friend that works at a plumbing company here in town and also said Wiley's is fantastic.

If you want someone you can trust and a company that is honest and doesn't work off commission, reach out to Wiley's they are the best and looks out for your safety and best interest

Larissa was awesome and so helpful, she responded within minutes and was so flexible. She arranged for Tracy to meet us at the house we bought within hours of us picking up the keys.
Tracy was our service guy and he was great! He worked quickly but explained everything he was doing, and knowing we just bought the house, he took the extra time to show us important things we needed to know or watch for in the future without trying to sell us anything extra.
The price was fair and the service was great.

Just because they have been around for years, doesn't mean you will get the best or most honest service. Very disappointed!

Dirty Plumber has performed (2) jobs for me. The installation of a smart Moen kitchen faucet and the installation of a Rinnai gas tankless got water heater. Since we move to Reno from Texas during the pandemic, we have looked for competent, honest, trustworthy contractors to help with many of our home projects. Contacting Dirty Plumber was like finding a Diamond in the Rough. It has been a true blessing to work with Jack and his staff. The jobs were timely completed and were competitively priced. For all my future plumbing jobs, I will call Dirty Plumber because I know the service and workmanship will be excellent!!!

I called Gavin in the evening and he called back. Itold we had a plumbing leak he came out the next day and fixed the leak. The work was done quickly and the price was reasonable. I would recommend him for any plumbing issues.

We called them tonight, a Friday, at 8pm when our bath tub faucet was leaking. Technician Scott was here within 20 minutes and had it fixed in less than half an hour. He was super friendly and professional. They also charged us half what we were quoted by another after hours plumber. Would absolutely use this company again.

This company is run by scamming thieves. Never ever pay them a penny if they have not finished the job. They will take the money and run. The one 5 star review they have from Elizabeth Rowe is a scam as well- the company is owned by her family!!
