The tech was great and thought he had fixed the issue, however, it failed in less than 6 hours. When accounting was informed and heard we wanted repayment, they sent out the tech with a supervisor to see what happen. The tech was honest said what he did failed and apologized. This wasn't good enough for their accounting girl who has evaded the situation with no return call, 5 days later she answers and wants the invoice from the other company. Who does that? We are more than happy to pay techs drive time, not for work that failed.

Shea has replaced a gas pipe behind the stove and hooked the bbq to a natural gas. He is installing a kitchen sink and a bar sink. Shea is always on time, pleasant and knowledgeable.

Had an emergency leak in a sewage pipe. Jack was very responsive to get the job scheduled with one of his plumbers. Keaton showed up on time and efficiently fixed the problem and did so at a reasonable price. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

My water heater failed sunday afternoon and first thing monday morning I went to home advisor and found Straight up plumbing. I left a message with them before they had opened for the day. They reached out to me within in minutes (before they had opened) and asked what my problem was and told me they would be to me asap. At 8:20 The tech.(Robert Quintana was at my door. I showed him what was going on he gave me a quote and finished a new hot water heater instal 2 1/2 hrs. My total experience from start to finish was handled perfectly ... I wish I had more stars to give Wiley's. I am so thankful for Wiley's and their customer service - I WAS a customer of Sierra Air, do not use them! Sierra Air came out to do yearly service, I was on their preferred service program. Technician that came, did not seem confident in what he was doing, spent time in attic and finally came down and said we have a problem, discovered the heat exchanger unit had cracks, corrosion and stress and there were traces of carbon monoxide through-out my house. Mind you, I hire a company to be able to trust them. The technician could not answer my questions, just asked if I had space heaters, I said no, and he basically had nothing to say, I called his manager, he started asking my questions like, am I experiencing headaches etc. Also, I have detectors in my house none of them have gone off. So you could imagine how I was feeling at this point. They said they would send out a new tech which turned out to be from their design department. Turned out the first technicians tools he was using was faulty and was not working properly. At the end of the day, this guy had me talked into a sale of 7K, and pretty much worked off my emotions and fear.

Luckily, I spoke with a friend, referred me to Wiley's and I got a second opinion right away, Mike with Wiley's came out right away, he was very knowledgeable, eased my mind and made me feel comfortable that I was safe. He went through my house checking for monoxide, no detection. He said I do not need to replace my heater, that my heater was working fine, there was no detection of carbon monoxide and when I do need to replace it, it would be around 4000, not 7000. I asked him if he thought I should have them service the unit just in case Sierra Air didn't do it right, he said he was not comfortable charging me for a service I did not need. He went further on to explain how the monoxide detectors work, what to do if one did go off and that if I needed anything to please reach out to him. When I asked a question, he knew the answer. I also have a friend that works at a plumbing company here in town and also said Wiley's is fantastic.
