An honest group of guys that takes a lot of pride in what they do. The crew was on site for over 2 months performing an industrial installation of a hot and cold water system that required silver soldering 95% of the connections. It was a large and complicated project that they were building to prints, but as those in industry know things are not always black and white between 2D prints and the actual building during an installation. I was impressed from the project’s start to finish with the company’s handling of every detail and decisions made along the way. Most of all, communication was very fast and clear, we never felt left hanging or out of the loop.

They’re not very big on advertising, but definitely one of the best plumbing contractors in town.

We have used Ira Hansen and sons multiple times over the past 3 years with the most recent being today. They are always on time, professional, clean and efficient. Our plumber today was Shawn B and he did an excellent job cleaning out our line from the dishwasher to the air gap. He also inspected a gas line connection for us and gave it a clean bill of health.

We had a furnace that went out. James helped us out quickly with estimates giving my wife and I different options and choices. He was very helpful in offering up advice for different systems, Costco member programs (saved us money), and payment options. During the entire process we felt informed and never pushed. In less than a week we were scheduled and set up for furnace replacement. Andy was our installer and was very cautious with removal of the old unit which was in our ceiling. He stayed to teach us on operation of our new thermostat and made sure we did not have any further questions before he left. Our house was in the same shape as when he entered, but much cooler!
