Best Fixture Plumbing in Reno NV

My neighbor had his sewer pipe collapse, and it runs through my yard, so I agreed to let these guys come into my yard to work on it. Not only did they have to kill 2 old growth lilac trees, but they tore up a huge part of my lawn with their backhoe, leaving tracks and torn up sod everywhere. Didn’t bother trying to fix anything. Then they had to move a heavy 50 year old swingset with 6 guys. Did they move it back? Of course not. Leave it for an older couple to try to move. Very unprofessional company to say the least.

We had a very positive experience with Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing. Sean Simpson replaced our 19 year old water heater today. He was very knowledgeable, conscientious and accountable. He took the time to come early to inspect our old water heater to determine the specific parts he needed. He also kept us apprised of when he would be returning to do the actual installation, and his progress along the way. He represents Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing very well and we will definitely contact them again for any future plumbing needs!

Dr. Plumber (Jack) fixed a leaking gas line for me pronto.Finally a contractor that cares about his reputation and quality of work while at the same time being reasonable during these tough economic times. Great communication all the way through.

Mark, the owner, came over personally to see that my Water main was leaking. He came with an assistant the next day and fixed it. He uses the highest quality parts. He schooled me on things plumbers often say that are supposedly necessary, however they’re not. That certain appliances can be repaired instead of replaced. I’ll never use a different plumber. A few years ago they installed a brand new water heater inside our home. The crew did an excellent job, they were quick and efficient, and we haven't had a single issue since. They were on time and very professional. I highly recommend S&S Mechanical.

We had a superb experience with Dirty Plumber. Top notch quality. Jack cares deeply about getting it right with quality, efficiency, and integrity. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and genuine.

Very responsive and stays in contract with you about schedule and timing. Provides an upfront quote on all jobs. Derik, the plumber, was very friendly, communicated what he was going to do, and kept us updated. Only reason, I did not give five stars, was the work was a little messy. While Derik, picked up well, we did have to vacuum and wipe up a little. This could be asking too much. None the less, I will use Straight Up Plumbing next time I need a plumber.

Jet Plumbing is a wonderful business! From start to finish, they have gone above and beyond to make sure that we were delighted with their customer service and quality work. They redid the plumbing for the entire house and were knowledgeable, efficient, fast, and clean! They were kind enough to do a few extra things, like changing a bathroom faucet and repairing the kitchen sink plumbing while they were here instead of making us schedule that for another day, and we are so grateful! The plumbers were kind and extremely professional, and the office folks are a joy to work with (unlike some other companies we had called when doing our due diligence for the job). From beginning to end, working with Jet Plumbing has been a fantastic experience and I can not recommend them highly enough!
